It was an invaluable service for us when we were barely able to grocery shop or do normal basic things. After they'd leave, the house smelled amazing and fresh, the baseboards and dusting was done, and they are very detail-oriented. They even did our dishes a few times and put them away, and vacuumed our dog beds. Definitely recommend them, and wish I could hire them all year! Nataly and her time were great! My roommates and I hired them for a full house move out style cleaning and were happy with it. They did however have to come back to re-do quite a few things, but once I let Nataly know, she was very nice about it and had no problem coming back to re-do them. I would not recommend this cleaning service to anyone. Nataly quoted by the job and the agreement between us was that it would be three people for three hours. What actually took place was two people showed up for 2 1/2 hours. I held up my part of the agreement by paying the full quote. But that was a mistake because Nataly did not hold up to her part of the agreement for three hours with three people. A professional company would not set up a specific verbal contract and then not follow through. read more

It's funny how I'm not a client when I post an update but i don't see you complaining about my original posting. I am now changing the stars to one for your lack of business etiquette. Good Luck finding clients with this type of dishonesty. So all in all this place is decent. They send workers out to clean. The thing I really don't like is that the first set of workers the first couple times that came out were fabulous! The house really shined the first few visits! Then on to the 4th visit and a whole new crew. My grandparents were not comfortable with that at all and they have decided to discontinue service with this cleaning company. If your looking for a quick clean up I would suggest this place but if your looking for consistency through visits you will unfortunately not find it here. The stove was cleaned and they removed the burners on both occasions and were not able to put them back in so they left them like that. My grandparents are 88 they don't know how to fix that. I had to go over there to fix both times. Annoying. My grandparents on the third time just asked them about it and they didn't understand and ignored the question. The ladies broke the fridge door handle and instead of letting my grandparents know, they just taped it back on and didn't say a word.(This one pissed me off). Advice for Nataly, look at your crew. You have a couple weak links, dig them out and re-hire some to keep up the quality we received on our first 3 visits. Best of luck to you! read more

Nataly's cleaning service was recommended to me by a coworker. She was prompt getting back to me and setting expectations. She had 3 gals come to clean my place. The only room I didn't have them clean was my office which is being set up as a staging area to move stuff in while I pack up/go through a bunch of stuff. I can see why this business has won "Best of Petaluma" 3 years in a row. We are getting ready for a party this weekend and we have a 2.5 year old and a 1 year old so my house is in a constant state of disarray. I hate cleaning. I get so tired of cleaning up after my kids that I never get to do a deep clean. So, my aunt paid for a deep clean/spring clean for me as a gift. It was the best gift ever. I'm so happy with how well they cleaned. They cleaned in the microwave, behind our computers, areas that I never thought they would take the time to clean or care enough to do. There were a couple missed places (inside cabinets that my 2 year old stashed food) but in the time they spent and how well they cleaned everything I'm so impressed. They removed the rust stains from our water off the shower wall, and got rust stains off other things in the bathroom. Our floor is so clean we could eat off it. I was hesitant in hiring Nataly's Cleaning Services because of the few bad reviews but I was not disappointed at all. I do have a big old house and it's difficult to clean in 1 go. They spent 4 hours cleaning and left everything cleaner than what I could've done and I'm pretty meticulous. I will definitely hire them again. The key thing here is talk to the women cleaning your home and be nice. They'll be more willing to do more than what they're suppose to do and they did just that. They went beyond my expectations. Nataly and her workers have done a great job of cleaning our house for the last 6 months. She responded to the requests that we have made to change the day of our cleaning and if there are any special concerns we have. I've never had any problems reaching her by text message and she responds within 24 hours and will work with me if special arrangements need to be made. We will continue to use their services for the indefinite future! The only reason for four stars instead of five is that with some of our requests, Nataly agrees to make the change, but her workers don't always get the message. It's never a big issue and Nataly is understanding and does all she can to accommodate our requests. They also do not offer stain removal in carpets at this time but is in the process of being able to offer that service in the future. read more

Every time after she's done, I'm smiling. Because the house is nice and clean, neat and smells great. We have cats and dogs that unavoidably shed hair everywhere. For a few hours after she's done, you can't tell we have resident pets.. :) Plus, she's reasonably priced, and 100% reliable and a good communicator. I'm afraid I can't recommend this service. The cleaning itself is okay, though the first time they came they had to come back to mop again a still sticky kitchen floor. But the main problem is that the owner is disorganized and forgetful. If you call her on it, watch out, because her ego is gigantic. So, buyer beware. read more

Nataly knows her business. My elderly Dad was in need of a thorough house cleaning and Nataly gave us a fair price and estimate for a much needed deep cleaning. We then agreed on the price and exactly what would be included, then scheduled the work. Nataly was on time for the estimate appointment, she and her crew of two other cleaners arrived early on the day the work was done. There was a lot to do, and the three of them got it all done in about 4 hours. We did a walk-thru when the job was completed and Nataly made sure that everything that was agreed upon had been done. Cleaning number 3 and I couldn't be happier. Hopefully the great service will be a consistent factor. We have gone through 2 other house cleaners in the past 6 months and had all kinds of issues; I'm hoping we have found a keeper! Our first cleaning was the big one I really didn't feel was necessary but as all new ones tell you they prefer to do a thorough one the first time, I guess I really did need it. We had a lot of traffic in the weeks before & poor cleaning so it was so with it.
