Just another ugly experience with Naples car dealerships If you find an honest one looking for a return customer I'd love to hear about it . 1) Fully inspect the vehicle from the interior to exterior . Just because the car fax is perfect don't be fooled by 1st impressions. 2) Make sure you have 2 car fobs or at least one ordered in writing before you close on the deal. I test drove the 2019 Xt5 in the rain so I didn't see how badly scuffed up the paint was . They should of at least detailed it with a ceramic finish by a 6 inch wheel.I was blinded by the carfax and the low miles . 39.950 . Here's a Pic after I spent 6 hours on it detailing it myself . Basically I closed on the deal . I was promised a second fob by the sale rep Elleen. This never happened. She wouldn't return my phone calls . I brought my Jeep to Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because I'm about 500 miles from my warranty ending and about three months from the end of my lease. I specifically called ahead and was told by a service advisor (Carlos) to bring the car in so they could check for any remaining warranty items and address an open recall. I dropped the vehicle off the night before my appointment. The next day I received no communication at all from the dealership. At 1:18 PM I texted Carlos to ask for an update and was told the car had been assigned to a technician who was still working on another vehicle. After hearing nothing else, I followed up again at 5:41 PM and was then told it typically takes 24-48 hours just to look at a car because they are "in season" and have about 150 cars. If that's the case, I don't understand the purpose of scheduling an appointment, and none of this was communicated when I was told to bring the vehicle in. Since I couldn't leave the car another day, I said I would pick it up. Carlos told me he wasn't there anymore, that they close at 6, and that other service reps would help me. When I arrived, I was told the car was with a mechanic and asked if I still wanted it. I said yes. Someone eventually pulled it up and handed me the keys -- no apology, no explanation, no hello or goodbye, and no attempt to make the situation right. I also sent a note to the General Manager about the experience and never received any response, which says a lot given the weekly mailers and advertisements they send talking about how much they value customers. I've owned many different brands of cars over the years and have never experienced this level of disregard for basic customer service. Ironically, the service department is quick to hand you paperwork explaining how to give them perfect survey scores, yet the actual customer experience doesn't come close to meeting even the basics. Needless to say, I won't be leasing another vehicle here, and my wife won't be servicing or leasing her Jeep here either. Purchased preowned 2019 jeep grand Cherokee, within 9 months of ownership. The car has had cams and lifters replaced I believe two times and connecting rod bearings, as well as bad water pump, sent my car home with a screw in tire and never mentioned anything about it after they did a inspection of the car, cars currently still making same noise as before when they replaced cams and lifters but deem it to be operating as it should and there is probably more repairs I'm leaving out. Wyatt has been the only help in service, no one not even a service manager has spoke to me since these reoccurring problems until about 2 months into this debacle. Sales people do not wanna do anything to help resolve this issue. I do not recommend this dealership unless you are possibly purchasing new or have a second opinion on a preowned. Another terrible experience at this dealership today. Brought my car in to have the windows tinted which I paid for when I purchased it. They led me to believe the tint was being done on site (not). My sales person didn't ask what percentages of tint I wanted. Right before she drove off with it I told her point blank I wanted limo tint in the back and legal tint on the front driver and passenger side. That's not what I got, I found out who the tint company was and contacted them directly. He said he was told something completely different. I was also told that the tint had a lifetime guarantee but when I asked for that in writing they said they didn't have anything to give me. So I'm supposed take their word? WTF? Who does business like that? When I got it back, it was over due by hours and filthy when I got it back so I asked for it to be cleaned so the detail guy came out. What was interesting about that exchange was he told me the car did not have the ceramic coating which the finance guy said it had on it and wanted to charge me $1995 for. So the finance guy lied. We needed an emergency brake service. -Called dealer on Saturday & got an appointment for Monday morning. The Service Dept. was packed Monday morning & tho there was a brief wait to be attended & then a wait for the replacement car rental, we got a call & video within 2 hours of having dropped off the car for the diagnosis. After a conversation with Carlos Castillo Re: the work to be done, I authorized the job & was made aware of the price. The next day, we received another call from Carlos to advise that the job was done. We returned to the Service Dept. got our jeep in return, it looked cleaner, like it had been washed! They thanked us & we went on our way. The day after our Jeep Wrangler's brake job was repaired and returned to us. We received a call from Carlos. Their parking/vehicle moving service had had a slight fender-bender to the rear bumper of my Jeep & Carlos explained that they would fix it at no charge to us. So, this morning, we took the 20 minute drive to the Jeep Chrysler Service Dept., left our Jeep & were provided another rental, -no charge to me, of course. We received a video and a call a few hours later from Carlos & he went over all the work that was done to completely replace the entire bumoer. The work was completed in under three hours & we are pleased with the result. This dealership's auto repair work shop is amazing & professional. I highly recommend the services of this Jeep Chrysler Service Dept. of Naples, Florida for their professionalism regarding the quality of their work, the honesty of their Customer Service & their professional care & concern for the value of my time. I arrived at 7 am at my scheduled appointment time for an oil change, tire rotation, and installing a new auxiliary battery as my car battery had died the day before. I was told 1-1.5 hours, with a max of 2 hours. I received no communication from my advisor or mechanic until 9am, where I received the video of my multi point inspection. Once I received this video, I sent a text asking for an ETA as it had already been 2 hours. I never heard back until my advisor came to me at 930am to tell me my jeep was ready. After this, I finished my purchase and when I went to pull off site, my entire electric console was nonfunctional. I brought it back and my advisor said it needed to be reset, and to wait back in the lounge. All in all, I waited over 3 hours for a standard oil change and tire rotation, plus an auxiliary battery installation which was done incorrectly and required me to return to the dealership, and little to no communication. I am immensely disappointed in this service experience, and I am unsure if I would ever return. In the future, please advise for even longer wait times and encourage customers not to stay and wait, and please double check on installations prior to the customer having access to their vehicle. read more

Let me start off by saying...that I was highly considering buying a vehicle at this location but no longer! A family member of mine decided to purchase a used 2018 Honda Accord that was under 24,500 miles where she paid $26,000 in CASH this past week. She traveled all the way from Tampa to Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram which is nearly a 3-hour drive to purchase this vehicle only for it a breakdown TWICE while on Hwy 301 during afternoon traffic w/ her child in the car less than 18 hours AFTER purchase. Yes, you read that correctly--only 18 hours "after" purchase. The site sales manager, Mr. Ryan Noel, instructed her to have the car towed to a certified Honda dealership, which the Naple dealership stated they would cover, and assured her the situation would be "taken care of and made right"; She followed all of these instructions in good faith and yet to be reimbursed by them. As a result, she has now been without a vehicle going on six days despite having paid cash for what should have been a dependable car; These past few days, they have been giving her the runaround and informed her they would NOT be covering the cost of repairs, even after receiving a certified, unbiased diagnosis from a Honda technician confirming it was a PCM failure. This is a serious and highly problematic issue that renders the vehicle completely inoperable, hard to believe this did not exist prior to the sale (let me add that the PCM code was cleared by THEM "prior "purchase). Sorry, something does not sit right with that. To make matters worse, instead of offering accountability or support, another manager, Vinny, falsely accused my family member of causing the PCM failure herself by supposedly "misusing jumper cables." Wow, if she were a male, would that be his initial statement as well?? The whole conversation of that was uncalled for, untrue, and disrespectful especially when there was a certified mechanic that assisted her during both breakdowns. In addition, throughout the entirety of this ordeal, the dealership has continued to emphasize that she did not purchase an extended warranty. Now let us think about this, should a vehicle become undriveable within 18 hours of being sold, regardless of warranty status? Warranty or not- if you purchase a vehicle, no one expects it to STOP working not even 24 hours later. Why is the dealership not taking accountability for this? They want to make it right, right??! So, what is the issue with getting this repaired & resolved for your consumer? The proposed solution involves towing the vehicle back to Naples, which is a 2.5-hour journey, so their mechanics--who are not certified Honda technicians--can re-diagnose the issue. Despite having already received a certified, unbiased diagnostic report, they suggest returning the vehicle to a dealership that has not managed the situation appropriately from the beginning. What justification is there for this course of action? This incident has caused significant emotional distress for both her and her child, akin to what any individual might experience under similar circumstances. A vehicle that was expected to be safe and dependable instead led to a traumatic event on a busy highway, followed by subsequent days of stress, blame, and insufficient accountability on the dealerships part. In closing, she is a retired Disabled Veteran, and they failed to apply her disabled veteran status to the vehicle registration, despite being informed at the time of purchase. I strongly recommend that potential customers read these reviews before making a purchase from this dealership. This incident highlights a concerning lack of professionalism, integrity, and customer care and I do hope that Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram will eventually address this issue appropriately. I tried to make an appointment but they don't take any and I had to come to the express lane at service. Nothing express about it!! I complain but there was a lady waiting for 4.5 hours already!!! Staff is friendly. There's outdoor seating and limited indoor seating. They were very kind to my dog if not I'd have given one star. I am giving it a star because I can't leave 0... I recently went in for an oil change, and while I was there I was offered a set of new Yokohama tires for my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. Unfortunately, not only that I had to come back another day for installation, but also it took them 5H to finish the job, and I did not receive any warranty paperwork at the time of installation. When I contacted the dealership a few days later, I was told by the service advisor the tires have no manufacturer warranty?!? I was baffled... what retail tires do not come with warranty?!? After multiple follow-ups by phone and email with the service writer and service manager, I was then told that the tires are supposedly covered by a "24 Month Morgan Auto Promise," which is a dealership program. And still no written proof for that. However, after weeks of communication, the dealership did not provide proper written documentation for the Morgan coverage. Instead, I was offered the option to buy additional warranty for close to $1,300, for 2 extra years -- which I believe should have been standard protection from the beginning. To verify this myself, I contacted Yokohama directly in California. It was confirmed to me that this specific tire model is usually sold only to automobile manufacturers as OEM equipment for new vehicles -- and is not normally resold to the public. Because of this, these tires have no mileage warranty. The only coverage they offer is a 1-year replacement for manufacturing defects after the vehicle gets sold-- nothing more. My advice to future customers is to ask clear and specific questions before buying tires here, or any service for that matter: ~What is the manufacturer warranty? ~What mileage is covered?~ What coverage applies after the 24-month Morgan program ~Can you provide written proof of that warranty at the time of purchase? They stated a few times that the invoice is "my proof" of the 24-month coverage with Morgan Group, yet on the back of the same invoice it clearly states that the tires are sold "as-is" with no implied warranty. That is contradictory and confusing. (see picture) I expected the dealership to stand behind the products they sell. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that once the sale was completed, support and transparency were no longer a priority. In conclusion: "buyer beware" read more

I've worked with Justin for my last warranty service. The rear defroster wire separated from the glass and it appeared to be a cold solder joint. I've also had another event earlier in 2021. My Jeep had intermittent engagement of rear lockers and the transfer case making noise in the first 3000 miles. The service management had followed the guidelines and eventually I made it back to Milwaukee where they finally ordered a rear end due to the short in power cord to the electric rear locker. I was multi tasking so I put my phone on speaker.....9 minutes later I still heard the hold music (which by the way, sounds like 70's porn music....don't ask how I know...) I chuckled and hung up. I went to Google and found the part elsewhere. A place has to go out of their way to get a bad review from me. Went for oil change and tire rotation. They claimed to top off fluids, put air in tires, etc as standard service. Get into my car, air monitor says its at 32 suppose to be 35. I go back and they do rectify it. I did ask for car wash... car not noticeably cleaner. Whatever... questions marks do pop in mind did they really do an oil change?! They sure as anything did a diagnostic and claim I need 2k in maintenance, which I will do at 50k mark, not 44k. The above is not why I am writing or giving a poor review.... a week later they call me 6 or 7 times in a few hours left 1 voicemail and a couple texts asking if I paid for this service which was done a week ago! Of course I did. Almost 140 cash and I have the receipt. Besides, mechanic shops keep your keys hostage till you do pay. This place is nasty. I have learned in life, people treat others the way they themselves are. I was harassed with a bunch of nonsense phone calls over their error. To be treated like a POS means they are. I consider myself a class act who will not degrade himself over mistakes and things not being perfect, because nothing is perfect and people have off days.... but this place? My car was damaged by rats here while waiting to be repaired. I had brought my car in for what I thought was a simple warranty repair. Car was in the shop for three and a half weeks. They diagnosed my original issue on 2/19 and there was no mention of any damage from rats. Speaking with my customer service agent and a few other dealerships I was told that if there was any sign of rat damage at this time my car would not have been fixed under the warranty. On 3/5 I spoke with my customer service agent and he told me they had to order another part but did not specify the part or the reason why. This was the part to fix the damage that was caused by the rats. There was no mention of rat damage until on 3/13 when I was sent a video telling me about the damage and that they recommended I set down traps at my house to prevent it from happening in the future. We have lived at our house nearly 5 years and have never seen a rat or had any issues with any vehicles at our house. Maybe they should set some traps in their shop. While the issues were fixed at no cost to me because they filed the rat damage as "warranty" instead of rat damage. I had asked for a detailed report signed by a manager stating that the damage was not noticed during initial inspection and was then discovered after sitting in their shop for 2.5 weeks. They instead offered me two free oil changes which I am sure will come in handy when I have future issues related to the damage that comes from the rats. Only positives I will say is that they were able to take my car in quickly and they do have rentals available on the property. If you do bring you vehicle here, I would highly recommend taking a video and pictures underneath the hood prior to dropping off. read more

I took my girlfriends car into get maintenance and have the check engine light looked at.. when I walk in the door I asked them to do a all around inspection of her Jeep and figure why the check engine light was on. I expressed concerns over the breaks. Before I even handed over the keys the lady tried to convince me that the thermostat needed replaced. I asked them nicely to look at it before they made any assumptions and to call me if they found any issues. Fast forward 3 hours: I get a call saying it's ready, they did a oil choice and "inspection." They said everything looked good and checked tires, breaks etc... The check engine light was still on and the oil change sticker was not updated, so I went back inside and asked them and they said "your thermostat was indeed shot and we just forgot to update your oil change sticker." My girlfriend was leaving for college this weekend and she had a nail in her tire so I took it to a local repair shop and they notified me that her breaks were so bad that it wasn't safe to drive it off the lot, and that the oil change was never completed. If your car needs repair do not trust this dealership go to a local shop there prices are more reasonable and they "actually" repair your vehicle. Support your local shops. Dodge was only interested in selling me a thermostat that was completely fine. read more

I made an appointment for my 2024 Ram 2500 to get looked at for the blind spot alert going off then it shuts off my AC and radio, locks my windows so I can't roll them down and turns on the heat full blast while I drive it with my kids. When I went to the appointment the man at the desk told me that "they are short with diagnostic techs today and my truck would have to be there for a couple days." In the appointment request I did ask for a rental initially assuming that they would keep my truck. The rude young man at the desk said "sorry I can't give you a rental." Who does this? I asked the guy if he thinks that it's safe to drive the truck without being able to roll the windows down and the heat on in Florida with kids. He said "reschedule your appointment since I'm short techs today and throughout until Saturday which is a half day." I said no thanks. I will taking it to another Dodge service department. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership or a purchase of a vehicle in my life. I started to inquire about the vehicle about a week or two before I purchased it. The vehicle was listed at $26,995.00 and when I inquired about the out the door price for a cash deal, they gave me a price of $35,994.00 to say I was very taken back was an understatement. I am not a Florida resident and purchased many vehicles out of my state, so I am very aware of what the taxes are in my area. Long and short when I got to the dealership, they gave me a cash price of $33,000.00 and a financed price of $31,000.00. I then noticed a good deal of rust on the rocker panels and worked a deal to be able $30,250.00 only if I financed the vehicle. I reluctantly agreed as I did not want to pay cash for it. So, I purchased the vehicle which to be honest a month later has worked out to be a good vehicle so far. Now the rest of the story. The finance person told me that he only needed to run one of my credit reports to get the financing. So, since I keep my credit frozen for my own protect of fraud, I unlocked the credit bureau that he requested. Then he said oh that was the wrong one can you unlock the other bureau. So, I unlocked that one. Then he said oh wait it must have been the other one. I said I am only giving you permission to run one of them. He said no worries they just need to run the one, but it is the one I had not unlocked yet. So again, I unlocked my third bureau for him to say okay that worked. Well, I leave the dealership with the truck and a completely insane interest rate for my credit rating, knowing I was at that time planning on paying it off in 90days anyway. Within the next few days my credit monitoring system started to send me all kinds of notifications that Naples Chrysler Dodge had hit all 3 of my credit bureau's. I did not give them permission to do that at all. After that I got home and started to get letters from banks and financial institutions for them Appling for loans in my name while my credit was frozen and other letters. This was the deciding factor to call the bank and pay off the vehicle in full that day. Juan had sat there and lied right to my face about how he was affecting my credit and my life for time to come. The company that they used for my financing was a sub par financial intuition in my opinion that would not let me wire them the money or to make a payment in full. Lets move to the current time which is a month after I purchased my vehicle from Naples Chrysler Dodge, I have NO PLATES or title information. The incompetence of domestic car dealers in SW Florida never ceases to amaze me. I submitted an online request through Naples Jeep/Ram on their website for a Wrangler Rubicon on 7/7. I entered my full name. number and email. I never received a return email, call or any kind of acknowledgement from the dealership. On 7/I7, I filled out the online purchase form on their website for this same vehicle. This time I received an automated email from "E Shop, Jeep support", telling me I would be getting contacted by the dealership. Almost a week later, no response of any kind. They have a "Talk to the GM" tab I could open and fill out to reach the GM directly on their website. I documented my experience with the dealership and sent that to the GM, Eric Schwendeman. Of course, 3 days later, no response. I guess the sales department in inept due to management. Looks like I will be staying in the German car family. Took our Jeep in for service that is covered under our warranty on Monday, 8/15. It's incredible how this dealership conducts business. The issues we took the Jeep in for were: ABS/Speed sensor indicator was on and the Jeep had a strong hesitation and grinding feel and noise. The second issue was a ticking noise (per other Jeep owners this is very common) and as a minor issue we mentioned that the radio volume dial seemed to be messed up. Noah R, the service advisor that handled our Jeep, never mentioned any fee for looking at the vehicle. We get a text the next day (Tuesday 8/16) with a link to a YouTube video where a technician is walking around the Jeep, pointing out that the windshield wiper needs to be replaced and saying that due to the gas being low he could not drive it far, and he said he did not notice the hesitation or grinding that we described. Oh and he also gave a lecture on low gas, which by the way the gas light did not come on until after I drove it several miles after picking it up. It is obvious that the technician did NOT drive the Jeep because even a passenger notices the grinding and hesitation the moment the Jeep is put into drive, due to the ABS/speed sensor. The video ended with the technician saying he was not done reviewing the Jeep. On Wed 8/17 my husband went to the dealership to speak with Noah, our service advisor. Noah said the tech was out so there was no one available to look at the Jeep. On Friday, 8/19 Noah sent a text message saying we could either repair the issues for $950 or we could choose to not repair the issues and we would owe $576 for the diagnostic. We were NEVER told about a charge for diagnostic. So basically we feel that we were FORCED into doing the repairs. Due to the poor service and the lack of attention (not to mention the fact that it was obvious the tech did not drive the Jeep, otherwise he would've noticed the grinding) we absolutely would have gone elsewhere for the repair. But how could we go somewhere else when we were stuck paying $576 for a diagnostic that we were NOT previously told about??? When we picked up the Jeep we asked Noah why he did not tell us about the diagnostic ahead of time, and he simply said sorry, I should have told you. He then said well I texted you after about the charge. Yes, after, when we had no choice and were forced to either pay $576 with zero repairs or pay $950 with repairs. Horrible experience, think twice before you take your vehicle here. PS Looked up the part on auto zone, it's $28...the dealer charged us $250.70 and also on average it should take less than an hour to repair, dealership charged 2 hours of labor at $354 read more

We had a great experience when buying our Jeep, best service, and no complaints, however, as soon as we had a problem, No service AT ALL! I spoke to a service manager, Wyatt, to help me with the issue. We had paid for a full warranty, covering everything, and the first thing he said to me is that is not covered. He then said he would see if maybe there was something they could do, and would get back to me within a few days. 2 weeks later, nothing! I then called him, left a voicemail, no response.
