Firstly, Sonia was who I worked with - Sonia felt like a mother to my car, that's how caring and helpful she was. From the get go, she arranged a pickup from the rental place, talked to my insurance and on top of that made me feel reassured that everything was okay. She was incredibly communicative and honest. I can see why this place got all the great reviews. They are a Mercury Approved Car shop which is why I chose it. First and foremost, the customer service is super friendly and helpful. Sonia was really nice and helped me get my Enterprise Car setup. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and they called Enterprise to come pick me up. With the relationship with Mercury, I got updates about the estimate, the parts being ordered and the overall status of my car. The car was fixed in a little over a week and they did a great job! My car got hit by a bicycle tire that flung in the air in the freeway bc of a Mercedes G wagon. It damaged the bumper, fender, right headlight & scuffed my wheels. While I was looking around trying to get quotes from other auto body shops .... I had remembered coming here with my bf's little sister for her car, but I forgot the name of the body shop. I just remembered how to get there and I told myself that I'd just go there because of Sonia. She was so kind and sweet. Plus they did a really good job on my bf's sisters car. Foremost, it is ran by a wonderful family. I remember when I first called I requested to see if they could give an estimate on how long it may take and what needed to be done before dropping off my car since my insurance wouldn't cover a rental. Leon picked up and told me I could stop by anytime before closing. When I did go drop off my car, he remembered my name and what car I drove. Just stellar customer service and care. Leon, the owner, took great care of me along with his son Andrew and Sonya at the front desk. They are such wonderful people. I got to meet Leon's daughter as well. You couldn't find genuinely kind people to trust with your car. They really care. Sonya even mentioned how difficult these situations are and how they really want to help their customer through these moments by making it easier. I mentioned I needed my car before Monday, April 17th because of a family event, and they took that to heart. I dropped off my car on Tuesday, April 11th and it was ready by Friday, April 14th. Ok, so I am not accident prone, but apparently there has been a bit of a conspiracy in this world to hit me, because I have gotten hit now TWICE (once in both cars) in a months period of time. GRRRR!!!! Now, the review: So I came to Prime Autoworks to get my CR-V fixed. AWESOME JOB!! Then I got hit in my other car (Scion xA). I again took my car to Prime Autoworks and they AGAIN gave me incredible service. They called the rental car company to come get me while I sipped on a nice cup of coffee. After 5-day, I picked up the car. It was perfect. They even brought the paint up the back of the vehicle so it all matched AND just like last time, it was clean, washed, maybe waxed, and they AGAIN cleaned my headlights to a perfect shine! Amazing!
