I know everyone has an opinion on pizza, but this will probably be our new go-to place. They have New York slices, thick crust Sicilian and stuffed pizzas along with calzones, salads, pasta and subs. We've been twice, dine-in during lunch and an online order on a Saturday. It's new and we dined in the first time. There were younger adults taking orders but when we had a question the owner came up and talked to us to ask us what we liked. We settled on some slices and garlic knots. Garlic knots were a little overcooked but the sauce is amazing. Slices were good and high-quality ingredients. My husband loved it so much we ordered it for his birthday. For the birthday order, we got more knots, a veggie pizza and a meat lovers Sicilian. It was all delicious and ready for us when we arrived. The knots were perfect this time and the Sicilian was huge and full of flavor. We ordered too much. We were missing the dressing for our salad but everything else was good. We'll be back and add this into our rotation. I can't wait to also try the pasta.

I had forgotten about writing a review Napoli's until I was watching a video about carry out in NYC where it took the review over an hour to get the pizza from the restaurant to their apartment and the bottom of the pizza was still crispy. I live literally a two minute drive from Napoli's and have tried two different pizzas from there. Both times I was there to pick up the pizza before it came out of the oven. The walk to my car, the drive home, and putting it on the counter no more than five minutes would have passed. Both times, the bottom of the pizza was tearing apart. It does not hold up to the ingredients on the pizza. It's such a shame because the edge of the pizza tastes excellent so I assume the crust tastes good, but would not be able to tell you because I don't think I've tried that part of the pizza fully cooked. It's very unfortunate that the pizza places in Tega Cay can't do better than chains.

If you want a nice fresh New York Style Pie with hot and fluffy garlic knots this is the place to go in the Charlotte Area! You can easily taste the fresh mozzarella and Homeade dough used for the crust. Extremely clean dining area with very kind and attentive staff. Don't take my word for it and try it for yourself!

Best NY style pizza I've had in this area. Prices were pretty decent and service was good. Nice spot for a casual pizza dining experience. Also the wings were crispy and a good flavor. I will return.

However,…read morea big part of running a business is being reachable for customers who are trying to make reservations. I called multiple times over the course of the day and the phone just rang and rang with no answer, voicemail, or answering service. For anyone trying to plan a visit, that makes it difficult to know if the restaurant is open or accepting reservations. The number I called (803-701-7788) is the one listed across Google and online listings, so I'm hoping this was just an off day or a phone issue rather than a regular occurrence. I'd be happy to update this review if I'm able to get through and visit in the future, because I've heard good things and would still like to try it.

My husband had the spaghetti and meatballs which was large. . I just feel the days of giant portions are outdated. That is the whole problem with Lily's. Everything is just outdated. At the same time, I wouldn't call it retro, classic or nostalgic. It was just dumpy. The vinyl tablecloth was stick and old. Nothing felt clean. Service was really off. Took forever for a cocktail, even though the place was empty. But the appetizer came out immediately, followed by our main courses in a couple minutes. We sent the main course back since we had just started the appetizer. The server looked at us like we were crazy when we said it was too soon. We won't be back. I'd be surprised if it stays in business much longer. I may be generous with giving it 3 stars.

The veal texture…read morewas rubbery and lacked taste, marsala sauce was thin and also lacking in taste, soggy mushrooms and the pasta tasted like it came out of a box. Ended up not eating it after a few bites. We also tried the pizza, which was pretty good. Overall, the service was disjointed and slow. The atmosphere is great for casual evening with kiddos. The owner of this establishment is truly mean-spirited…read more I was the first person to arrive at Fratelli Ristorante & Pizzeria in Fort Mill for dinner on this day. The 3 high school-aged staff working the host stand sat me and my Service Animal in the very back and brought me the drink I ordered...and then the owner saw us and told me to get out of his restaurant with my dog. I was very startled and alarmed and I stayed calm as did my Service Animal, gratefully. From there, he began filming me, as did the female staff member. He accused me of trying to leave without paying (I had just arrived and not even had a chance to look over the food menu). When I attempted to reason with him and explain that I have a medically required Service Animal due to a disability he claimed the dog was "tearing up his restaurant" and continued to berate and harass me until a sheriff (which he called) arrived. Disgusting behavior. And from a business owner? Absolutely not. I've never felt so terrified and humiliated in public in my life. This man, and his staff should be ashamed of the way they behaved toward a disabled woman dining alone in an EMPTY establishment at 5:30pm on a week day (or anytime let's be honest) . To set this record straight, Mr. Fratelli: service dogs are dogs that have been individually trained to perform a specific task for individuals who have disabilities. The disabilities can vary greatly, and so do the tasks that the service dogs perform. *Service dogs can aid in navigation for people who are hearing- and visually impaired, assist an individual who is having a seizure, calm an individual who suffers from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and even dial 911 in the event of an emergency. Many disabled individuals depend on them every day to help them live their everyday lives.* Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), an individual with a disability is entitled to a service dog to help them live their lives normally. The ADA protects disabled individuals by allowing them to bring their service dog with them to most places that the public is permitted, including restaurants, hotels, housing complexes, and even in air travel. Any dog can be a service dog, and service dogs the important thing is that the dog is trained to be a working animal and not a pet. Period. Don't believe me? Call the Department of Justice (DOJ).
