Used them as a supplier for our new home because our builder uses them exclusivfor plumbing fixtures and appliances. I wanted Moen but their price was much much higher than I could get from Home Depot. No solution from them except order Delta. Set up orders with them in July. When it came time for plumbing fixture delivery one Kohler item was not delivered. Ultimately had to get it elsewhere because they could not get it and wouldn't try any other option. They could not deliver the double oven we ordered 10 months earlier and ultimately we had to get it elsewhere because they would not look at other options. They apparently only care about customers when it doesn't require extra effort. Their communication is abysmal. read more

We did a major home reno-knock down and rebuild type of project. Lots of vendors, lots of sub-contractors, lots of things went wrong. Cyndy at Lee did not. She is the best. She has been great every step of the way; from deciding on appliances, through the ordering process, to questions and fixes after installation. I went in looking for some towel bars to match the ones that will be in the new home I'm building. The builder referred me to Lee Supply. The staff was really helpful, and their showroom was beautiful! A few days later, Hannah called me and told me the towel bars arrived, so I went to pick them up. The staff made friendly chit chat while I waited for them to pick my order. The funniest part was the birds flying and chirping around the pick up area. read more

I purchased a new home and Lee Supply provided the kitchen appliances. The refrigerator was damaged in the back and they replaced it. The replacement has cuts in the freezer liner and dings all up and down the liner in the freezer and the refrigerator. They brought a replacement, but the delivery guys pointed out that the back panel wasn't installed correctly and said they didn't recommend accepting it. The last replacement had a quality control rejection mark on the ice bin and a HUGE dent in the side. The delivery guys said they did not want to leave it because it was probably not good. NOW, Lexi, the contact at Lee Supply, is telling the builder they aren't bringing out any more refrigerators because they already brought four. Lexi, when you bring one out that isn't damaged, THEN you can stop bringing out refrigerators. Until then, you owe me a refrigerator that isn't damaged. read more

I purchased all of my kitchen aide appliances here from Matt. He was correct the delivery guys were fabulous! So different than Home Depot, Lowes etc... delivery! They explained everything. Literally the worst supply house in the entire Midwest. Between never having basic material that any supply house should carry or the simple fact that literally every order that comes out of there is wrong this is the least dependable store in Indians period. I had an internal plastic piece of a delta faucet break on me so I went to home depot, menards, lowes and even the Delta faucet company up in carmel and no one seemed to be able to help me. I finally went to Lee Suppy in carmel and met with Seth. He asked me to email him some pictures of what i needed along with a picture of the faucet. after i emailed him he contacted me right away and said that it was a discontinued product from delta but he was able to get me the replacement parts the very next day. They did a fantastic job and everyone there I dealt with was friendly and efficient. read more

I am embarrassed for them by the incompetence. I purchased a high end Kitchen faucet for $555.73 on 9/5/2013. I called to cancel the order on 9/9/13. First I called and left a voice message for my "Showroom Consultant" that took the order and charged my account on 9/5/13. Since then I have spoken to 3 additional people, have left 6 additional messages and as of today 10/15/13 40 days later have not had my charges reversed. Sherry spent a long time explaining all the options and giving us the information we needed to make a good decision on what to buy. She then set up a timely delivery for us. Horrible service. No one answers the phone made a trip on Saturday's and never got acknowledged I was even there.

Incompetent and apathetic. Very poor service. I ordered an expensive kitchen faucet (they have almost nothing in stock!). I was told they would call me within 2-3 weeks when it got there and nobody ever called. I called and left numerous messages in the showroom and nobody bothered to call me back. I finally called somebody at the counter area and was told it had been in for several days. When I went to pick it up nobody could find the paperwork for the order and when they finally found it, the warehouse people couldn't find the faucet!!! I waited for almost an hour until somebody finally came up with it. These people don't give a darn about customers. I am highly allergic to mold and could tell the showroom is moldy. Paint is peeling off the walls and they had big sheets of plastic and garbage cans everywhere to catch the water. They should be ashamed to have people see the place. I'll never go back. read more
