But they gave me a nice new rental car without any hassle, which was covered by my insurance. Over that time period, I had to reach out a few times to get the status on my car. I wish they would be a bit more proactive on updates. When I was leaving, I met the shop owner. Everyone is super friendly and casual about the whole process. I'm not used to that at auto repair shops. They affixed my front license plate to the front of the car which I didn't really want (It was in the trunk).
