Have been to this clinic several times over the years. The physicians give exceptional care and the staff is friendly.

Doctors are excellent, but the support staff and billing process have been extremely frustrating…read more I received a "First and Final Notice" for a bill more than two years after my visit. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach the billing department. When I called the office for assistance, they were unable to help and simply transferred me back to billing, where no one answers the phone. To make matters worse, the note on the bill threatened collections. I attempted to pay the balance online, but the Phreesia payment system froze and would not complete the transaction. At this point, I have tried every available option: The billing department does not answer calls. The office staff cannot answer billing questions. Calls are routed back to billing with no resolution. The online payment system is not functioning. The physicians may provide good care, but the administrative and billing experience has been unacceptable. If patients cannot get answers to billing questions or make payments through the available channels, there are serious organizational issues that need to be addressed. Unfortunately, this experience has earned a well-deserved one-star review..

Jeff is very knowledgeable in therapy, diet, lifestyle, etc. I am not 100% yet, but I am almost pain-free and have hope for the first time in a long time. Saw the 1 star review where patient was unhappy about buying new straps for her knee brace. Don't let that put you off, these are very professional folks who provide a welcoming, bright and cheery place to make you better. J.C.

I first contacted this company thru referral by my doctor for a knee brace back about 10 months…read moreago. I had to go to their location to have it fitted, etc. and a referral document was required for this item and a co-pay. Jeff, the manager, fitted the brace and sent me on my way. Now I've been wearing the knee brace every day ever since I received it and I need to get new straps for it because the ones on it are worn out. I currently have pieces of towel taped to the straps to keep them from rubbing me raw. These straps can be replaced. I cannot order them directly from the manufacturer and have to go thru the place I purchased them from, as per the manufacturer, so I had to contact my Drayer location listed here. I have contacted them by phone and thru facebook and cannot get a call back, return post, letter by mail, email, or any such out of them as to what to do to get the replacement straps. I have tried 3 times. They will not tell me if I need to get paperwork from my doctor to get the straps, or anything like that. I do realize there's probably a payment for them involved. By the way, my account is and has been paid in full. After waiting a month total of time since my first contact attempt, I contacted their home office in Pennsylvania 1 1/2 weeks ago and have not heard one thing from them either. I don't know what is wrong at all but this is very poor customer service. I will be making a comment to my doctor, an ortho surgeon, also since he's the one that sent me to them. I would not recommend this company and its location for anything related to equipment you might ever need. I have not used their physical therapy services so I cannot comment on that. But don't expect this company to do phone calls, emails, or even smoke signals.

This was actually my second knee replacement with Dr. Bramlett--he performed my right knee replacement back in 2009, and I had such a great experience that I knew I wanted to return to him. After my first surgery, I was back to work within just three weeks, and my family and friends were amazed at how quickly I recovered. This time was no different. My recent surgery went smoothly with no issues at all. I was walking without assistance after just one week, driving again within three weeks, and back to my normal activities after five weeks. Dr. Bramlett is an excellent surgeon, and his staff is just as wonderful--professional, supportive, and caring throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him to anyone considering knee replacement surgery.

At my very first appointment, he said it was time for a Total Knee Replacement and I am so grateful! The other Orthos weren't even long long at my knees, just pumping steroids into my knees to 'get me through', every three months, which was ultimately weakening my bones and making my knock knees worse. Dr. Bramlett is a solutions and action type of guy - he wanted to HELP me, instead of just pass me off like the others. What I like best about Dr. Bramlett is his direct approach and communication, no dancing around the problem, but doing everything he can so I get BETTER and get my life back! I'm two weeks out from my TKR, and I am already walking without a walker - and I am so pleased with his skill and ability. This man has done over 30,000 joint replacements, which is more important to me than having a doctor who just placates me - I wanted a Surgeon who can help fix my legs, so I can get back to living LIFE. That is what Dr. B has done for me, and I'm ready for the second leg, knowing that I have one of the BEST Surgeons in the business!
