The touchless carwash is good however with my F-150 there is now a stripe right down the middle that the sprayers do not reach. The old sprayers covered the whole vehicle but now it does not. Also, something suspect happened there a few days ago when my wife used the carwash. A few days later some random charges started showing up on our CC. I am not sure what the owner does to ensure that there are no skimmers on their machine but be very careful about using it. Do not wash your car here. They use harsh chemicals that stain and etch your paint. Additionally, the old man who owns this place is very rude and told me I could not dry my car in the bay... the timer was still going and I was drying my engine bay cover off quickly to avoid water ingress while the timer was still on. I have spent a lot of money here and this will be my last time. There is a better touchless car wash with bays in Lake Oswego where they are friendly. On two separate dates that I have been there over the past week bays one and two do not have any water that comes out at all when you put it on rinse or on soap. If you put your money in the machine, I must warn you that half the time the credit card processor works and half the time it doesn't and once in a while, you won't get your car wash at all and since there's no one here to manage it and you're out of luck. This car wash sucks. The pressure washer was not working and so we kept running out of minutes with the " soft rinse" so we had to pay twice the money we expected. I have only ever used their auto car washes, which I feel is so rare to find in Portland. They have tons of different settings, it only takes about $5 to soap and rinse off my Rav 4. I've never had any issues with them and the soap gets the bugs off. I've also used it to hose down some household items and nobody has ever yelled at me for it. read more

This place used to be good and my go to. However, half the time if not more the wash is broken and often, people will be mid-wash while it breaks. Then the owner/guy who works there (not sure if he owns the place) will show all the urgency of a senior turtle and take a few business days to mosey over and fix it. He's also incredibly grumpy, a complete jerk who seems angry at the world, and will probably act like it's your fault. I only use the self wash here. It's fine as far as self wash places go. I have an over-height vehicle so the "outside" bay on the left by the creek is one of the only places in the region I can use to wash my vehicle. I have had OK results - no issues like some of the reviewers. I don't use the automated wash though. The place could use some maintenance, I wish they would fix the boom holding the high pressure hose in the outside bay because it's broken off the end and lost some of its reach. read more

The rude owner just lost a loyal customer of 10+ years that takes my two cars through the car wash and truck through the self-serve bays one to two times a month. Already took my one car through earlier today, brought the second one by, but the line for the car wash was out into the street. I couldn't wait that long, so drove through, planning to come back later. I heard the owner yell something unintelligible, then saw him trying to take a picture of my car. Upon turning around to see what the problem was, he was extremely rude and confrontational, saying something about its illegal to drive through his lot. I tried explaining to him that I planned to run the car through and the line was too long and that I had already brought my other car by earlier. He responded that he didn't care and all he sees is someone driving through 'illegally.' Good luck enforcing that and awesome way to treat customers. Hands down my first choice is a hand-wash but until I found a place that specialized in hand detailing the brush-less automatic was my ultimate go to. For those a little more adventurous there are wash ports where you can pull up and hand wash your car but I have yet to venture to that side of the lot and am comfortable making the hard right turn into the auto-wash. For $9 you can get the deluxe package that leaves you with a nice shine. It isn't the greatest and your wheels will show living proof of such. This car wash by no means is comparable to a fully detailed hand wash that costs at least twice as much but it is surely enough to get the job done. Let me start off by saying that I absolutely love self car washes. I've been going to them for years and have never had any issues with them. I have never needed to go to these types of car washes but simply chosen to because they are more water efficient than at home and I like to support local businesses. This self car wash works but be mindful there is no hand washing allowed, which I have never seen before but fine. Overall the equipment seemed to work fine but the prices are more expensive than others. What I really didn't like about this wash was the person working there. He was rude and aggressive for no reason. I was wiping down my car after washing and he comes up and says briskly, "You see all those people over there? You need to move over there." I said I was going to rinse once more but he said I needed to move. So I agreed and proceeded to collect my belongings into the car quickly because he did not seem like someone to wanted to make angrier. Not even 1 minute later he comes back and says loudly, "You think we can we move it along here?!!" I said I was moving as quickly as I could (I was) and he said, "Yea sure!" as he walked off and either kicked or slammed something really loudly which was not only startling but terrifying. This review is for the hand wash station which is pretty decent. This place has 3 or 4 hand wash bays as well as an auto wash. Whenever I have the chance, I always prefer to wash the car by hand. It's $2.00 to get the wash going, but it only gives you a few minutes, if you read the machine it shows you how the time breaks down. By putting in more quarters, the time will dramatically increase. I put in $6.00 in quarters and was able to fully scrub my car, wax it, and rinse it. The tripple wax is great in my opinion. I didn't get the psychadelic photo of this place until I used the wax. It shoots out green, purple and white. Ahhhh yes...now it all makes sense. The vacuum sucks. haha, get it? The hose I was using to vacuum the car out was cracked all the way down the side, I was able to clean the car out, but it did cost a bit extra with the suction lacking. I would go here again, but would prefer to check out a few others places first. read more

This is your standard self-serve car wash. I think it's okay if you are here for washing. The soapy brush pumps out plenty of suds. The water spray is powerful enough to blast off any dirt or bird poop you have on your car. However, I have to say that the vacuum stations are completely underpowered. Awesome car wash! The one is my favorite by my home. I love coming at night. It is very peaceful. The car wash is no brushes I really love that because brushes just tears up your paint on your vehicle. It costs $2.00 to vacuum or 2 tokens.
