5 stars is not enough for this place but there's no option to add more so...5 it is. :) From the…read morevery first phone call I had with Letty to ask some insurance questions and learn more about their services, I've been blown away by how kind and genuine every member of their team is. You can tell they all really care about each client and are truly passionate about helping people. I think the word "vibes" has officially been overused at this point but I can't find another way to articulate that this place has great vibes. It just does. I've been working specifically with Amanda for about a month now and always look forward to my appointments with her. She's extremely knowledgeable, helpful and so easy to talk to. Their gym is clean, quiet and has everything you could want in one place (even that weighted thing you push around on the fake grass if that's your jam). Every time I go to Chain Effect, either Honey or Letty are at the front welcoming people and always share in your excitement of the progress that's being made, whether it's PT or nutrition. So glad I found this place and highly, highly recommend!

Upon arrival, the clinic was totally COVID safe, and measures are taken very well. I used to take physiotherapy sessions in the UK, and I needed to continue them in the USA. I was fortunate to meet Taylor; he is very friendly and explained everything in simple terms that I could understand. Personal opinion Taylor was one of the best physiotherapists I ever encountered; he diagnosed and treated the first session's problem. The issue was having pain in my right shoulder and continue to my figures. We tried dry needles and other treatments. I highly recommend the treatments at the clinic. Yousef,

For nearly five years, I lived with constant knee pain. I saw so many doctors and therapists, all…read moreof whom treated the knee directly, but nothing ever changed. Then I met Jon. He asked me to lie on my stomach and try a movement that seemed completely unrelated. I honestly thought he was mistaken -- but he wasn't. My knee pain was actually coming from my back, and once he treated it, the pain disappeared. I've since moved away, but while visiting family I went back to see him for hip pain that had been diagnosed elsewhere as hip impingement. Jon immediately focused on my back again, and within two sessions I'm already feeling real relief. He has a rare gift for identifying the true source of pain. I trust him more than any other PT I've worked with.

"Four visits should do it," Jon Weinberg confidently said during my first visit to Team Care…read morePhysical Therapy. I thought, "Yeah, right. This guy is nuts!" After years of persistent back issues, the idea that they could resolve quickly--let alone in four visits--seemed impossible. Turns out, I was wrong. Two weeks after my fourth visit, my back feels fantastic. I'm back to splitting wood (using a hydraulic splitter--hey, I'm 68 years old, so let's not get ahead of ourselves), which involves a lot of bending and lifting. If I feel soreness creeping in, a few quick McKenzie exercises work like magic--everything shifts back into place, and the soreness disappears. I stick to the prescribed exercises daily, and not only is my back holding up, but my posture has improved too. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Jon and his team are true professionals who make you feel at ease from the start. Their enthusiasm for the McKenzie Method isn't hype--it's supported by years of research, evidence, and clinical practice. For me, though, it's the real patient success stories that resonate most. Count me in as a believer. Thanks to Jon Weinberg and the Team Care Physical Therapy crew, I'm living proof that this approach works.

I have been seeing Drew at Untapped Potential PT for a few years. He treated me after my hip labral…read moretear repair surgery (which was a long process but he never gave up!) and with a few other issues that popped up due to my graduate student lifestyle. He is hands on and really cares about each resolving your issues and is very invested in each patient. He gets to know you really well and no appointment is ever boring. I know he also does a lot of continuing education and sometimes tries new techniques.

I started going to Drew at UPPT for plantar fasciitis which had been nagging me for quite a while…read more Drew is incredibly knowledgable and is able to tell specifically where my pain is coming from after having me do just a few motions. I enjoy that, unlike a lot of medical professionals, Drew takes the time to help you understand why and how something is happening. Too often I have been told the "solution" to a medical problem like there is no other choice, and I couldn't hope to understand why. You can also tell he cares a lot about his craft; he often goes to seminars/workshops for PTs to learn about new methods. My plantar fasciitis cleared up right away after a combination of functional manual therapy, dry needling, and some at-home exercises that I still do today to help combat foot pain if it ever arises again. Rather than just treating the symptom, Drew worked on my calves and other parts of my lower body which also helped with a lot of (seemingly) unrelated aches and pains I had been having. I definitely recommend Drew as a PT if you want someone with a holistic approach. He quickly identifies the root of the problem rather than just working with symptoms. I wouldn't be as active as I am now without his help.
