Let the employees do the heavy lifting and repeat themselves 14 times with a smile instead of you having to. Honestly, it may even keep you in the will. Pro tip: the shelf items are not discounted, but made-to-order drinks are 50% off for cardholders. My mom ordered 2 coffees, a latte, and a pastry to share (some pastries are huge) for the three of us and it was only $10.50. In this economy? Practically a public service. I could sit there all day working or just hanging out. Celebration, Florida desperately needs one because Starbucks is looking a very weak after this experience. They serve Verve Coffee from California -- a roaster that actually knows its way around coffee beans. Smooth, strong, and doesn't taste like it's been sitting on a burner since 7 a.m.

We usually come right when they open at 9 AM on Sunday so there's never a long line. But even while we're there never seems to have a super long line. Inside is very clean and spacious. This looks like a great place to work. As always bring one of your Capital One card so you can get half off. There is a parking garage that has a pedestrian exit right next to this café, so if you want the closest parking garage use the one that is by Sesame and make sure you exit on the side that's closest to the Hyde Park interior.

Can't say they're the worst but it's an hour plus wait to notarize a one page document…read more According to my pst experience, notary is done in less than a minute: you provide a government issued photo ID, such as driver's license and sign in front of her or him. Then s/he signs and also puts her and his seal, to certify to have witnesses me or us signing. Here, however, works differently ... in terms of time. After walked in, I didn't see a greeter or front desk to direct the traffic. But half the cubical are filled with people. So I walked toward one, and asked if they offer notary service. Mind you, not every Chase has notary service. The staff said "yes we've two notary here, just take a seat. We'll be right with you." 38 minutes later, the same man said, he's one but he has someone to see. Other notary who's counting the shipments will be free after 20 minutes "You can wait or make an appointment." Isn't this the thing he should have told us 38 minutes earlier??? And making an appointment to notarize a document seems excessive. An hour into waiting, the same man came, asking us to see the one page document. He spent a few moments to finish reading the page, then said, "if she isn't still available, then I'll do it. Just give me a moment." He then walked off. Given the few moments he has spent with us, two or three more notary could have been done. Yet, we're still waiting, at 1:28 mark. Finally, the man came for us, after 1:39. He talks a lot and asks us where should he put his stamp ... as we're leaving, he says "... sorry about the wait. Next time make an appointment." Is this Jamie Dimon's new directive or strategy?

Please reconsider banking here. I am a fairly new customer and have had terrible experiences…read morebanking with GTE. 1. Employees email you and never respond 2. GTE locks your card for every online purchase (over exaggerated, but it feels like it), and they did not notify me of potential fraud. They just shut down your card and automatically decline all transactions. It would be best to offer customers the option to approve or reject a transaction rather than requiring a call. Lord forbid if it is after hours. 3. The employees are untrained, seem as if they just graduated high school, lack empathy, and are outsourced overseas. One person stated another bank's name, lol. Oh, and a "supervisor" I spoke to sounded like he just woke up. Terrible impression. 4. There is no option to receive transaction notifications only for deposits. 5. GTE's website seems as if it were built in 1998. I recommend that people file complaints with the State Attorney's General Office and NCUA. This is how you make change and get a resolution: complain to the regulatory and licensing companies.

Every…read moresingle time I come in, I end up waiting what feels like forever just to speak with someone. The service is consistently slow and inefficient. After finally checking Yelp and seeing the rating isn't even 2 stars, it made complete sense. I would personally give this place 0 stars if that were an option. On top of that, the $1,000 monthly Zelle transaction limit is extremely inconvenient. I opened this account specifically because my boss uses this bank for printing checks, and it was supposed to simplify getting paid. Instead, it has made paying my rent a complete headache. Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this branch if you value your time or need flexible transaction options

Beautiful shimmering towering glass structure in downtown Tampa which houses the bank and its headquarters - and it's pretty decent inside too. So they were friendly enough and I was able to get some money when I needed it (I go through my ATM money fast and end up with zero so often!) so I appreciate that. And I just really love the building that it's in, a beautiful structure. Minus 1 star for the ugh ATM fee.

I never heard a peep from them, when they closed my account. Literally 0 communication. When I opened the account, there was no customer support available on the weekend, and had no access to my account, and no one to help me. only after normal business hours resumed, (3 days later) did someone tell me initially I needed to use something different than the pin that I set up, for initial account access. I called four times on that day, first person just reset my password after 40 minutes on hold, then didn't even wait to see if that resolved the problem, which it didn't. 2nd call, they put me on hold and never came back 45 minutes, and third call I requested a call back, to which no one called back, I called 5 hours later and finally got someone who was able to help me. During that 5 hour I had to scramble to make sure my direct deposit didn't go to an account that I didn't have access to. Can you imagine, my paycheck going into an account, with no account access, and no way of getting any support until 3 days later? The next day I got a call back from someone at a local branch introducing herself as my personal banker, and I explained the difficulty I had the previous days, she just said, well you can come into the local branch, and we can help. nothing else, but I don't even know what I would have expected, maybe an apology, maybe hey we will let the customer service team know they need to improve. that's it, nothing but "have a nice day!" It was too late to have a nice day. As consumers we have nothing left but to take our business elsewhere. It's our only tool that gets the point across that this is substandard customer service. We have choices. I for one, have chosen to never deal with this bank again.
