Update. After posting my initial review, and reaching out to Dave Smith, who's email I found below, I was contacted by the install team and they are now scheduled to install my appliances in 3 days. New construction is always hard, we have built a few homes and there are always challenges. We have always used Fergusons and been happy. Big issues here. Bought a very expensive appliance set and was assured installation would be no problem. Not the case. Appliances are sitting in my house, the installation team won't return my call, an Ferguson is refusing to refund the installation cost. Really? Come in Ferguson, you used to be a reputable company. Now you are just ripping people off? Look at other reviews folks! Don't get fooled by the nice salespeople or you'll have appliances sitting for months in your house. read more

So far so good. Ferguson has a great showroom conveniently located on 96th St. just east of Keystone. It's super helpful to walk through the showroom. Just opening the doors of refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, ice makers, etc. makes you realize how different they are and how much you relate to some products & not others. I worked with Bryce & he was helpful & answered all my questions. I had Ferguson come to my house for a small fee & measure my existing space in a granite countertop so that I would know what dishwasher, cooktop, & oven would fit. I learned which manufacturers had items which would fit & which didn't. And I learned the lead times for different manufacturers (a few have products available, but most have long lead times). So Bryce was able to help me narrow down what products to consider based on price, fit, & timing. There are a lot of tricky things to know, and a lot could go wrong if one isn't careful. I ordered a dishwasher, cooktop & oven, & Ferguson is installing them as they receive them. I had a quick & impressive installation of a cooktop today. Can't wait for the dishwasher. And the oven could take up to 7 or more months, but I have another so I'm patient. After ordering, Ferguson assigned a person to handle the communication with me regarding delivery & installation. It's going nwell. I can't imagine just ordering online without going to a showroom & working with a specialist. They deserved my business because they spent time with me making sure that it all worked out. We've all heard appliance disaster stories and I didn't want to be one of them. I purchased 3 new LG appliances and the experience was as positive as possible when it comes to purchasing and installation. However what put me over the top impressed was the experience for an issue with the stove. One of the burner components was not fitting right, creating an uneven flame - from the time I phoned to having a super guy out to replace the part was a matter of a few days (could even had been sooner if my schedule would have supported) The service man listened and believed me in my issue description and likely cause - plus - I was called numerous times for appointment reminders and follow up- that never happens these days! I bought all new kitchen appliances. Ten months later I had no microwave. Yes, there is a chip shortage, but I got no calls and no responses from Fergusons. I would call-nothing. I went to the store-the nastiest receptionist I ever met told me to take a seat and wait because only 3 people were working on a Saturday! Once they take your money customer service dies. This is a terrible company. Avoid them. Btw, I went to Famous Tates and had a microwave delivered in 3 days. Go there. read more

Purchased a $10,000+ JennAir stove. Took about 6 months to arrive and from the day it was installed it couldn't cook a simple frozen pizza. Took two months and four different visits from the appliance repair guys to finally fix the thing. On a positive note, however, Ferguson was able to get JennAir to extend the warranty on the stove in case its a lemon and has more troubles. read more

After the sell, Ferguson Appliance Gallery sales people do not help the customer! I ordered, had delivered and installed, a dishwasher, a four door refrigerator, a cooktop, and a microwave/oven combination! So I spent a lot of money at Ferguson Appliance Gallery. However, the microwave/oven combination was broken when the delivery truck was to pick it up, so I waited another two weeks for a replacement! The delivery people noticed several scratches and a large chip on the refrigerator freezer door. The delivery people said they would talk to the service representative and get him to make things right. However, I am still waiting for someone to "make it right". It has been almost two months since this all began. If you do purchase something from Ferguson Appliance Gallery, make sure you read their warranty as it says they are responsible for NOTHING! read more

This company know really well how to promise good service but does not deliver on there word. They are very experienced In taking your money , but not delivering the item as promised. My recent experience was a bad one not only were they late delivering my dishwasher but when the delivery person got there he expected me to take it off of the truck and I suffer from M.S. my opinion would be to shop elsewhere - they are not very high end although there prices are. read more

We needed a panel ready refrigerator and dishwasher and were limited to our resources, so we stopped into the 96th Street location. We didn't want regular appliances from Lowes, Sears or the standard retailers because of the specific installation and cabinetry blending required for our kitchen. They were very busy that day; all sales help were with other customers so we were introduced to Ian, who was the Ferguson Service and Installation Manager. I'm sure all of the sales people are very qualified, but we were very impressed with his knowledge. He was sharp, efficient and investigated further on availability and size while we were there. I know he's not a 'salesman', but if possible, we will ask for Ian in the future. We ended up purchasing a panel ready Fisher/Paykel (sp) refrigerator, panel ready Bosch dishwasher and Maytag washer and dryer. He has since kept us up to date on delivery times and panel contractors. Will be contacting Ferguson Corporate with the highest of accolades! Thanks, Ian!! read more

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher 12/18/18 to replace an older model which was no longer working. This Gallery doesn't carry stock so delivery wasn't possible until 1/5/19 though I inadvertently learned the new unit had been available within the week it was ordered. From day one, the unit hasn't dried properly. An initial call to the showroom was met with much attitude. I was told to call Bosch directly, even though they sold it and their third party installer was eventually scheduled by them. On 2/6/19 servicemen showed and were quite informative telling me THEN this unit is known to have drying issues, requires use of an adjunct drying agent and detergent which I've never had to use, I was not told this at the time of purchase. I was told a newer model than what I was sold has resolved drying issues. He asked why I didn't purchase that, instead. He suggested I remove the utensil container, load the unit differently, never use the "auto" function and set it on extra dry. No change. On 2/26/19 I called Ferguson and asked for it to be picked up and my money returned. I was told by Aaron Briggs whose customer service skills are deplorable, "you must be doing something wrong" and to call Bosch directly. No apologies. Basically, this Gallery does nothing except sell expensive appliances. Bosch c/s was helpful though it was clear they too, believe the issue is not a unit fault. My water heater isn't set high enough, the detergent (Finish) isn't correct - although it's what I was told to use when I purchased the old unit AND the unit in a previous home. If you buy a Bosch, don't buy it from this Ferguson Gallery. Apparently, it's too much to expect a $1200 new dishwasher to work or that the store I bought it from might support their sales. read more

Seems there is common theme here. Pretty shiny showrooms and a lack of delivery on the other end. We bought a GE Cafe stovetop and a Thermador pop-up stove vent. Their installation manager was paid $80 to do a walk around with our contractor to make sure everything was in place for the install. Oops! A vent connection that should have been ordered with the pop-up hadn't been ordered. Two week delay. Then their installers came out reeking of alcohol and hungover (one guy literally holding his head). Oops! They didn't have the right cord to connect it to the blower which again should have been caught by the $80 visit to install their product. They promised they would 'expedite' it right away. A week later we called to find out it hadn't been ordered. Ok, ok, they had a hangover. We were again promised it would be 'expedited'. This seems to be a frequently used word. Hmmmmm....Another week and a half goes by, yup, you guessed it...it wasn't the right cord. Another cord is now being 'expedited. So as of now it will have been a five week delay IF the right cord arrives. We have a wonderful contractor (Home Redevelopment Solutions) who can't/won't bill and get paid until the job is complete. Yeah they are like that....highly recommend them. They and we have been highly inconvenienced and frustrated. They will not do business with them again. And, me? I will visit the shiny, shiny showrooms for ideas and buy elsewhere. read more

This place is a joke with absolutely no customer service and will not standby their products, even if the products don't work when delivered. They only care about the sale. They promise service but wouldn't know service if it smacked them in the face. They are just salesmen and only care about getting your money. Once they get the sell they wash their hands of you. Your are better going to Best Buy, Lowes, Amazon or even better a local family owned dealer. I couldn't recommend this place to anyone. They may have a nice selection but if that product fails or doesn't work on delivery, they couldn't care less. read more
