Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. We are very happy!

They suck - Bad installation, Defective product, Wouldn't accept return…read more Purchased pump from Leslies and had them install it prior to 4th July weekend. Prior pump was working but was loud, so had I any idea they would install a defective pump and then refuse to come back and fix it I never would have scheduled their service. However once they installed it they said to wait 24 hours before use. I asked them if they tested it to verify it worked, they said they didn't but they were sure it was OK. The next day July 3rd, I turned it on it had very low pressure then it overheated and shut down. I called but they said they were 'booked' and couldnt come back until sometime the next week. Of course couldn't use the pool the entire 4th weekend and it will take days after they finally come to clean all the algae in the water. I could not speak worse of this experience or this company
