I live at Regency Park condos in University Pl., Washington and these guys have been our landscapers for the last several years. What makes them better than most companies is that they will do anything and everything to make their customers happy. They constantly check in. They even make site visits to make sure that everything is being done to standards or above. They have various positions that all lookout for a property, such as a master gardener, people with a background in ecology education relating to agriculture, a project manager, landscaper, leads and more. Now, there have been times that we have been unhappy because maybe they blew dirt but a simple phone call resolves all of this, and they are top-notch at resolving it just take a look at some of the properties that they landscape. read more

This company has a bad business model. If you're thinking of hiring them PLEASE! THINK TWICE. This company has a model in which they take blowers to collect ALL NATURAL MULCH material from your landscape, haul it away, then charge you 4x $ to bring back what they take from your property. hmmmm, its called ripping off the client. Butchered my hydrangeas. No notice given this was going to happen. I would have put a sign up. It looks awful. I had already trimmed them. There was tons of new growth, now it's all gone. It's going to take years for it to look how I wanted it. This company ignored my leaf covered back yard in the fall, left my gate open when they did show up. Don't know how they stay in business. Update 1/18/25 I emailed Nawir with the address he provided. He says he didn't get it. We were communicating just fine through Messenger. There is no reason to meet or speak on the phone. What is there to discuss on the phone or in person? His untrained staff butchered my beautiful 12 year old hydrangea. The picture speaks for itself. Niwar and his whole team was AMAZING! We have a very large backyard that wasn't completed when we built our home over 2 years ago. After interviewing a few different companies, we met with Niwar, reviewed our needs, wants and concerns and were met with one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They completed the project on time and did exactly what they said they would, with exceptional service and attention to detail. He and his crew were on time and worked hard every day, during the whole 3 week job. Our project included 330 square feet of new retaining wall, drain rock planter beds around the perimeter of our yard, regrading of the whole yard, 140 yards of new topsoil, hydro seeding, a fire pit seating area, irrigation system install and LED lighting. I can not speak highly enough of Niwar, his crew and company. I would very highly recommend Nasim and Sons for anyone looking for a landscaper. read more

We are really happy with how our new retaining wall and back fence were finished by Nasim & Sons. Niwar had a creative vision for a sweeping wall with curves rather than a straight one with angles, and it turned out beautiful! Niwar's service was outstanding from his initial estimate all through the final walk-through. He was very communicative, and quickly addressed all of our questions and concerns. We had been told by other contractors that our project would be really challenging and were skeptical when he kept reassuring us that they do this all the time and it wouldn't be challenging. Niwar did all that he said he would; his crew was very attentive to details and respectful of our property. We definitely recommend Nasim and Sons, and look forward to using them in future for our landscaping needs. read more

UPDATE: giving 5 stars as the owner handled it very professionally, apologized for the behavior of his employee and took care of the matter personally. Nice to see businesses who care to improve and learn from these incidents. Wish I had gotten it on film. A older white man working for Nasim & Sons Landscaping was blocking the road blowing leaves. It appeared he didn't see us approach and we had stopped for several seconds watching as he backed up further and further into our car. So we proceeded to honk to get his attention as he was literally going to walk into our car. It wasn't till several honks later that he finally turned around and immediately began screaming and being very nasty accusing us of trying to HIT HIM WITH OUR CAR. WHEN HE WAS THE ONE WHO ALMOST HIT US!!! continuing to scream that he couldn't hear us. (Which is why we had stopped and had to honk repeatedly to get his attention as he wasn't stopping) We had a car right behind us who saw the entire thing. He was very off putting, extremely rude and threatening. Terrible employee to represent this business. read more

I've added a star after posting a negative original review of this business. I was upset because I hadn't heard from Nasim & Sons after Niwar said he'd give me an estimate. He saw my review here, and suddenly I was hearing from him. Which is great, and maybe I should have given him more time to get back to me. But he was the latest in a line of contractors who had recently bailed on me, and I was just losing it. So let's factor in the "I was having a bad week" aspect, and I may have jumped the gun. After seeing my review, Niwar sent me an apology via email. I may not go forward with the project, but he made an effort to repair the situation and I appreciate that. read more

Niwar not only helped renovate our lawn but also provided his expertise on improving our existing irrigation system, and the longevity of our lawn, plants, & trees. He took the time to provide a detailed itemized estimate so we could pick and choose what we wanted to do ourselves and what we needed assistance with. His entire staff (Mandi, Wilson, Ernesto, and everyone) all go above and beyond- they don't cut corners and ensure quality in their work. They even worked on their days off to make sure the job was done on time. They don't waste your time or change estimated prices if there was a shortfall they didn't anticipate. The company strives for perfection and would rather have the job done right the first time around so you don't have to worry about fixing it later. These guys are great to work with! Professional landscaping is what I needed for my residential/commercial property. This includes mowing, trimming, pruning, hard surface blowing, clean up of beds & general site clean up. I actually love doing yard work but simply don't have the time anymore. Nasim & Sons takes care of the maintenance so I can do gardening projects I enjoy. I love coming home and seeing the lawn mowed, the driveway clear of debris! On the business side I have a large gravel lot area and these guys have helped me with grading and weed management. I highly recommend giving them a call! read more

I've had N&S out twice last year to get quotes on landscaping. The first time I was so impressed with the knowledge and friendly but professional demeanor of the representative and was looking forward to working with them. Weeks then months passed and I pinged them to find out what the deal was. Apologetic that they had dropped the ball in not getting me a quote they agreed to come back out and do another walk through and updated quote. Came out again in September and again I was excited to hear the plans and get going on the yard. I never heard from them again, after sending a reminder in October and again in December asking where the quote was. I'm now just very frustrated because clearly from all their marketing and social media N&S does beautiful work ...and maybe I'm just the unlucky exception but the responsiveness gets a zero from me. We had Nasim and Sons install a patio, path, and fencing for us this spring. We were having our wedding at our home, so we had a deadline and a lot of pressure! Niwar was fantastic to work with from the start. He listened carefully to what we wanted, offered us a range of options, respected our choices and budget. The patio and path were done on time and within budget - totally thrilled with the results. The fencing was delayed quite a bit due to a problem with the carpenter (he was injured). The carpenter we did work with, Mo, was awesome as well and did an amazing job, it just took a long time to fit us into his schedule. As a result the fencing WAS done before the wedding (about 2 weeks before), but the plants we had to move didn't have time to recover. No biggie - we were so happy with the results. They had an advertisement in the neighborhood flyer about their services . I met with the owner to look at resodding of our yard to get an estimate. He never followed through and completely blew us off, even though I had called and asked for an update on our quote. In my opinion this is unprofessional and I wouldn't depend on them for any job, look elsewhere. As the guys mow the lawn they pick up any trash that has blown in from our neighbor's yard. They do a great job on our lawn and I don't have to bend over to pick up the papers and stuff that wind up on our lawn. Thank you. Great job and excellent customer service. read more

This company does my neighbors yard. When it's time for cleanup they use their blowers to blow every leaf and grass clipping into my yard. Last time there were so many leaves it looked like a snow drift covering the side of my house. I left them a phone message asking someone to come back and clean up the mess. Never heard a thing. You don't clean a customers yard by blowing the mess into the neighbors yard. When they park their truck and trailer to do work they always block my driveway. When I asked them to move they said "we'll only be a few minutes". They weren't a few minutes! Terrible terrible service! I hope they never come back here. If I can give a lower score, I would. I contacted Niwar at the beginning of August for a consultation. On August 15, he arrived right on time. He spent over an hour with me discussing my yard and what he and his company could do for me. He said he would write up a quote and have it to me shortly. Three weeks later, I hadn't heard from him. Now obviously, summer is an incredibly busy month so I cut him some slack. I called the office and left a polite message. After three days, I called again and reached Mandy. She said that she received my voicemail, but didn't return the call. Why? I didn't bother asking. She did relay that Niwar was extremely busy, but that she will relay my 2nd message and she would make sure that he would send over the quote tonight. Today is October 4, and I still haven't received a quote, a phone call...nothing. I'm incredibly disappointed in this company as I heard so many great things and was looking forward to working with them. My husband runs a company and turns quotes around in 24 hours, which is why he has several repeat customers. It's unacceptable and unprofessional that a company would blow off potential clients by being unresponsive, especially since they are in the service industry. read more

I called and got the receptionist who told me the workers were out and that someone would call me the first thing next morning. The next morning arrived and no call. I called them at 10am and got the receptionist again who put me on hold while she went to find someone. After being on hold for 5 minutes I hung up.
