The staff at Napoli's went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 40+ people. We were in town for a show choir competition at Lied Center, and had to had our whole group fed and checks paid in a short time. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and moved quickly. Not only that, they took a last minute order for 200 chicken tenders for our kids, AND the owner actually drove the food and several of our parents back to Lied Center! Highly recommend Napoli's for a nice dinner... and especially large groups! read more

Restaurant looks great at first glance and the service seems friendly. The decoration was sadly the star here. Even the starter bread wasn't good. I had some mushroom chicken pasta that made my stomach hurt immediately. The pizza is ok. I would never go here again. read more

When we arrived the table was sticky and things only went downhill from there. The highlight was the rolls that came with our entree. This might have been the worst Italian food I have ever encountered. My daughter ordered tortellini and vodka sauce. It actually smelled so bad we had to put it on the other side of the table. Whatever sauce they dressed the tortellini with, it certainly was not vodka sauce. Go to Vincenzo's instead. read more

Yikes. Our server had no idea what was going on. Would forget what we ordered moments after we said it. Brought out our soup and it had sloshed out of the bowls and all over her cart. Then the soup tasted like someone dumped a whole bottle of Italian seasoning in the broth, and the chicken looked and tasted like it came out of a can. We never got our bread and oil with our meal. My Chicken Siciliano was just ok, again with the sketchy chicken though. I'm convinced someone in the kitchen dumped an entire jar of capers in my dish. It took over half an hour to get the check. I had higher hopes for this restaurant, but I won't be back. read more

This was an amazing evening, a date night with my lovely wife was enhanced by a winetasting by Italian vine . Our meals were light refreshing and ample. Our evening was finished off with amazing homemade cheesecake ! Chef JOHNNY created a light lemon butter cream sauce with shrimp mushrooms and chicken over a penne noodles let's just say simply amazing ! We came here for lunch and were not disappointed. The food was really good. I got "The Works" and my girlfriend got the Sausage Pizolla." Both were excellent. Our server was very attentive and the food and drinks came out quickly. We had one mishap that was actually our fault but they still fixed the situation and treated us well. This is a relatively new restaurant, never noticed it during the 4 years my son was at UNL. My wife and I saw it on line and decided to give it a try. The location is great, in the heart of the Haymarket. Nice ambiance, rustic Italian. We started off with a glass of wine from their decently sized wine list. The server then brought out some freshly baked bread! Wow! This was incredible. Thin crips crust and very soft and airy on the inside. Actually one of the best rolls I've had. This was served the traditional way with olive oil. Next came the appetizer of calamari. The calamari was very good, tender (not chewy) with a very tasty, light batter. To top it off, it was served with one of the better marinara's that I've had. Very flavorful. Finally, I had the lobster ravioli which met expectations and my wife had the chicken ceasar. Both meals were large and very good. We were going to try the limoncello mascarpone cake, which looked amazing, but just too full from dinner. Finally, the server did a fine job. He was new, but was attentive and was trying, no complaints. I Wally's definitely recommend Napoli's for family dinner or date night. Too bad we found it on the trip to move our son out of his apartment in Lincoln. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The waitress was wonderful and did her best to resolve the issues with our food but the manager was so rude and disrespectful when we addressed him with our issues with our food. Promised he would fix it but turned around and gave us the same food back after editing it and when we brought it to his attention he got real nasty with us and told us we came there to complain which was so untrue. Waitress was very attentive food was horrible. I had ravioli and shrimp pesto sauce. The sauce was spinach, flour and no idea what else. At least 3 cups flooded the plate. Husband and got a ribeye, thankfully ordered "mushroom sauce "on the side. The sauce came in a huge bowl. Ironically same sauce as my pesto. read more
