I have been seeing Natalie since September of 2018. Hands down BEST decision I ever made. Having a stylist/colorist you can trust is HUGE. Especially for us blondes! I followed her from The Cutting Room to Salon+Spa Studios happily - there was NO way I was losing her! And it felt like an upgrade in experience as the salon is so beautiful, comfortable, fun and offers other experiences such as amazing facials in the same location. I feel like her prices are very fair and worth every penny. Her website is amazing! She also has an awesome rewards program. Natalie is kind but also very straight forward with you since every client is different...would you really want anything less?! She truly loves her job with all her heart & takes it very seriously. Just wanted to update my review of Natalie. I have since moved from Tracy to San Ramon and I still drive to Tracy to make sure that Natalie does my hair! I know that I can walk into the salon and tell Natalie to do what she wants with my hair and I will be satisfied! She is always concerned with how my hair will turn out and makes sure that it is exactly what I wanted before I leave the salon. My hair is thick and takes forever to color, so it's not an easy job! I started going to Natalie in 2016. I saw her twice, but when it came time to my 3rd appointment with her she rescheduled. No problem, I get it things happen, but then she rescheduled again and finally just ended up sending me to a coworker. After that I stopped going to her because customer service is huge for me and I felt pawned off on someone else after trying to reschedule with her TWICE! But I just couldn't find someone I really loved in Tracy to do my hair. I followed her on Instagram still and saw her work all the time, I was always so in love with it. So fast forward a few years and I thought I'd give her another try. Because she truly does great work and she's a really honest, easy person to talk to. I started seeing her again in 2018/2019. I've been to a few appointments with her, & the last one I went blue! So I'm even more nervous with blue hair that I want to make sure it's done right by the right person. We had an appointment booked and she texted me the morning of, 2 hours before my appointment and said she had to cancel. Again, no problem, I get things happen. So I asked to get in as soon as possible and she rescheduled me for 2 weeks later. I thought it was a long time, but at least I'd be getting it done soon. Well that day comes and again, 2 hours before my appointment she texts me to cancel. I live in San Ramon and have two kids, my only family available to help with child care is an hour away. So it's been pretty frustrating because it feels like I have to jump through hoops to get in her chair and then get canceled on multiple times. I will not be seeing Natalie anymore because my schedule and life just cannot handle any more last minute cancellations. However, she is a great stylist and might work well for others. She also tried really hard to get me in the same day with a coworker this last time which I did appreciate because I had already been pushed out a while. But if you're someone like me who needs consistency and has to plan childcare or time off work, I'm not sure this would be the best fit for you. read more

Long story short, I got my hair bleached by a stylist in Fremont who pretty much melted off my hair and damaged it really bad. Natalie, has been amazing with my hair. When I first saw her it was all uneven by another stylist. The layers were terrible and it looked like a kid did it then a professional. Plus, I was box coloring my hair. Needless to say it was a hot mess and I had a lot of hair. I have lupus so my hair changes a lot. She has been the only one who can keep up with the changes.
