They said it will be today June 1st. Called again to ck the status of when it will be delivered and was told it will NOT ship until mid July! The dishonesty is what upsets me. They lied from the beginning knowing it would not be here until mid July. And greed. We canceled order and went elsewhere. This is my last time purchasing anything at Fergusons.

I only had about 15 minutes before I had to be at the dermatologist so I figured I'd pop in and see without being able to stay too long and get my Amex in trouble. This is a much smaller location than the one I used to frequent in San Diego but it was magical nevertheless. Lol, there's just something about a bunch of cooking tools, ingredients and textiles all aesthetically placed that makes me so happy. The ladies working were so friendly. I asked if they have a clearance section and one of them pointed me to a few little areas where there were markdowns. I found a cart by the bathroom with some goodies, got a small jar of garam masala that was marked down from $10 to $4, checked out and headed on my way. I will definitely go back when I have more time to really look at everything but in the meantime I'll be stalking the website looking for more deals.

Past times at the mall we were always acknowledged. Definitely disappointing but now I know we will spend our money elsewhere. We were planning on purchasing a knife set and a new pot but it definitely didn't feel good being in there after that. Had horrible experience with sales associate, Beth, and my bathroom remodel. she allegedly spoke…read morewith my contractor that was also recommended by Kohler and told me that a 36 inch vanity would fit only later to find out that it didn't and it was not returnable. She knew it wasn't returnable and didn't give me the heads up that I shouldn't take a chance that it wouldn't fit and I would be stuck with it. On top of that, she told the contractor that I wanted the brick tile stacked in my shower when I explicitly told her that I wanted it horizontal brick pattern. So I'm stuck with that too. Even after I spent all that money at the Kohler store the manager and the owner, Joe Rotskoff, were such jerks and acknowledge how I was misled and ripped off. I would not recommend anybody to deal with the Kohler store in Indianapolis.

The Kohler hardware was purchased from Donnie Briggs at Kohler, and the tilework and installation was done by Mark Groce. Mark has strong attention to detail from getting the grout mix and color to carefully placing each tile. The process could take a while since some of the items needed may need to be custom cut. We're incredibly happy with the craftsmanship and quality of the finished shower. I highly recommend both Donnie Briggs for hardware and Mark Groce for his construction/installation work and both of them are great with design and attention to detail. I recommend future clients to be involved in the construction process, as it helps with communication and decisions. I would gladly work with both Donnie and Mark again for any future projects.

It did take a few months to get since we were ordering custom color and legs. The day of delivery was surprisingly flawless. Not what we've had in the past with any delivery. Delivery van was on time. Two men ( one guy and his teenage son ) brought the furniture in wrapped. They unwrapped it all put the legs on and placed them in the room where I wanted. They took away all the trash and left nothing behind. Took less then 30 min to set it up and they were gone. We had already moved our old furniture out to our garage as per instructions to have the space cleared. I gave away our old but still in decent shaped stuff on Buy Nothing. Had they gotten back with me quicker about the weight limits this would have been a 5 star review.

We are absolutely blown away by the amazing experience we had with Superior Bath Systems. From our…read moreinitial contact to the installation follow up, every single person involved was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional; we felt very taken care of by this company. David L was our initial poc and I should've known something was special about him when he kept pulling more and more items out of a moderately sized bag like a magician with rabbits. He came to our home and worked with us on what we needed versus preferences - including concerns and potential issues we didn't even think of. His time and focus on our project was just the beginning of our walkin shower journey. Our second poc was Carrie who is exceptionally competent at the "office" side of the business; she managed the inner workings and even made direct contact with the VA for us so that we wouldn't be stuck in the middle. Her affable nature and consistent communication made this part of the process - which I thought would be the worst - easy and stress free. Our materials took some time to come in but we never felt forgotten during those weeks. And then installation day came! Our expert installer, David H, literally sealed the deal for us. He was so respectful of our home and genuinely a delight to work with. He is well versed in this industry and his skills are beyond compare. I was impressed that he knew the answers to most of our questions but of the few he didn't know, he called someone who did to provide us with accurate information instead of just making something up. We were extremely pleased with his personality and his workmanship. In the end, we got an outstanding new bathroom shower with zero hiccups and complete confidence in Superior Bath Systems. We could not have found such a unique and positive experience with any other company; I am sure of it. I would give this company far more stars if I could; definitely recommend. I wanted Moen but their price was much much higher than I could get from Home Depot. No solution from them except order Delta. Set up orders with them in July. When it came time for plumbing fixture delivery one Kohler item was not delivered. Ultimately had to get it elsewhere because they could not get it and wouldn't try any other option. They could not deliver the double oven we ordered 10 months earlier and ultimately we had to get it elsewhere because they would not look at other options. They apparently only care about customers when it doesn't require extra effort. Their communication is abysmal.
