They dont have all drinks on the menu and the menu is not updated. They did tell us what was not available but was a generic dont have these and just slid his fingers on the menu. I finally got an iced lemon tea. We initially ordered egg rolls and a hot pot. We ordered spicy soup together with bok choy fungus( wood ear mushrooms) Beef, spam, fishballs and jumbo shrimp and egg noodles with a side of white rice. The soup came with a burner and it wasnt powerful enough to boil the soup on the pot. The pot had no definite style to it. Tasted like soy bean soup with some sichuan peppers. Not excessively spicy and not very flavourful. Our ingredients took a long while to come out- and our egg rolls eventually never came. Practically all the ingredients were frozen with the exception of the fungi and the egg noodles. The sauce station looks thrown together with takeout containers and plenty of sauce. The bbq sauce had part of a spoon which was broken off in the sauce. The sauces are similar to haidilao type just not as fresh. But the chives looked a little greyish. Overall, service is not fantastic. We did remind them multiple times about the egg rolls, but it still didn't ever arrive. They at least took it off the bill. We forgot to check about the missing bakchoy. Not sure we will be back anytime soon. Hubby wasn't quite happy with our dinner last night.

The dining room was nicely lit and spacious. The waiter came around and took our drink and food order. I had a diet Pepsi, it was completely flat, I had to ask for a can instead. We placed our order for egg rolls to start and hot pot. Spicy broth, beef, fishball, fungus, bokchoy, shrimp, egg noodle and a side of white rice. They quickly set up the gas burner for soup and perched the soup pot on top. Then came out the plate of meat and noodle and we were told they are out of bokchoy. EVERYTHING WAS FROZEN SOLID We waited awhile for the soup to boil (needed to properly cook seafood) but it never did. We tasted the soup. It was a little spicy but odd. Couldn't put my finger on it. Then adding all the frozen items even just some at a time the soup never boiled. We let it sit for a while to at least gain some heat before starting to eat. Waiter came. Asked again about rice and egg rolls. The rice came We managed to cook everything and eat. Had to flag down staff to ask for a check Egg rolls never came. But appeared on the bill as well as the bokchoy that I had to ask to be removed from the bill. I hate writing negative reviews but this was needed.

Enjoyable experience here. Lincoln only has a handful of sit-down, fancier, Italian joints but this…read moreone is worth a revisit. Fancy on the inside but prices are really pretty reasonable. I got the Carsoni (pesto) and did both chicken and shrimp which was $22, it's enough for two meals though so this is fair. The sauce was flavorful, good consistency of oil and basil. Loved that it included mushrooms but could have used more of them in it, also had bell pepper and broccoli. I'm not sure broccoli goes too well with the pesto dish, but it was steamed well and soft. The shrimp were huge and they had 4-5 in the dish. We also did bruschetta as an app, and loved the fresh tomatoes/garlic/herbs on top. Loved the dipping sauce with the bread as im a balsamic/oil freak. The soup was just okay, it was a creamy chicken/potato but it was very pureed and not quite what I was expecting, I'm not sure there was even a chunk of chicken in it. I've definitely had better next time, I'll be inclined to try the salad instead. Drinks were fun, I enjoyed the black raspberry margarita flavor and a limoncello spritz although both appeared a bit too watered down and not too strong. Service was fine, however hard to really judge since we came during mid-day late lunch and I'm pretty sure we were the only table there.

I love chicken piccata usually order it all the time at Italian restaurants. This one is in my opinion too heavy on the citrus. Needs more butter or a heavy cream in the sauce. The citrus is way too acidic and over takes the whole dish. Doesn't really flow well. I ended up taking all the butter from my rolls which are delicious by the way. Putting all the butter into my dish and mixing the pasta up in it. That made it far less acidic. The soup was good can't remember the name sorry. The olive oil mix they serve with the bread is fantastic. Thanks

I ordered grilled salmon with shrimp 5 oz. It was not bad. Salmon was a little dry shrimp was cooked yo within an inch of its death. Bed of rice underneath felt like a very thin layer of rice. Literally a thin topsheet of rice Once i took away the sides- it looked very little. I was done within five minutes Have to admit though that the taste was not bad. But very little and definitely not worth the amount we paid for it Also the lemonade machine died whilst we were there. And so we only got one decent glass of lemonade. Will we be back? But no Dorthy Lynch or French dressings. I had the honey mustard. The chicken fried steak looked good, but was cold in the middle. And showed no signs it was battered and fried. Rather it looked and tasted like it was pre-made and put in an oven.

And tended to. We were served chips and salsa. Those were made in the restaurant. Piping hot and delicious salsa. I got a mangonada margarita and a malcojete seafood. Mixture of seafood ( shrimp octopus and scallops in a hot spicy sauce with mixed vegetables- cauliflower, brocoli pepper, onions and mushrooms). My hubby got a margarita that was similar to a cadillac margarita. And carne asada. It was very chill and family friendly ; when we were there, some college kids were there in a group and they basically placed tables together to form a row for them. Highlu adaptable. Our food came delicious and piping hot. I loved my order of malcojete seafood. Flavour was fantastic. Shrimp octopus and scallops were very nicely done- succulent and juicy. Considering we are in the midwest- the seafood they cooked was fantastic. I would urge them to cut the pieces of octopus just a little larger. The scallops were small but delicious. It was a fantastic meal and Julio's service was wonderful. Hubby's carne asada was a little dry initially but Julio took notice and had the kitchen serve up a better piece. Wonderful service recovery. We will be back. This is truly one of the best mexican places we have been to here in Lincoln.

Just flew home from a trip and didnt feel like cooking…read more Husband brought me there for dinner. We made a reservation at 630 for 7 pm and we made it there in time We were seated promptly after glases were placed at the table we were to be seated at. Ambiance was upscale. Dimmed dining room- suitable for a romantic night. But we also noticed a lot of families as well. In the middle of the dining room I noticed a little tree-like ornament. It looked very pretty and added to the ambiance. Hubby ordered a beer whilst I ordered a rainbow sherbet margarita. Drinks came pretty quickly. My drink looked very pretty- Its more tart than expected and im ok with that. There was also a strong raspberry taste though no raspberries in sight. So if you're not comfortable with tart drinks please avoid this drink. I ordered duck on the specials menu that came with green beans and sweet potato mash and my hubby ordered steak with onion strings and mac and cheese. Food took some time to come. Presentation was beautiful for my duck. Flavour was good for the duck. But even the pictures I attached showed that one part of the duck was undercooked. The other side was a tad overcooked but edible. The undercooked part cannot be cut even with a steak knife. The beans and the sweet potato mash was cooked well. Otherwise. It was good. They took it off our overall bill though. That was really nice of them. We then ordered desserts. I got a berry tiramisu, and hubby got the chocolate cherry manhattan. My tiramisu was good. Could be a little less sweet- as mentioned earlier i like tart-ish stuff. But it was still light and fluffy. Hubby's chocolate cherry manhattan was a little strong. But could be improved with a better balanced taste profile. We had a wonderful experience despite the slightly undercooked duck. Appreciate our young server very much. She was an absolute delight. And apologies to her- we forgot her name. She made a potentially bad experience a good one. We will be back.
