Honestly, I would give 0 stars if I could. I called on the phone asking if they did acrylic soak offs / removal. I was told yes. I went in about 15 mins later and they had me soak my nails in acetone for 25 mins. Then, the lady helping me said she had never done an acrylic soak off and she didn't know how to. I got upset because I called for this very reason. I was then met by Tina who tried to pry off my acrylics with a nail tip. She then said "do you want to do it yourself?" & she went to attend to another customer. I was left to do my OWN removal. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Took me an hour to get them off. I was still asked to pay the $10 for the soak off even though I did it myself.

Tina always does a very good job and I love that she takes the time to help me find colors. I've been coming here for years now so I like that Tina knows my color preferences and let's me know when she gets new ones. None of the girls speak great English but we get each other!

Been coming here for years, and i continue coming back! Mostly because the staff are always friendly. Especially Karen. The prices are reasonable and I'm always happy with the result.

Well first, I would like to say this was my first time. I did not expect to be there hours like 3-3 1/2 for a full set. That was done by Karen, such a horrible job. The worst nail salon I have ever been to. Two big signs that I should have not come here or kept letting them work on my nails : other customers letting me know that my manicurist was the worst. And the most obvious one, THE NAME OF THIS PLACE. Your nails will literally come out looking just OK or worse. I was left with a burning sensation on my nails and I was horrified out how thick and bubbly they looked. The basic nail cleaning and cutting wasn't even done before applying nail polish. I tasked the woman working on my nails if she was going to trim or clean off my nails but she just kept saying " it's ok, it's ok" .... again with the OK. I kept letting her because I foolishly wanted to trust in her work. Why I ended up not posting a picture of the finished work, it was embarrassing to have done so. I went to a real nail salon right after to get that mess fixed. read more

Karen and all the amazing nail artist at Ok Nail are the best I've ever been to and their prices are unbeatable. I suffer from ingrown toe nails on both my big toes and they always help fix my issue and leave my otherwise horrible looking nails looking and feeling fantastic. I went here to get gel mani and pedi for the first time just to kill some time. Was at the Starbucks and decided to stop by. It's nothing fancy but Karen was awesome. Very friendly and great customer service, took her time and was very detailed. She opened a new bag of clean instruments in front of me. Prices are very reasonable. She didn't try to sell me anything extra and even suggested that I only do manicures and not acrylic since I have strong nails as she could tell my previous acrylic set had caused some damage. I will def be going back, and making this place my go to from now on. read more

Love coming here! The ladies are very nice. They always try to accommodate me when I come in. They even go out of their way and will call me as soon as they can see me. The prices are very reasonable too. In the past I've always seem to get ingrown toe nails, however here Tina, is very careful and takes good care of me I never have that problem now. I rate this nail place just because of how nice and accommodating they were to me and my 6 year old. This is not a fancy fancy nail place. So don't expect it to look fancy and cute but they had a well maintained place. The ladies there were so accommodating to me and my daughter and gave us a lot of attention. This place is small but the ladies take their job pretty seriously. It's best to make an appointment because it's nearly impossible to get in during peak hours. My girl is Tina she does a great job and she's fast, so she is very popular and has to be booked with time or your out of luck. But if she's not available Holly is also great. Lucy is my sisters favorite she's a little slower but detailed. read more

Please dont come here. I came to get my fill and the lady's drill cut me on almost every nail. Also, when I started bleeding, she said "oh. you're just sensitive." Also, the nail polishes they have are all drugstore brand or just not higher end like OPI or Essie. I pay to get quality and good service, but at this salon, I walked out with cuts and disappointment. read more

Not from this area but I really needed a pedicure & manicure. Went in without an appointment right when they opened. I accidentally tried giving myself a pedicure the night before (big no no lol) and they did the best they could. BUT my only complaint is even though I didn't know their language, I knew they were talking smack about my toes lol. The lady doing my manicure also said "you want your eyebrows waxed? You NEED it." I just ignored it, finished up and paid. read more

I absolutely love these ladies here. They make me feel welcome and they actually know how to hold a conversation. They don't make u feel rushed like your just a number. I get my pedicure and gel manicures here and it's affordable. It costs $34 and of course I add the tip. These ladies are the best in the area! read more

The most frustrating part was the polish selection. I chose two colors--a solid and a glitter that complemented each other--but after applying the solid, they realized they didn't have the glitter in stock. I had to choose another option, and then that second choice wasn't available either. I ended up settling for something I didn't really like. Given how expensive nail services are now, the entire experience was disappointing. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area, so I'll be trying somewhere else next time.

*******beware*****…read more sandy does not belong in the nail and service industry!!!!!! greedy and inhumane!!!! do not i repeat do not waste your time here, do not give your money to these people!!!! be careful of surcharges ! there is no sign!!! i came in for a manicure and pedicure, they were soooo nice to me at first. i was super happy and i was already thinking to myself i found a place to get my nails done. to the sweet older lady that did my toes, thank you so much for making the experience relaxing and soothing. the tip was for you!!! sandy does not belong in the nail and service industry. she did my nails, gel x simple french tip. she was friendly at first until a lady asking for donations for a non profit organization came inside and she immediately asked kindly if she would like to donate, sandy couldnt hide her face of disgust under her face mask and immediately said "no" so the lady asked kindly again if she could ask the people inside the business for donations (mind you i was already going to give her some cash) sandy said no and started talking shit in her language, none which the lady could understand. she turned around and wished everyone a blessed day and a happy easter, it was silent. note this alll happened in front of me!!!! i was in disbelief. you do not treat people like that no matter where you stand in life. it cost nothing to be kind. ********beware******** i was ready to pay even after witnessing that. my total was 152.00 which seemed overpriced but i was ok paying, sandy immediately questions if i will be adding a tip, not with a nice attitude but questioning why im not doing it, fine i add a 8.00 tip for the lady that did my toes. my total ends up being 164 dollars. i ask why and she tells me this "gel x gets charged tax acrylic nails no charge tax " mind you there is no sign anywhere that says that. when i asked for the final price she says its one thing and when i paid it was something else! this thief should be ashamed of herself. i repeat beware of this place. dont be fooled by the nice complimentary drink and boujee ambience. they will steal from you!! ***if vs nail lounge is reading this review your footage of this incident so you can understand why your employee should treat people with kindness, language is not a barrier to be a kind decent human being!!! :)

I'm new to area and trying to find my new pedicure spot. This is definitely not it. This was the FASTEST pedicure of my life. From the time I sat down to when she was done took 15 mins. I got a mid tier pedicure so it wasn't the cheapest one to maybe warrant a fast service. She didn't cut my toe nails or clean up the nail bed/ remove cuticles. I did not see her open a clean tool pouch to remove the dirt from underneath my nails and she just returned it to use it another client. Nail polish is sloppy on the edges and massage was maybe 2 mins. The whole service was $62 + $1 to use credit card and $5 tip...all for 15 mins!!! Never in my life have I spent that much for such quick service. Usually takes an hour. This explains why a place w so many chairs was near empty on a Friday evening. The girl next to me came in maybe 5 mins after me and she was done at the same time as me. She had a pedicure and not sure if a nail fill or a nail fix but she had 2 people working on her and she was done in 10 mins. I wanted to talk to her outside to see if she had come here before but it was dark and I didn't see her. I'm a stay at home mom and it's difficult for me to get out yo get pedicures done. I had 1/2 grown out old gel polish and felt completely robbed of my relaxing evening of wanting a good pedicure. I regret not saying anything. I didn't want them talking about me so I just paid and left. Don't come here, place is a rip off. Update: received message from business to say my experience was not accurate based on their reviewed footage they took at my chair. I stand by everything I said except they said my service took 30 mins not 15 mins. It still felt rushed and it's still not worth the money.

I typically get my nails done about once a month, but the last two visits have been disappointing. The technicians do not seem to thoroughly check their work. I've been repeatedly nicked around the cuticles, and during my most recent visit my nails were uneven in both length and shape. Unfortunately, due to the lack of attention to detail and consistency, I don't plan to return. I would strongly encourage future clients to carefully double-check everything during their service.
