I'm disappointed because my visit started off well. Three days after getting my nails done, I returned to fix one broken nail. The original technician, Hanna, wasn't there at first, but when she arrived she remembered my polish and took over. She fixed the broken nail and it looked great. Before leaving, I mentioned the clear top coat on my ring finger had started peeling. She warned that reapplying clear coat might cause the nail to peel more. I said that was fine -- I just wanted it to look neat. At that point, her demeanor changed. She grabbed my hand abruptly and began applying product without properly prepping the nail. I felt uncomfortable and pulled my hand away. She then raised her voice and said, "You're no longer welcome here. I don't like how you're talking to me," and walked toward the back. I sat quietly, shocked. When she came back, she continued saying rude and unprofessional comments. Instead of escalating things, I calmly told her, "I forgive you." She replied, "You're not God." I responded, "You're right -- I'm only human. And look at how you're treating me." What's unfortunate is that I had just taken a photo of their business card to recommend them to a friend. After that interaction, I tore it up and threw it away. I walked in supportive and left feeling disrespected. read more

I tried this place in the hopes of finding my new nail salon but unfortunately that was not the case. I stopped by this salon since it was literally 10 mins away from my house. Walked in and was seated quickly which was a plus. I asked for a pedicure and a gel manicure. They were quick but once I got home I can see why. The toes looked messy and my polish went dull after two hand washes. I personally won't recommend however the plus is the quick service. read more

My regular technician has recently relocated to this nail salon and I was very happy with the service I received not only with Tammi, but with the atmosphere that the salon presented. I usually don't do reviews, BUT, if I could give this nail salon 0 stars after my service today, I would!!! I came to get my dip powder nail removed from this nail salon. The guy who did my nail was so impatient and rushed the soak off process. He scraped my skin with the nail tool after I constantly told him he is using the wrong tool and that the skin around my nail is sensitive. He was filing my skin under my nails even after I told him he's filing too low. I told the owner, Tom, and instead of him doing something, he is just guiding the guy doing my nails (who clearly has NO EXPERIENCE doing this of nails). I came here for professional service, not to have my nails be an experiment! Highly disappointed and DO NOT RECOMMEND! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I went for my appointment 10am and was out by 12. Did my nails with the dip manicure and my pedi.

I don't know where to start but I went there for a fill and a eyebrow wax . I have never felt so rush before at a salon. My nail tech rushed my fill and left polish everywhere and when I asked her to clean it she said it would come off when I washed my hands . Eventually after complaining enough she cleaned some of the polish off she didn't even have the decency to do my top coat the station but at the drying booth. read more

Do not go here!!!! do not waste your money! When I walked in I asked how much service was going to be they gave me a price but at the time of check out it was way more than I was told. In the chair getting a new set I wanted coffin and medium style but because the lady at the front to the left did not know how to file nails I ended up with short uneven nails I had polish all over my fingertips and the nails are uneven. For my pedicure I have polish all over my feet and asked for the lady to remove it and she catches an attitude. This place is unprofessional and very rude. I have been going to Modern Nails for several years because of my feet and nails I was embarrassed to show my feet because they looked like I was never trained or cared about them. I began to see Susie and within a couple of months I wear sandals on a daily basis. They are excellent and I don't want everyone to know about them but they are the best nail salon in town. read more

The worst pedicure I've ever had. The guy scrubbed my foot so hard he broke the skin. The polish job was horrible. I ended up getting a polish change at another salon. Prices are also higher the most salons. So not worth the money. read more
