And the biggest huzzah goes to the fact that this places is TRULY wheelchair accessible. There is an outdoor pool. Beds were comfy, pillows were fine, there are both soft ones and firmer ones and you can take your pick. The soft ones are very soft and squishy and if you have a big head it will squish in a lot, the firm ones are firmer. You should be fine with one or the other as you prefer. Lots of outlets to charge things.. That isn't always the case at older hotels. Thank you especially to Shaquitta who was incredibly helpful on multiple occassions. She is awesome!

Area clean and lobby large enough to have space to eat. Hotel also has a fitness center that has ample equipment and an outdoor pool that faces the west. Brutal out there in the sun but that's nature for you. As for the area, about a mile from here is a bevy of shops like Target, Best Buy, etc. To eat there is Culver's, Outback, Zaxby's, and other spots. Culver's is great!

Ample parking, fresh coffee, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I worked with Rachel who took the time to talk with me during my little lunch. She was so kind and nice. I also interacted with Lisa, who was vigorously cleaning everything in site, love that, and she was one of the nicest people I have run across in quite awhile. My room is clean and smells fresh and is good sized. There are plenty of places to eat around here, easy walking from the parking lot.

I explained that I needed ones for the vending machine because wanted some bottled water and it didn't accept anything except $1 bills. She said, "I don't make change but some of my coworkers do" but it was 10:00 pm and there weren't any other employees around.

The Shine Suite, with a queen size bed and a twin bed, was perfect for me, my husband and our 14 year old. The room was spacious and also had it's own sitting room and large bathroom. The sitting room had tons of cookbooks which I love to browse through. Nell was so sweet and friendly and made us a great breakfast at the time we requested. The price could not be beat. Only negative was the wonky shower faucet but there was plenty of hot water. It was just hard to regulate. If we're ever in the area again we'll stay here!

The first thing I noticed when we walked (and as we drove up to the hotel) in was how incredibly clean the hotel was and a sign rating this an "A" 98.0 for cleanliness. The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and very nice. I included pictures of our room, it was immaculate and smelled clean. I've travelled a lot and stayed at many properties and some have that stale hotel smell, this one didn't. It was quiet and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, I had no problems falling asleep. The bathroom and vanity are separate both offering Dove soaps, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, full size containers. Free breakfast everyday, with eggs, meats, fruit, yogurt, etc. On the weekends breakfast is served from 7-10 am. We had the cheese omelet making it into a sandwich with crispy bacon. I can't say enough good things about this property. We are now thinking of making this a permanent spot whenever we travel to the area. Ok, this is going to be a long post…read more Starting with checking in last night. The young girl needs training. When I told her my last name, the first thing she said was "I thought it was a typo". Then when she asked for my ID, I showed her my driver's license and my entire name on the credit card. She kept questioning me about my name not matching. I told her do you want to hear my NJDMV story? Then she finally stopped. No hotel has ever greeted me like this. Then, she asked me repeatedly do I have pets. I said no, just arrived after driving from Disney World. As I signed the paperwork to guarantee that I do not have pets, she kept on "reminding" me do I have pets. At that point after 5 minutes of the check in process I just wanted to go to my room. I booked a king suite back in January. The description on the room said jetted tub. I was looking forward to having a bath. When I walked into the room, there was no bath tub of any kind. I will file a complaint directly to headquarters. Then came asking for a morning call. I called several times before the young lady answered. I told her I wanted a morning call at 7:15. I was surprised she did not know from her system which room was calling. Or maybe she just wanted to confirm the room number? The room was very large and the bed was comfy. Everything in the room was good, except the jetted tub was missing. This morning, at 7:15, there was a knock on my door. Apparently that was the morning call! Instead of a phone call, another young lady came and knocked on my door as morning call. What?? This was totally unexpected. I am now really wondering what kind of phone system this hotel was using. Breakfast was excellent. The two ladies running the breakfast were very nice. Check out was easy and fast. The location of the hotel was excellent, and the lobby was clean. There was only one elevator, and it was very small. I am just not sure the price I paid for the night was worth all the troubles. I would recommend booking at another hotel if you are in the area.

The doors coming in say mask required (thanks covid), yet not even all the employees are wearing them. Checked in around 5:30 pm. The halls to our room were filled with dirty linens and trash bags the staff hadn't removed yet. I'll figure it's due to labor shortage that's impact everyone. Glad to be staying just one night. Next year when we make this drive, this won't be our mid drive stopping point.

However, the hotel had really high reviews on Google and great sanitation ratings for both the hotel and the food. The check-in process was easy and there are multiple restaurants in the area. There's also a Walmart conveniently located about five minutes away and if you had an electric car, there's a charging station literally less than two minutes away. The location is kind of for if you're looking to do things in Riley. It's almost 40 minute drive but traffic was not an issue. Outside of the distance the price was pretty fair and the beds were comfortable. I'll upload more pictures and videos later. Oh, I forgot to mention that the elevator went out, and I was located on the third floor. It was a struggle trying to get my luggage down the stairs.
