Very inconsistent and has really gone down hill. Have given it a few tries hoping it would be better but each time it is bad. Most recent order, the Chicken Parm sandwich, the bread was more moist than the chicken. Deep dish pizza so overcooked, the crust hurt your mouth and broke into pieces. I know everyone has an opinion on pizza, but this will probably be our new go-to place. They have New York slices, thick crust Sicilian and stuffed pizzas along with calzones, salads, pasta and subs. We've been twice, dine-in during lunch and an online order on a Saturday. It's new and we dined in the first time.There were younger adults taking orders but when we had a question the owner came up and talked to us to ask us what we liked. We settled on some slices and garlic knots. Garlic knots were a little overcooked but the sauce is amazing. Slices were good and high-quality ingredients. My husband loved it so much we ordered it for his birthday. For the birthday order, we got more knots, a veggie pizza and a meat lovers Sicilian. It was all delicious and ready for us when we arrived. The knots were perfect this time and the Sicilian was huge and full of flavor. We ordered too much. We were missing the dressing for our salad but everything else was good. We'll be back and add this into our rotation. I can't wait to also try the pasta. read more

I had forgotten about writing a review Napoli's until I was watching a video about carry out in NYC where it took the review over an hour to get the pizza from the restaurant to their apartment and the bottom of the pizza was still crispy. I live literally a two minute drive from Napoli's and have tried two different pizzas from there. Both times I was there to pick up the pizza before it came out of the oven. The walk to my car, the drive home, and putting it on the counter no more than five minutes would have passed. Both times, the bottom of the pizza was tearing apart. It does not hold up to the ingredients on the pizza. It's such a shame because the edge of the pizza tastes excellent so I assume the crust tastes good, but would not be able to tell you because I don't think I've tried that part of the pizza fully cooked. It's very unfortunate that the pizza places in Tega Cay can't do better than chains. read more

WARNING - STEER CLEAR Just want to start by saying how disappointed I am to continue to be let down by non chain resturaunts in the area... for some reason the tega cay area just can't get good resturaunts. We have had the pizza before and it was just ok... but wanted to try something different tonight. I got the chicken parm meal and boy, was it awful. The chicken was rubbery, and overcooked. My pasta tasted like olives and fish, which I can't even begin to comprehend. How on earth do you accomplish this feat? My wife got a strombli and it was no better.. also containing the olive taste. She had no olives in her meal. The taste lingered even after the meal... for both of us... it was nauseating. Utterly disappointed at this place... will not return and I highly suggest you never do as well... save your money and your taste buds from this embarrassment of an "Italian restaurant". Shame on you for calling yourself that. Can't give 0 stars but this place would earn it. read more

Ordered for pickup: one small cupped pepperoni and one a small special. Small size is perfect for two or for one very hungry individual. For us, sauce is good; not too sweet with great tomato flavor. Toppings were nice; only spicy pepperoni on one pie; sausage (great taste of fennel seed, oregano and garlic, etc.) previously mentioned pepperoni, crunchy onions and sliced button mushrooms. Highlight is the satisfyingly chewy, crispy crust with mildly salty, yeasty flavor. You can fold a slice without the mouth end going limp. We like Napoli. Since it's so close to us, I wager it will become our go to pizza place. Lastly, the cannoli is good with a crunchy pastry tube filled with tasty ricotta cream. They serve it with chocolate syrup. A trip to Hanover street in Boston it is not, but it's not bad. read more

$12 sub with only THREE slices of turkey and TWO slices of provolone. Turkey was the crappy cold cut type that you get from cold case at grocery store, not the deli. Basically had half sub because all the meat and cheese needed to be put on one half of the bread to make it worth eating. read more

This place is a very good Italian food addition to Fort Mill. BEST garlic knots I've ever had and that's coming from someone who is from NY and NJ ! This was our first time trying Napoli pizza. We got the Hot Honey which had pepperoni, hot honey and ricotta. And we did it on the Sicilian crust. The flavor was good, the edges were a little dry. The box by the time we got home had leaked honey out the box. We also got the Special pizza. It was good flavor but felt like the crust was lacking flavor and also seemed dry. We had a 30-40 min but felt like it was done before we got there and sitting. For two pizzas and a salad it was expensive. We will give another try again. read more

As a native New Yorker, went always think the best pizza in the US is there. We have been to Napoli's twice in the last week. The pizza reminds me of being back home. Finally tried Napoli's tonight it was good. We had hot wings to start which were my favorite my only want was for a little more sauce but great flavor . Garlic knots were nice and garlicky . We also had a "small" calzone it was pretty big we added meatballs it was yummy . We also had a chicken parm dinner it was good definitely better heated up so the cheese could get a little more melted . I would definitely go back and try a few more things. read more

My family and I love this place. Pizza is phenomenal. Great crust, tons of toppings. We definitely prefer to eat there so it stays crispy. I heat up the leftovers in a skillet on the stove and that keeps the crisp in the crust. This has become our go-to pizza spot. read more

Now I understand they just opened but be accountable for a mistake. I ordered at 4:45 with a 5:20 pick up. I didn't arrive till 5:30 because I knew they are busy. The "kids" look for my pizza and it's not ready. No biggee, it will be here soon. Well 20 minutes later I ask again because I don't see any pizzas in the ovens. They start to look again, come to find out it wasn't even made/ started and it's 5:50 now. The owner doesn't come over to apologize, he hides behind the counter making one of the "kids" to deliver the bad news. I asked for my money back and 10 minutes later got it and left. If I am an owner of a business, I would never send out kids to deliver an apology, it's not fair to the kids or the customer. read more

Underwhelmed here. Rolls were tough. Crust of the pizza hard like it had sat around for a while. Meatballs OK. My wife loved them but to me too salty. Salad was OK with good dressing (vinegarete) but shrimp overcooked. No guests inside or outside on a Sat night not a good sign when neighboring restaurant is packed with a 45min wait. I had high aspirations but disappointed, at least this time. This area could use another good Italian restaurant. Service was excellent, I will credit them.
