The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs that are clearly outside a maintenance contract. My problem is paying $3,098 for complete seasonal maintenance, approving additional work they recommended, and still repeatedly being presented with more charges while the underlying issues remain. For anyone considering them, my advice is simple: get every detail in writing and question every additional charge before approving anything. They got me this season. Never again. Stay away.

Prior pump was working but was loud, so had I any idea they would install a defective pump and then refuse to come back and fix it I never would have scheduled their service. However once they installed it they said to wait 24 hours before use. I asked them if they tested it to verify it worked, they said they didn't but they were sure it was OK. The next day July 3rd, I turned it on it had very low pressure then it overheated and shut down. I called but they said they were 'booked' and couldnt come back until sometime the next week. Of course couldn't use the pool the entire 4th weekend and it will take days after they finally come to clean all the algae in the water. I could not speak worse of this experience or this company

The large outdoor pool is clean and well maintained. It has a large open swim shallow end, seven lap lanes, and a diving pool with a low and high-level springboard. There is ample seating around the perimeter of the pool with two fairly large canopied areas and numerous umbrellas. There are also two tetherball ball pits, a cornhole game and a ping-pong table. The main building has a small snack bar and utilitarian but clean changing rooms with bathrooms and showers available. This location is home to youth swim and dive teams and also has frequent social activities for members according the the numerous flyers posted. Members can also sign-up for swim lessons at an additional charge. As a non-member, I have no idea what membership or lesson fees are, so I can't speak to the value, but the facility itself seems rather nice.
