Those 2 classes turned into getting an "elite" membership which is ~$70 for 8 classes a month. This was perfect for starting out because I still wanted to get a sense of the studio, the instructors and if it was something I would continue to do in the future. At first, IT WAS HARD. And it's still hard now but I love every single workout that I go to! The coaches are encouraging and engaged in your individual needs inside the gym. My favorite coach is Fury, if you try out a class be sure to go to one of hers! She's always present about individual performs and offers changes to the workouts to accommodate. For example, I have back problems and she always checks in with me when we do exercises that might cause issues and has shown me different stretches and stuff to do to alleviate the pain (of course recommending that I also go see a doctor ahah). If you're looking for a new gym definitely try this place out. The price is definitely higher than other commercial gyms, but the coaches and quality if the workouts are worth it. YOU are worth the investment! Pro tip: park at the CVS next door! There are always spots available and it's easier than the parking garage

This was my first time attending an Orangetheory class in Nashville, and unfortunately, it was a…read morefrustrating experience from the start. First, the parking situation is a nightmare. The turn-in to the lot is extremely narrow and my Jeep Wrangler barely made it through. If you drive anything larger than a sedan, be warned: it's a very tight squeeze and not easily accessible. Once inside, I had questions about parking and class logistics, but the front desk staff gave me pretty dry, short answers. I had signed up for a "Strength" class, but as someone new to OTF, I didn't realize there were two different formats running simultaneously - one focused on the treadmill, the other on weights. When I was asked where I wanted to go, I said "tread" without understanding that it meant I'd be on it for the entire class (I thought just a starting point/ warm up). About 30 minutes into the class, I realized I may have messed up. I went to the front desk for clarification, but no one was there. So, I approached the coach as quietly and respectfully as possible. I explained I had mistakenly joined the wrong group and asked to switch to the weight room, which still had an open spot (and where I was originally scheduled). The coach immediately dismissed my request, saying, "If I let you do it, I'd have to let everyone do it," even though I clearly didn't understand the class setup and was trying to correct an honest mistake. Also why would everyone else want to switch if they were signed up for treads? She seemed more annoyed than understanding, and didn't offer any real solution. I then asked if I could use the rower instead of running (I have bad knees and don't enjoy running), but again she refused, saying others might want to do the same. The rowers were empty. The only option she gave me was a stationary bike and by that point, I just felt completely dismissed and unwelcome. I come to the gym for the helpful guidance and support from the trainers and staff or else I would just use my apartment gym on my own. I minus well have today.

My fitness goals have changed significantly since I started working with Christian, and he's kept ahead of me with training and nutritional plans that have really produced results. He has an amazing repertoire of ideas and techniques, so whatever your goals Christian will have a plan for you. Lastly, Christian is just an all around great guy. Personable, easy to get along with. DO NOT SIGN A MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT WITH THESE FRANCHISE OWNERS; EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS GOING ON AT…read moreTHIS GYM To start off with, I would like to acknowledge the excellent classes and the engaging and friendly front desk staff and trainers at this gym. My one-star review is solely directed at the owners and serves as a cautionary message to others regarding the unethical practices and questionable business conduct taking place at this gym. It is my intention to prevent others from enduring a similar, painful experience I encountered when attempting to cancel my membership. Additionally, I feel it is important to highlight the toxic work environment that the employees are subjected to which is mentioned towards the end of my review. My contract clearly states a 7-day notice is required for cancellation. I adhered to this requirement and notified the gym of my cancellation intention two weeks prior to my next month's payment. Despite this, the gym staff informed me I would be charged for another month due to a supposed 30-day notice period, which is not explicitly stated in my contract. Sadly, my situation is not the first with this franchise where contractual obligations were abused by the owners. When I requested clarification, my concerns were dismissed, directing me to vague sections of the contract to which they refused to provide a clear explanation of where in the contract it stated I needed to provide a 30-day notice. They then said they were going to send my account to collections (over $139 LOL) despite my ongoing attempts to resolve the issue, including multiple emails to the owners, and a personal visit to the gym. A visit where I was told I would hear back within a few days, yet heard nothing. To date, I have received no response from them and the last thing they said was that they were going to let a collections agency manage this process from here on out. Their lack of replies only strengthens my case and indicates their awareness of their wrongdoing. I also contacted a lawyer to look at my contract and he assured me that I was correct. He said that the contract did not state it was necessary to provide a 30-day cancellation notice and confirmed that only a 7-day notice was required. If the gym did, in fact, submit this claim to collections, I know I will be able to dispute it, but I find this concerning that a small business who values their "community" would behave this way and immediately resort to collections threats rather than even attempting to provide any ounce of ethical customer service. Based on the threats of collections during my contract dispute, along with the poor customer service and lack of responsiveness, I strongly caution individuals contemplating membership at Burn Boot Camp to thoroughly review their contract and exercise caution regarding the gym's approach to cancellations and dispute resolution. Outside of my cancellation experience, I have witnessed firsthand unprofessional and toxic behaviors by one of the franchise owners towards members and staff. For a former employee's perspective, read Sydney Stewart's review on Google from 2023. I hope change comes because of this review and others do not have the same experience as I did.

Don't get me wrong, the Bootcamp is HARD and it makes you sweat and hurt in places that you didn't know existed - but, it's worth it! The gym is split into the bootcamp area and crossfit. Everyone is really supportive and encouraging so that you can do your best. The bootcamp uses heart rate monitors so if your mind gets tired before your body, and you wuss out, you'll know why. I love using the heart rate monitors. It allows me to push myself more. The workouts are all different and never boring. The classes aren't that crowded; usually averages around 5-6 people per class so you get personalized attention and motivation. Everything is straightforward --- go sign up NOW!
