Once we decided which vehicle our party was gonna go with It was extremely easy to book it. Representative on the phone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered. Correspondence via email was very quick and efficient. On the day on the trip driver was very prompt. Limo was very clean inside and out. I must say we had a blast. We flew into Nashville yesterday afternoon and needed a ride in to Hendersonville.Everything with this company went smoothly from start to finish. Booked online, got a confirmation email almost immediately. Great communication when updating my flight info a few days later. The driver texted us as soon as we landed, and he was outside waiting when we got our bags. Super friendly guy Antony who helped us with our bags and made sure everything was just right in the car. The bottled water waiting for us was a nice touch! The vehicle was clean and very nice. STAY AWAY!! I couldn't even write a review from where I'm located because it doesn't show up. There are a lot of hidden fees! Asked the driver if we had to be dropped off right at our ended time or if we could be on our way since we were close to our last destination. He said, "yeah that should be fine." I asked if there was a difference in price and he stated that there wasn't as long as we aren't an hour past. Get my bill the next week and it's $150 more than what they said in the beginning because it's not just from the last place but until its back in the garage!! Terrible service. Awesome Service! I had called a dozen or so Limo companies in Nashville to book a limo per transfer, not per hour. We wanted to go from our hotel to restaurant, then restaurant to club, then club back to hotel at the end of the night. This was no problem for LX. Limo was great- clean and non smoking, and it doesn't smell like someone spilled cheap alcohol allover the cabin week before.
