bought a home in greensburg and had westmoreland pools open…read moreand set up. i could not use pool first year due problems with pump and filter which took 2 months for westmoreland pool to get and replace. this year they opened my pool early May. still having problems with chemical. pool turned green and they said they added chemicals and should clear in 24 hours. 3 days later I had pool water checked due to pool still green. there are no chemicals in water. now they won't come and help. they are quick to take my money but I haven't gotten any good service in 2 years.

Trouble is, with a one piece toilet, you have to change the whole toilet to fix the leak inside the toilet. He was very professional, friendly, and recommended several options. We spoke at length about what to do, and I have to say, I was not aware of the problem with Koehler. He made a recommendation to change to a Gerber Viper. While learning, I asked him if they're any charges and He said No! I will be discussing this with my Wife, and we'll go from there. Our 35,000 gallon pool used less than $350 worth of chemicals in a season. Caribbean pools over prices supplies when compared to other online pool suppliers.
