Requested Documentation to be filled out by Adam Anderson for his clients who are looking to move…read moreout of one of his homes. Adam explained he didn't want to scan/ sign the documentation. Which only would have taken 5 mins of his time. I guess since he's not getting paid to do so it's a waste of his time It's crazy how his profile says " I live helping others and teaching the industry I cherish" but can't take 5 mins of his time to fill out one piece of paper and sign Adam is lazy and rude especially if it not benefiting him in his favor - be careful working with him. I'd prefer to work with someone respectful and customer service oriented who doesn't hang up the phone on people requesting important documentation that can affect people's livelihood. Clearly started out the gate too fast.

My husband was not aware the inspection contingency was waived on the offer Dennis wrote, and no pre-offer inspection was even done. My husband only found this was waived after the offer was accepted when I read the contract. No CMA was done either. Dennis kept pushing my husband to offer higher than what my husband wanted to offer and he gave us significant pushback and attitude when we asked for repairs. I felt he minimized all our concerns and complaints. He felt like an enemy rather than an advocate during the whole transaction. I believe we ended up paying significantly more with fewer seller repairs because of his involvement. We felt manipulated the whole time as it felt like he was truly working for the seller instead of us. It was extremely difficult to file a complaint about him to his broker, Samson Properties. They promised intervention with another individual to get us through closing, then said she was too busy. They did nothing to help the situation. Dennis denied my allegations, even things I have screenshot evidence of. After the sale, he did not respond to email requests asking the seller basic questions about the flooring, roof, etc on our behalf. Samson was cc'd and did not care. I felt Dennis was primarily focused on closing the deal no matter what for his commission, without due regard for our financial interests, time, or satisfaction. I believe we significantly overpaid due to his involvement. It was the worst experience of my life and I truly regret ever working with him and Samson Properties.

Then she refused to answer me about the availability. Instead asked for my name. When I gave first name only, she asked if she could have my last name. I politely declined and asked again if the property was available. She ignored my question again and asked if the phone number I was calling from was a good contact number (!). I did not confirm, just gave up and ended the call. Talk about not taking a hint. VERY aggressive. I then received an unsolicited call a few minutes later from someone else representing the agency--Jordan (no last name)--from a 571 number. He didn't know what I had called about. I didn't ask to be called back, so there was some confusion while we pieced it together. I had to dig to figure out he was from the same Keller Williams office I'd called. I told him what happened and he explained that the woman answering the phones probably wasn't qualified to give me the information I requested. While that may be the case, she never said anything like that and I don't appreciate the way she handled my call. I also don't appreciate the way she passed the message without my permission and without the necessary details. I asked him about the property I had initially found and he said he'd have to call me back. He did so, to his credit, called again and said it was 'no longer available.' Both of his calls came from two different numbers than the one I had called initially. The property listing seemed too good to be true--a SFH in rural Fairfax for $2200. I wonder if this is a real listing or just a way to generate phone leads. I see there is another review under a different office phone number that indicates robocalls could be an issue from a Keller Williams in Chantilly. I wonder if it's the same people. This all basically meant a lot of wasted time and frustration for me. Very typical these days. Sure seems it may be another agency wasting the time of the good people of the area who are just trying their best to find a home in an unbelievably difficult market.

I understand that it is a hot market and there is a huge competition out there. But when you continuously call, send texts and emails, trying to find out where your offer stands, and they still have no decency to respond, it really shocks me. I am hoping that no other home buyer has to go thru what we had to with G. Bailey. It was truly disappointing that this person couldn't address any of our messages.

Lisa, the Administrative Assistant, has been very resourceful as well. She even helped locate and scan survey documents from the files so we could use them for permitting. Zach, Stacy, Bill, and the rest of the team have all been helpful and approachable whenever I've had questions. As both a Dominion Valley resident and a local business owner, I really appreciate the time they've taken to help me, my customers, and other residents stay on the right track. I've even gone in with questions about exterior colors for my own home, and they took the time to help me make sure everything was compliant. Every time I've been in the office, it's clear they are managing a lot between resident questions, emails, documents, compliance items, and day-to-day community needs. Even with all of that going on, they have always made time to answer my questions and help however they can. Thank you to the Dominion Valley HOA team for all that you do for the community. I truly appreciate your responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help.

Obtaining the services of a real estate agent is much more than "finding someone to sell your…read morehome". This is especially true if you are selling an inherited property as I was earlier this year. A good real estate agent will know the area, know the laws and rules and will help assess your home and get it listed and sold for a "good price". A great real estate agent is a counselor, a partner in your effort, someone who "has your back" throughout the process in addition to doing all of the real estate work. Philippa Main is an *outstanding* real estate agent and an even better person. My father passed away leaving a home in Woodbridge, Virginia - the home in which I grew up and which contained almost 50 years of possessions. I contacted Philippa in March of 2026 to discuss its potential sale even as the house was in significant disarray while I engaged in the slow process of cleaning it out and sorting through the many things my parents had accumulated over the years. When she visited the home, I looked around and threw up my hands. Philippa looked around and said, "we can make this happen." I sought her out specifically because she mentioned having expertise in sales of homes that are inherited - a particular niche that involves a delicate dance of handling family dynamics, wills, probate laws and determining what, if any, money should be put into renovations or improvements that will get a reasonable return on the investment. From our first conversation over the phone - which she took time to do in the middle of a busy weekend - Philippa was incredibly personable, easy to talk to and anticipated many of my questions and many of my concerns as we talked. By the end of our conversation, I felt like I was chatting with a friend who had expertise I needed. Over the following three months, she was a (rapidly-responded-to) text or phone call away as I navigated getting the house ready for sale. She helped outline a schedule and a plan to list the home. She connected me with a large network of trusted service providers from junk removers to contractors to painters to flooring experts from whom I obtained estimates and some of whom I contracted to help clear out the house and prepare it for sale. While she always reiterated that she would back any decision I made regarding the house, I always sought her counsel when making major decisions such as whether or not to spend money on renovations and, if so, which ones were most important. Of course, there were obstacles - some amusing, some less-so - but Philippa helped me handle each one with a confidence borne of having "seen it before". That is an incredibly valuable thing when dealing with a stressful situation. In the end, the home was listed in June and had nearly seventy showings in three days. The house sold for well over its asking price and after all of it I know some things: The home could have been sold by another agent. But few, if any, others could have been a partner in the process the way Philippa was for me. She was a trusted resource, a confidant, a person who knew when to inject humor into a situation and when helping me vent was what was needed - she understands people and the process of selling an inherited home in addition to being a brilliant real estate agent who knows the area and who knows how to get the job done. I couldn't recommend her more for ANY real estate work but, especially, if you face the task of preparing and selling an inherited property.
