Brought my Toyota Camry here after getting in a small collision in a parking lot. They told me that the car would be done in three days and that all the parts had arrived the same day I dropped it off. Two weeks go by and they don't answer the phone, no texts, no calls, nothing. I even went there one afternoon when I got off work and the lady inside closed the blinds and turned the lights off as if she didn't see me! After about 3 months and fraud investigation I finally got the car back and then after all that I decided not to press charges. Keep in mind they never fixed the car! The following week I received a storage fee bill for $4800! I do not know what to do. Will update this review when I figure it out. I don't recommend this place do not even think about giving them your business. read more

Unfortunately I have had to take more than one of my cars to get body damage fixed here. That being said, Linda returned both my Lexus and my truck back to me looking brand new. I am a super OCD guy and will notice the slightest flaw or imperfection in things. I couldn't tell that either car had been worked on which says a lot for Linda and her repair / paint team. Both times I was there, the car and the truck weee returned to me in less time than promised. Linda dealt with the insurance company and the adjuster and took that off of my plate. Today I went to Mid Valley Auto Body. I have a Mercedes and before going to Mid Valley, I contacted several Mercedes repair shops ("specialized in Mercedes") and all of them were unable to help me because of my surprise, they were all missing real mercedes diagnostic tools. I needed some scn coding regarding an error message that suddenly popped up on my dashboard. Simon was able to fix it!!! I didn't even have an appointment and he took the time to check it out and fix it on the spot. He was clearly busy with other work but he still took the time. Thank you again. Simon is great. My wife's moonroof got stuck and was partially open and air was coming in. We searched around and noticed Simon has high ratings for his repair. He told us we were lucky that air didn't pop open the moonroof because at higher speed there was a lot of lift and it could make it pop open completely. We left the car for a few days there and after repairs were done the moonroof was working better than day one from the factory. There was no dirt nor finger prints on the roof-liner and they did a fantastic clean job on this Mercedes. read more

Someone hit my brand new car and caused some damage to paint on the back. I was livid since I haven't even had the car a month (and the perpetrator originally tried to drive away without taking accountability). Anyhoo, I stopped at Mid-Valley on my way home from the accident to get an estimate. They were kind, accommodating, and able to take my car the same day. Daniel & Octavio are amazing people! My mom got a flat tire near this place and we were outside trying to put on the spare. These two guys came out and asked if we needed help. We did because the bolts(?) were too tight so they went back and got their equipment to help us and changed it for us. We only had $2 in cash on us and they wouldn't take it. It was SO sweet of them.
