David L was our initial poc and I should've known something was special about him when he kept pulling more and more items out of a moderately sized bag like a magician with rabbits. He came to our home and worked with us on what we needed versus preferences - including concerns and potential issues we didn't even think of. His time and focus on our project was just the beginning of our walkin shower journey. Our second poc was Carrie who is exceptionally competent at the "office" side of the business; she managed the inner workings and even made direct contact with the VA for us so that we wouldn't be stuck in the middle. Her affable nature and consistent communication made this part of the process - which I thought would be the worst - easy and stress free. Our materials took some time to come in but we never felt forgotten during those weeks. And then installation day came! Our expert installer, David H, literally sealed the deal for us. He was so respectful of our home and genuinely a delight to work with. He is well versed in this industry and his skills are beyond compare. I was impressed that he knew the answers to most of our questions but of the few he didn't know, he called someone who did to provide us with accurate information instead of just making something up. We were extremely pleased with his personality and his workmanship. In the end, we got an outstanding new bathroom shower with zero hiccups and complete confidence in Superior Bath Systems. The Indiana Design Center houses many higher-end businesses that feature granite countertops, lighting, home decor and more - definitely a space where one would make an appointment or drop in and get inspired for home design or fully design a room/house. There's even a business on the second floor that uses virtual reality to show clients what the space will look like! Clients from all over come here to design, and the Indiana Design Center hosts events with designers throughout the year. Definitely worth popping in!

The class is well taught with everything you need conveniently set out for you, and the instructor goes through each step along the way. They really make accomplishing things easy. What I thought would be difficult was really quite simple. We stuffed the snowflake wreath with cream cheese and raspberry jam, and we made homemade Nutella for the Babka. It was all very tasty and both were accomplished in three hours.

She knew it wasn't returnable and didn't give me the heads up that I shouldn't take a chance that it wouldn't fit and I would be stuck with it. On top of that, she told the contractor that I wanted the brick tile stacked in my shower when I explicitly told her that I wanted it horizontal brick pattern. So I'm stuck with that too. Even after I spent all that money at the Kohler store the manager and the owner, Joe Rotskoff, were such jerks and acknowledge how I was misled and ripped off. I would not recommend anybody to deal with the Kohler store in Indianapolis.

The Kohler hardware was purchased from Donnie Briggs at Kohler, and the tilework and installation was done by Mark Groce. Mark has strong attention to detail from getting the grout mix and color to carefully placing each tile. The process could take a while since some of the items needed may need to be custom cut. We're incredibly happy with the craftsmanship and quality of the finished shower. I highly recommend both Donnie Briggs for hardware and Mark Groce for his construction/installation work and both of them are great with design and attention to detail. I recommend future clients to be involved in the construction process, as it helps with communication and decisions. I would gladly work with both Donnie and Mark again for any future projects.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The only reason they even deserve 1 star is because…read morethey eventually fixed their mistakes (I guess third time's the charm). We have dozens of pictures of the poor work they did installing our countertops. Not only was it poorly done, it was also not completed in a timely and professional manner...it took an additional unexpected 4 weeks to install them. The first installation appointment, our main countertop piece broke during install. It was several days before we even got ahold of them to figure out what the next steps were (meaning we went without countertops/sinks-therfore running water downstairs for an entire month). They would leave our house before ever addressing the poor and unfinished work and then were extremely hard to get ahold of (seriously, no one answers their phone there). My husband spoke to several members of the company and did a lot of back and forth with Home Depot as well. Each time we did eventually speak with them, it would be a week or two before they ever attempted to repair or finish their work. Extremely disappointed that Home Depot sub-contracts such a terrible company. We would've much rather paid a higher price to begin with for a better quality and experience. I'm angry that we had to learn the hard way.

So, they said our appointment was at 1:30 pm. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. We are beyond disgusted by their unscrupulous and deplorable behavior. We are even more disgusted by their dismissive conduct and inferior products. AVOID THEM.
