It was an excellent choice for me and remained on the top of the list. An hour later I test drove the vehicle twice... no high pressure sales. I told them I was interested in financing the vehicle. They contacted a State Farm agent right down the road (had no idea State Farm did auto loans). Within an hour we were driving home with our 1 owner Honda Element. Great experience. The facility is very clean and comfortable... unlike lots of other shady used car dealers!!

I bought two GTI VW cars, 2008 and 2010. 2010 stopped working after a week, car died most likely an electric issue. My other car 2008 gti VW they sold it to me with electric issues from headlights. I went to a shop so they can inspect the car & they told me that car was a hazard and can catch on fire. Within 3 days the check engine light came on. It needs $7,000 in repairs from what the shop found. Dealership has kept my car for a full month without fixing anything. They returned my car 5 weeks later without fixing anything, & didn't have the audacity to give me the car the same way I gave it to them. They agreed to replace both headlights and they didn't do it because they were expensive and held my car for 5 weeks. They then proceed to give my car back dirty, headlights were not placed in properly, wires disconnected. This place is a scam and would never recommend anyone here. Please spend your money ELSEWHERE! I had to get another car to replace the 2010 gti for something else or my downpayment would be lost, ended up putting down 2,000 for a BMW 2014. They did not want to replace the tire that was used and looks worn out. All tires are different brands on it. Never again will I bring my business here.

But here is where they went above and beyond. We live in Indiana so Addison is a hike for us. We drove the car home and unfortunately the engine light came on. So of course I panicked! I immediately called them and told them what happened and they told me to take it somewhere and get it scanned. We went to our local AutoZone and turns out it wasn't the actual engine but engine related. Throttles needed to be cleaned. I was able to find a local service place that fortunately works on Land Rovers. They worked with them and got my car fixed at their expense and it came with a one-year warranty. I was so impressed with their transparency and honesty. I recommend if you are looking for a place to purchase a car with genuinely sincere people then Dream Motorworks is it! I highly recommend them. Shout out to Mike and his staff for making my first Land Rover purchase a dream come true!
