The website is terrible and so is the mobile app. Here is my issue. The old KCT CU participated in Co-Op shared branching network. But Consumers CU is not a shared branching partner. CCU took over teller lines in Feb 2026, so if you are used to making transactions at a KCT/Consumers location for another CU, you're out of luck ... unless, of course, you open an account at KCT/CU. They have a "Members-Only" Policy. They don't open the national co-op portal for people who aren't members at THEIR credit union. It's a great way to force people who don't want accounts, to open accounts. Thanks for nothing.

For the test drive, I took the car to my mechanic, who checked the car out thoroughly, the car passed with flying colors, with a couple of minor issues that were addressed before I drove off the lot. By the time we were able to sign our contract we were already in a huge hurry So we had to rush the most important part of the whole thing. We carved out 3 hours, were fine with 4, then started to get annoyed and anxious at 5 We also noticed an interior light wasn't working during our test drive. The sales rep mentioned they would have someone swap it out but by the time we left it was still out. Either they forgot, or somehow in 5 hours had no time to swap out an interior lightbulb. They did end up changing it a few days later though We would defiantly go back and recommend to friends. Just make sure to bring lunch haha
