The doctor is very insensitive and I don't feel he has the skills to deal with children. Children need to feel comfortable, especially when it's their first visit. After the first couple of time saying this, it can make the current patient feel like you are calling them a liar. I was really hoping to like this doctor, because he is close to my home and I was able to get a next day appointment. I guess they only leave 5 star postings on their page. The doctor did reply to me via email, titled "apology/explanation" which was all explanation and no apology.
