Keystone Paving and Masonry installed an expensive walkway for us in Melville. But for some of the…read morework they subcontracted to some inexperienced bricklayers who left some very sloppy brickwork framing an otherwise very nice walkway. They did fire those workers, but the mortar was smeared all over the bricks so this ruined the aesthetics of the brick itself. They told me they would come back and clean it up and not to worry. I paid them in full on trust. I then went off on a trip and recently came back to check and the work wasn't fixed. Now their website link doesn't work and the Phone numbers I had and email are all invalid! What gives??? If they see this and come back and fix it I will give them a 5 star review. Otherwise I am left with quite a project to clean this up myself. For what I paid I expected everything to be done right! It's pretty horrendous looking as you walk up to the house from the driveway. I find it hard to believe as they seemed trustworthy.

Oscar and his team quite literally saved my life. When you buy a new home, you never know what surprises are waiting behind the walls. Oscar went above and beyond to make sure I was safe, that the job was done correctly, and that they'd leave with absolutely no trace they were ever there. Mid-project, they had to open a wall, and not only did they patch the drywall, but they painted it, too -- you'd never know it was touched. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I could actually understand the process, documented every step, and made me feel like a true partner in the project. One thing he said that really stuck with me was: "I know you own the house, but it's our fireplace now." That level of care and pride in his work says it all.
