I'm not 100% sure, but I think one more sister store is also going in. The address has been updated on Yelp and is correct now. So, how is it? Well, it's pretty accessible. There's accessible parking almost directly in front of it. The two-sided doorway is pretty manageable. There were some sports in the store where I struggled with access and others where I struggled because a wheelchair bump would mean I was buying a really expensive, fragile item I probably couldn't afford. Williams-Sonoma, if you don't know, sells kitchen wares and home furnishings. The emphasis is on high-end items. You won't find a Keurig here. You'll find a $2,995 Breville Oracle® Dual Boiler Espresso Machine, however, and other items that you just look at with bewilderment. Their big kick right now seems to be Stanley Tucci-branded items along with seasonal items. I will confess I lusted after some of the Halloween items. While I felt very welcome at West Elm, I will admit I felt a bit less welcome here other than one super helpful employee. I had another employee who seemed wary of me - I mean, come on, that's somewhat legit. I'm a frumpy wheelchair user with no sense of fashion and garage sale sensibilities. Can I shop at Williams-Sonoma? Sure. Maybe not everything, but shopping here's now out of the question. I can't deny, despite my obvious cynicism, that I actually liked this store and I liked it more than when it was at Fashion Mall. It feels a little more relaxed. It smells great. It looks good (the flooring could use some assistance). It has some seasonal items, candles, and small housewares I adored. Most of the employees were friendly if not exactly welcoming (except for Mr. Wary who, by the way, was less fashionable than I was. So there.). If you want to elevate your game, especially in the kitchen, this is a great place to start.

Had horrible experience with sales associate, Beth, and my bathroom remodel. she allegedly spoke…read morewith my contractor that was also recommended by Kohler and told me that a 36 inch vanity would fit only later to find out that it didn't and it was not returnable. She knew it wasn't returnable and didn't give me the heads up that I shouldn't take a chance that it wouldn't fit and I would be stuck with it. On top of that, she told the contractor that I wanted the brick tile stacked in my shower when I explicitly told her that I wanted it horizontal brick pattern. So I'm stuck with that too. Even after I spent all that money at the Kohler store the manager and the owner, Joe Rotskoff, were such jerks and acknowledge how I was misled and ripped off. I would not recommend anybody to deal with the Kohler store in Indianapolis.

The Kohler hardware was purchased from Donnie Briggs at Kohler, and the tilework and installation was done by Mark Groce. Mark has strong attention to detail from getting the grout mix and color to carefully placing each tile. The process could take a while since some of the items needed may need to be custom cut. We're incredibly happy with the craftsmanship and quality of the finished shower. I highly recommend both Donnie Briggs for hardware and Mark Groce for his construction/installation work and both of them are great with design and attention to detail. I recommend future clients to be involved in the construction process, as it helps with communication and decisions. I would gladly work with both Donnie and Mark again for any future projects.

It did take a few months to get since we were ordering custom color and legs. The day of delivery was surprisingly flawless. Not what we've had in the past with any delivery. Delivery van was on time. Two men ( one guy and his teenage son ) brought the furniture in wrapped. They unwrapped it all put the legs on and placed them in the room where I wanted. They took away all the trash and left nothing behind. Took less then 30 min to set it up and they were gone. We had already moved our old furniture out to our garage as per instructions to have the space cleared. I gave away our old but still in decent shaped stuff on Buy Nothing. Had they gotten back with me quicker about the weight limits this would have been a 5 star review.

David L was our initial poc and I should've known something was special about him when he kept pulling more and more items out of a moderately sized bag like a magician with rabbits. He came to our home and worked with us on what we needed versus preferences - including concerns and potential issues we didn't even think of. His time and focus on our project was just the beginning of our walkin shower journey. Our second poc was Carrie who is exceptionally competent at the "office" side of the business; she managed the inner workings and even made direct contact with the VA for us so that we wouldn't be stuck in the middle. Her affable nature and consistent communication made this part of the process - which I thought would be the worst - easy and stress free. Our materials took some time to come in but we never felt forgotten during those weeks. And then installation day came! Our expert installer, David H, literally sealed the deal for us. He was so respectful of our home and genuinely a delight to work with. He is well versed in this industry and his skills are beyond compare. I was impressed that he knew the answers to most of our questions but of the few he didn't know, he called someone who did to provide us with accurate information instead of just making something up. We were extremely pleased with his personality and his workmanship. In the end, we got an outstanding new bathroom shower with zero hiccups and complete confidence in Superior Bath Systems. We could not have found such a unique and positive experience with any other company; I am sure of it. I would give this company far more stars if I could; definitely recommend. They could not deliver the double oven we ordered 10 months earlier and ultimately we had to get it elsewhere because they would not look at other options. They apparently only care about customers when it doesn't require extra effort. Their communication is abysmal.
