    Old Valet Key Stuck In the Dash They Sold It Like This

    READER PLEASE BEWARE!!!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE SNAKE OIL SALESMAN AND ALLEY MECHANICS!!! They sold me a 2010 Nissan Altima for $9k with $5k in interest. $14k total. They said my down payment wa only $500 only to later find out they just deferred $1500 from a $2000 down payment onto my monthly payments. Which of course they did not tell me. I have had problems with this car since the day i pulled off from the lot. the only thing that has saved me is the fact that I'm a certified mechanic and I can catch everytime they lie. The day of the sale the car had a coolant leak right in the parking lot already. The car was never even serviced before they sold it. They said they would fix it for free if i came back. I went back a week later and they said they fixed it right after i dropped it off. I was surprised at the turn around time only later to find out they cut into the top of my radiator housing to try and reattach a hose to the radiator. they were too lazy to do it the right way so they just cut an opening to reach down and attach the hose. 2 weeks later the leak returned and i find out they "rigged" the hose to a broken radiator inlet. I called them and embarrassed the manager to the point where he paid for my car to be towed to the shop and they FINALLY replaced my radiator, and told me they replaced the hoses as well. They did not replace the hoses only the radiator. The next time I had work done by these con artists they replaced my alternator and then left my A/C compressor unplugged. They then tried to convince me to bring the car in for a $100 recharge and leak test. After finding my A/C compressor was unplugged i plugged it back up and now everything is working fine. But wait there is more, they sold me a car with the wrong key. the valet key i have cut for my car does not go to this car and they told me its not our fault and that since " I didn't use my key enough the lock cylinder froze" as there way of not being liable for the key. The old key is still stuck in the dashboard and they were too lazy and cheap to remove the panel cover and retreI've the key. They left it there and just programmed a new key fob and never cut a new key. I had another certified shop confirm that my lock cylinder is working fine and they are just too cheap and unprofessional to admit when they are wrong. I currently have an open small claims case against this company and I encourage any and everyone who has ever been slapped in the face by this company to do the same. If you have already been conned into purchasing from these people please take it from a certified licensed mechanic, DO NOT GET ANY REPAIR WORK DONE HERE!! They offer cheap oil changes because they use low quality unbranded oil. I guarantee if your take your car to these people you will be back before you know it for a separate issue. They will sabotage something on or under your car just to get you back into the shop. I feel sorry for the customers that have to deal with this dealership. They are no better than pure alley mechanics. I have more faith in the Jiffy Lube techs down the street than I do for these people. I especially feel sorry for the so called "Managers" they have working here. They don't get paid enough to care about the business or the actual customers. They purchase beat up rundown cars, wash them up shiny, and then pawn them off to the public.

    Every time I call into JD Byrider Shannon answers and she tried to intimidate me she is rude and disrespectful she thinks she can yell at you and say whatever it is that she wants I don't see how she still has a job here and how this is acceptable she literally antagonized me every time and than goes to say are you grown after she has been rude she wants you to bow down to her as if she is a god very unacceptable when your paying your money to sum one I've never dealt with any business or person that was just miserable and ignorant how she is I can't wait to not do service anymore here I will keep making reports every time she insults me

Honestly the whole staff from the porters to the finance manager were truly helpful. Every question we had was addressed and we weren't there the whole day. When the final signing went in to after hours, I was really impressed that nobody rushed us out, and at least one person from each department waited for us to be done. Even after the deal was done nobody rushed us or chased us out, but instead chatted for a few and said not worry about racing back in the morning with the title to the car we traded in. They told us take our time and enjoy the morning and the car because they would be there. When we went back in the morning we were told they wanted to properly detail the car if we had time. I mean I can go on on, but really as someone who has been around dealerships their whole life, I can't even begin to tell you how real, and how great this team is to work with!!!

    We were coming to this dealer several times but the last visit we were very dissatisfied, they…read morechange the whole leather seat cover for drivers seat ,it was not covered by infinity manufacter, so they offer us a favor and did it on their cost which we appreciate it a lot ,its just the job was done very poorly leather was was not pulled tight enough on on the top of the seat ,it was all wrinkled ant aired ,we called and asked how it can be fixed they said wait a month, leather should shrink ,which was hard-to believe any way we waited 2 monthes and there was no change at all, I called again they told to stop by but I already felt they are not happy to deal with it ,we'll they knew they did it bad ,we stopped the next morning, they were not helpful at all I can say even were mean ,offered to steam the leather with no guarantee it will fix the wrinkles and on the top we have to pay now,we left just saying thank you for good service ,the point is if you offered to help customer doing a favor at least do it right nice job and don't make it to look worst than it was before ,so now we have 2024 very low mileage and all loaded infinity with ugly driver seat ,from such a luxury car dealer you should have a better service,we have 3 infinitys but we would not go there anymore
