    I purchased a brand-new truck in 2024 from Hendrick Chevrolet, and I've had a string of frustrating and disappointing experiences with their service department ever since. Shortly after driving it off the lot, I noticed a clicking noise, which turned out to be related to the front hub bearings--something that should have been covered under warranty. I also reported a vibration issue, but instead of properly diagnosing it under warranty, Hendrick Chevrolet sent me a text message requesting approval for nearly $500 in charges. When I called to question this, Jack from the service department spoke over me, dismissed my concerns, and ultimately charged me $89 anyway, claiming it was the "real" test fee. Despite repeatedly asking not to be routed to Jack due to his dismissive and rude behavior, I was continuously transferred to him--each time being cut off mid-sentence and told I was wrong, without any effort to understand or help. Later, I returned with new issues--grease on the inside of the front wheel, noise, and vibration again. It took them two weeks just to get back to me, and when they did, they sent me a text with nearly $4,000 worth of recommended repairs, many of which were unnecessary and absurdly premature. For example: Front differential fluid change (recommended at 100,000 miles, I have 29,000) Brake fluid flush (recommended at 45,000 miles) Rear differential service and other maintenance way ahead of schedule GM has since confirmed that these services were not due and even questioned the pricing in Hendrick's text messages. I was also told by another manager at the dealership that they've tried to overcharge him through the same text-message repair system. To make matters worse, Hendrick refused to inspect other unrelated engine concerns because I declined their overpriced brake job--even though Jack had me look at the brakes myself, and I saw they still had well over half their life left. The vibration likely caused by bad hub bearings and CV axle should have been considered in the premature brake wear, but again, Jack wouldn't listen to a word I said. When I tried to bring up that my extended warranty through GM might cover some of this, Jack cursed me out over the phone. I also had an upsetting interaction with another staff member, Jessenia, who was unnecessarily aggressive and rude--completely unprovoked. To anyone considering service with Hendrick Chevrolet: Double-check all recommended services with GM or your owner's manual. Don't trust the "urgent" labels they assign--some of mine were 60,000 miles early. Watch the inflated prices sent via text. Don't assume they'll respect your warranty coverage. And don't be surprised if you're talked down to or treated poorly when you ask questions. I've had warranty work denied, services pushed way too early, my concerns ignored, and multiple instances of unprofessional behavior from the staff. This is not how a dealership should treat its customers

    I'm in Ohio and was looking for a used Tahoe. This location had exactly what I wanted. Once I made contact with a "sales person", I was provided a detail of the straight up sales price of the vehicle, WAY more than I expected. Un heard of fees such as electronic registration? Everyone is doing that now. Admin charge? Doc stamps? License and registration? When I replied to the email with questions about these, the communication stopped. I left numerous phone messages on Tyler's voicemail. Crickets. Yet I'm still getting emails from another address at the location about me doing business with the location. Funny thing is, the emails from the female in the emails, have a telephone number which rings to a NON car dealership entity! Needless to say, I found another vehicle last week which I am totally happy with. This place can be kick rocks as far as I'm concerned.

This seemed like an unusually high amount of time for an oil change for someone who had an appointment. But we waited. Finally, the car was brought back to us with a laundry list of repairs they said it needed. We refuse the repairs, paid the bill and drove it home. The next day we started noticing oil spots underneath the car. At first, I thought maybe this was just residual oil that spilled on the frame or something with the oil change but as time continued, the spots kept getting bigger and bigger. See the picture below. Finally we took it to our mechanic to see what was the issue. He reported that first of all the wrong size oil filter was used on her vehicle. Secondly, when he removed that filter, he found where they had tightened it with probably a metal tool and put a small hole into the filter. This was the cause of the leak. The fix was in essence another oil change using the correct filter. We also had him go over the list of suggested repairs. He found no other issues with the vehicle. In full disclosure, Happy Wallet did refund what they charged me for the oil change. It was a nice gesture, but still didn't cover the time, diagnostic, and repair fees of my mechanic and what could've been catastrophic damage to my wife's engine. **Note** I was willing to give Happy Wallet a second chance. I called and scheduled an appointment for an oil change with Gloria for July 8th at 10:00 AM. Imagine my disbelief when I walked in and they couldn't find me on the schedule. I was told I could wait an hour and a half or come back at a later time. I just turned and walked out.

Not their fault they did an interlock installation in 3 hours as promised with calibration and an Inservice on how to use it. They had a special free installation but you still get to pay for the rental service and monthly calibrations for the next few months. 6/2023 Service ambiance install was clean and as promised the waiting room is cozy seats up to 5. Location the shop has 4 bay doors and not much room if your just dropping in I recommend an appointment because it can get backed up with customers and part deliveries very quickly. Value 4

Since moving to Naples a few years ago, I took my family vehicles to 3 other places in Naples prior to going to Jack's. All of those places were overcharging, not honest and are not in the same class of service, reliability, honesty as Jack's. My first time at Jack's I had an older car that seemed to be having transmission issues. Jack's spent significant time diagnosing the problem as needing a new transmission and explained to me options of replacing. Ultimately it made no sense to spend the money on such an old car to get the transmission replaced. It took me almost a week to coordinate a sale of the car while Jack's was nice enough to keep the car on site. When I went to meet the flat bed truck I sold the car to, after the sale/exchange, I went into Jack's to ask how much I owed for the diagnosis work and keeping the car on site, to which Jack's said, no charge! At that same time, I asked how much they would charge for my Toyota Sequoia to get an oil change. The price quoted by Jack's was 60% less than the previous 3 places I had paid for oil changes at! My wife's new Lexus ran over a truck tire on the highway and damaged the mud flap and trim piece around the rear tire. Lexus dealership told me it would cost $800 to buy the replacement parts (2 of them) and do the work to install them. I bought the parts myself (for $100 brand new from the Lexus dealer) and asked Jack's if they would install the parts. Jack's gladly did the work and charged me less than $100 for the labor to do it! Jack's is such a trustworthy, honest shop, and they do high quality work! They only charge you for what is needed, never add on services that you did not ask for/are not needed! I will never go anywhere else! THANK YOU Travis and all at Jack's Auto Repair!
