I just wanted to post my review so that maybe it can help someone not go through what I went through. Back in March I made an apt with Jessica here at the salon. We discussed all that I wanted done. I'm older and dealing with these gray hairs all I wanted was some baby honey color highlights. Well she explained to me that she would be able to do the color and I showed her I also requested for a simple layer hair cut. But what I walked out was with black brown hair very dark than what my natural hair color is and orange highlights. It was bad I felt like crap and embarrassed to go anywhere. I let her know what I thought of the work she done. She said this had never happened to her but I don't believe that. My highlights were simple the cut was simple but yet I looked like a hot mess. She offered to fix it of course I said no. Now I have spent over 430.00 dollars including what I paid her to fix the horrible colors. I tried reaching out to the owner and I have yet to receive a call. Nobody goes to the salon to come out looking worse but it happens to me. Please do your research. read more

I've been going to Mimi for all of my hair needs for close to 15 years! As our kids got older, our schedules started to conflict. So she recommended her sister Isabell. They are both the best! Mimi and Isabell are both so talented and sweet. I love that no matter what, I can get in to see one of them. Most recently, I did a halo extension consult with Mimi. I can be indecisive, but Mimi was super patient with me and walked me through all of the options (and there are so many!). Most recently, I have been going to Isabell for my cut and color. I scheduled for an appointment on the day of getting my hair done and the salon was very quick to reply back. Traffic was bad along the way and I got there ten minutes late while also trying to find parking, but they were so nice about it. This was my first time getting my hair colored and I got a partial caramel balayage. It made a good first experience coming here and I'm glad I chose Jessica as my stylist. She was very accommodating, listened to my preferences and needs, provided great customer service offering me refreshments, asking questions, and made it very comfortable for me for my first experience. She made me feel not at all nervous during the process and I was out of the chair sooner than expected which was 3 hours and it got done in 2 hours. I'm so happy with the results and very satisfied with the price the salon offered for their services. I think it was a very good price for how simple I wanted my hair to be done. My favorite part was getting my hair washed. I enjoyed every part of the hair wash and the lathering felt like a nice head massage. While my hair was blow dried and styled, I completely trusted the process and watched the magic happen. The color flowed so beautifully with my hair in the light and turned out just like how I wanted, and I can't wait to come back in the future! The last photo was my hair before getting my hair done.
