I'd done my hair to Tara once and second time doing my hair with her would have been maybe a year later. Made an appointment w Tara for a Saturday. I want to say a month before my appointment I asked Tara if she by any chance had any earlier appointments to let me know. She said yes it would be tough to get me earlier on a weekend so I said if anything opens up sooner to let me know. One day before my appointment I text Tara conforming our appointment and she says I didn't have an appointment, she thought I canceled!!!! After going back to read my texts, Tara was very apologetic for misunderstanding. I really didn't care about her misunderstanding I had waited all this time for a hair appointment only to be left with nothing and a day to figure out what to do with my hair for a big event I had the following day. I asked Tara is she could accommodate me, but she said she couldn't that she had given my spot to a "loyal customer" and blocked me as if I was harassing her. Honestly the least she could was recommend or ask her colleagues if they had any openings . Just plain rude and defensive as if I'd made that mistake. Any other Honest business owner would have opened earlier or stay later to fix their mistake or offer some sort of compensation/discount for such a horrible messed up mistake, instead she literally responded like a prick stating I gave your spot to a "loyal customer".
