I've emailed them 4 times with no response. I purchased 3 tactical stockings on october 30th. On November 9th I received an email stating that my order was on back order and that it would be shipped out on 11/20 from the California warehouse (I live in arizona so it shouldn't take long to receive my order). Then on November 16th I received another email stating that my order was placed on back order AGAIN and that it'd be shipped out on 11/30.  I then received an email on November 27th saying that my order has shipped, however, everytime I check tracking it says "pre-shipment, waiting on item from seller to ship"... it's now December 18th. Just a few days until Christmas. I hope I get my order some time in the future, especially seeing how I placed my order about 2 months ahead and I paid $105 for these items. please get back to me with some updated information! read more

Simply Put the customer service is horrible if anything. I would have left 0 Stars but that is not possible. I tried to leave a review on the National parks Depot Facebook page but miraculously its not visible? I ordered the Monkey Pak Bundle that was supposed to come with a medium pack and a thirst pack both with water bladders. I only received the one medium pak and bladder. I reached out to the so called customer service line only to leave a message mid day on Thursday and not get a response. I left multiple voicemail's, messages through FB Messenger, and emails. Don't get fooled by the replies immediately canned response, its all automated. You know I read the story of the founder about how he changed his life and let me tell you in this industry customer service keeps people coming back and this my friends sends me away pulling my hair out. I have reached out to them again multiple ways today and informed them that I would be leaving a review and I got a canned message again referring me to shop using the messenger app. I think not. So far my experience has been poor and not what was expected. I paid for an item that is no where to be found. Customer service said it was supposed to ship out this week but of course, it didn't. I just found out that this company was founded by an X-Convict. That in itself isn't a problem but I'm very suspicious that I've been scammed out of over $100. Sometimes people go back to what they know...I hope this isn't the case. If I ever get a reply from customer service that gives me a shipping confirmation or if I receive my product, I will revise this review accordingly. Sounds like a few people didn't have good experiences with National Park's Depot? I've ordered thru them 2- tactical flashlight's I broke one of the lights by over spinning the zoom lens ! It's a really good rechargeable flashlight and haven't had any problems with the second one. I also ordered the headlamp...it's amazing! I love it!! Called the number on the receipt from Paypal and all you get is a "someone is not available" message and to leave your info. I did, twice, no response. Ordered a bag from these guys on a whim. The price was right, shipping was free, and it appeared to be just what I was looking for. The material quality was good, however 9 months after purchase, all but 2 of the zipper pulls have broken, the bag looked like a decent size online, but don't expect this to fit a normal human. Ordered 3 tactical stockings on October 13, 2016. Payment cleared that day. Received all three this morning December 5, 2016. They were jammed into a box with no packaging material and no thought to the items inside. They shipped only after I complained via email multiple times. Not at all what they were advertised to be. The stockings themselves are okay but the items inside are cheap, plastic junk that you can find in a dollar store. VERY DISAPPOINTED! It did take three attempts to get a response from their customer service regarding the status of my order, but after a few days I did get a reply and they assured me that my order was being shipped, it arrived a few days later. The tracking number provided for one of the items I haven't received isn't valid for USPS (which is what the email said the number was for), UPS or FedEx. I ordered a smart watch from them and although it's limited in its use so far and the app for it is basically useless and totally made in China. For the money it's not a bad item. Haven't had it long but so far I like it definitely making me want an apple smart watch, but this is a good downgraded affordable version to see if you really like and or need a smart watch. Quality seems pretty good even though the secondary strap to hold the band in place broke off the second day having it besides that it's a very basic smart watch. The firmware and compatibility definitely needs a major upgrade if that was done this watch would fly off the shelves. Purchases the watch and had it with basic shipping inside a week. read more

Customer service never responds even after multiple threats the reverse the charges. There is no number to call if you want to talk to someone. Item was "back ordered" for four months. I order the coffee mug with carabiner handle. I received a shot glass with a cheap carabiner tack welded to it. The stainless is almost as thin as my razors, I'm afraid to use it as I think my sip of coffee may prove to be too much for the welds and I don't want to get an ounce of coffee spilled on me. Now I'm not saying it was them but after I received my order I also started receiving text messages for other scams, like debt forgiveness, and IRS forgiveness, and multiple sell from home pyramid schemes. read more

Customer service is unreachable. I have tried (for the past two weeks) to contact them through the site contact form, the email listed for customer service, Facebook and calling. Ordering through the site works fine, but if there is an issue with an order, it's like you have entered a black hole with no possibility of communication. Update - two posts I made on their Facebook page "mysteriously" disappeared, as did the negative review I posted directly on the site... I contacted the BBB, and within 24 hours, they reached out to me on Facebook to process a return. Be warned - they will not pay for return shipping! At this point, I don't even care - just want my money back. FINAL UPDATE - My purchase was refunded, however... not only did they not pay for return shipping, they also did not refund the original shipping charge!! read more

So I'm not the only one. Placed an order in November for gloves and the stockings. Was never informed that the stockings were on back order until after I sent several messages and left voicemails and it still took two weeks for them to respond, but I eventually got them. Now the gloves said they shipped and when I finally remembered that they hadn't come I checked the shipping tracker which said they were delivered... to a different state! Yet again several messages later someone responded asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I said replacement and got no further responses. That was two weeks ago and the gloves were a Christmas present. They don't answer the phone or return voicemails, they don't respond to emails. The website order tracker has never worked and now the only way you were able to contact them which was through the help option is no longer working. This is absolutely horrible and I have never had a problem like this with any other business so I'm not sure what they are doing or how they stay in business. read more
