About 3 weeks ago, I went to the salon again to give it another chance. Everyone deserves that. Besides, I was told they were under new management. As I walked in, I immediately noticed the place definitely looked quite different than how I remembered it. It was bright, clean, the style is more upscale, and the furnishings were more modern than before. The ladies greeted me, and their smiles sincere all throughout the time I was there. It was difficult to decide on what style mani-pedi I would try this time, until I met Cloud, one of the younger ladies there for sure. She is truly a nail artist, I could tell because her own nails were delicately manicured. She designed my own nails intricately using a "tiger's eye" nail polish. Still love seeing how glassy it still is three weeks later. I am so glad that this new salon management turned things around for the better! Haven't been here in about a year and went back today to find the prices had increased a lot. It was too late to walk out when they showed me the menu with prices so I sat through it and gave it a chance at least. The little tray of orange peels to squeeze onto my feet were a cute accent but still didn't meet the cost of $40 for this pedicure. Foot massage was barely two minutes when their menu states "five minutes " and the nail tech kept stabbing my nail beds with the cuticle cutters. If you're going to increase the price, atleast keep the quality. Do not cheat your customers out by not meeting the service that's stated in your menu. Will not be back. read more

Today was a horrible experience at first. I went in around 2:30ish today hoping to get a fill and wax. I didn't wait long but the technician I got was so horrible. His name was John and I think he was new cause I had never seen before. I needed two new nails cause I was missing one and the other he took off. When he was getting on the gel I get Gel-X he ended up burning me. When he told me to put my nails in the light thing all of my nails on my left hand and right hand was burned. I ended up asking for a new technician. Her name was Michelle and she was amazing as was the staff who checked up on me. Michelle ended up doing a great job on my nails and made the experience so much better. John ended up apologizing but I don't know if it was the polish he was putting on my nails for my fill or the gel for the nails but my nails and skin was burned. read more

Rushed/ Sloppy/ looks like a 5 year old did my mani cure. Used color #31 regular polish on both my toes and hand nails but clearly very different colors. I brought it up, but since the polish that was used for my toes was old, the newer one was used on my hands. I had gel x on my hand nails, the lady did a very sloppy job removing it. Her whole process was questionable. Leaving my nails looking lumpy. I also work hard for my money and this was a waste of my hard earned $. read more

Asked for a pedicure and to get the gel removed and no paint. They charged me $40 and the lady was expecting a tip when I was only in there for less than 25mins.
