He looked at it and told us we had lug nuts loose on both of the front tires. He tightened all of them (even replaced a missing lug nut) and sent us on our way, no charge. Knowing that we were "in a fix" he could have totally taken advantage... but his kindness and character showed through! I wish we lived closer so we could continue to patronize his business! He even called us about 30 min after we left to make sure the car was running better. I gotta tell you, this guy has customer service figured out! I highly recommend this mechanic shop.

I dont know how that is possible but it happened. Went in at 9 in the morning and was forced to leave at 4 without being able to drive my car safely. But several men went in after I did and left with full repairs done and lots of information. I asked several times about my car and was simply waved off and told " just a little longer now", until my 21 yr old son came to follow me home round 4 and was told everything nessasary.

BP colors their gas handles green and i made the terrible mistake of adding gas to our diesel truck. $&@#%. We had truck towed to Aamco and Friday AM i called them. They were all booked up with their regular customers, which i highly respect. They were closed on the weekend but first thing Monday AM they put a technician on our truck and completed the work that day. They had to drop the tank and clean it out and dry. We have an auxiliary tank that feeds into the main tank and the technician hooked everything up perfectly. We picked up our truck Monday before closing and the truck ran great. A big shout out to Mike, who was the person we communicated with. Very professional. I don't know the name of the technician or the manager. A big shout out to ALL!!!! We resumed our trip, got to New York, Gettysburg, and another 3,000 miles to home. If it wasn't for Aamco, we would have been stuck. God Bless them. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Cynthia and Bob

I sat there for 20 minutes and there was no movement whatsoever. I left. Went to the gas station and came back just to check and the lines still had not moved. So clearly the oil changes are taking much longer than 10 minutes and having an appointment is pointless. I even tried calling to make sure they were actually open so that we weren't all just sitting there for no reason. No one answered the phone and their voicemail has not been set up.
