This sheister Mike not only cut my catalytic converter but also replaced it with a generic part, which ended up ruining my transmission, eventually making my car inoperable. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! I'm convinced that he ruined my car with the intent to scam more money out of me for more "work" as he offered me his card for further scams. By the time I found out what he had done, it was too late to file a Police Report. If you do decide to go here against my advice, PLEASE immediately take your car to an Auto Dealership right afterward to have your car inspected. You may need to file a Police Report for theft or unauthorized work. I wish I had.

Since the original paperwork stated a lifetime warranty on Gerber's work, I took it back and the location manager, without hesitation, said they would prep and repaint the bumper at our convenience. The bumper looks great. The work was done on time and without charge plus they thoroughly cleaned the exterior and interior of her car. Hopefully, we won't need bodywork in the future but we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

After diagnosing the issue, they told me that a piece of weatherstripping around the sunroof had come loose, allowing water to leak into the car. The moisture had begun corroding the wiring connection for the rear passenger light. Whenever that light flickered or went out, it caused a chain reaction that affected other features, including the auto wipers. The dealership's proposed solution was extreme: they recommended replacing the wiring harness and light assembly, installing new weatherstripping, and even putting in a brand-new headliner. Their estimate? Just over $6,000 before tax. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion and brought my SUV to Addison Body Shop and Glass. The owner, Mike, took a careful look and immediately reassured me that most of the dealership's recommendations were unnecessary. Instead of replacing parts, he reattached the weatherstripping, cleaned the light and its connections, and carefully treated the minor water stains on the headliner. By the time he was finished, everything was working perfectly--and the headliner looks spotless. The difference in cost was night and day. Addison charged me only a fraction of the dealership's quote, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. Mike was upfront, honest, and clearly more interested in fixing the actual problem than in padding the bill with unnecessary replacements. I left feeling relieved and extremely grateful. Addison Body Shop and Glass saved me thousands of dollars, restored my SUV to perfect condition, and proved that there are still shops out there that value honesty and quality workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The results were fantastic!! I like to give a good wax/polish job the old towel test. To see how smooth the finish is on a vehicle, toss a clean soft towel on the hood. If it slides off, you've got yourself a great finish. If it sticks to the hood, well, it looks like you could use another coat. Needless to say, the towel ended up on the ground. Great work Luis! If you see some of his work on the website, you'll notice he's done a variety of cars, including some really high end automobiles. The best part is that he approaches every vehicle with the same amount of care. I will definitely be taking my business back!

I even went a few times over the winter because I appreciate how quick and easy Super Wash is. There has never been a wait. I pull right up and vacuum 4 minutes per $1.00 and then pull into the bay. My best guess is 1 cent a second in the bay once you swipe your credit card and hit GO. Today I watched the clock and that seems to be how quickly the cost adds up- a cent a second. But the cost is great! I cleaned a full size car: all 5 steps plus air dryer for $7.50. And there were only 2 customers there at the lunch hour. Convenient, a good bargain and all equipment in good working order.

My Maternal Aunt had her 1998 Jimmy serviced at Royal Coach, where they replaced a rear bumper and then never replaced the tow hitch they took off with it. It wasn't till time passed(over a year) later it was noticed as missing, when I went to use her vehicle for a tow. My Aunt was over sixty, she didn't notice it missing, nor my sister who also drove her vehicle. Second, they had a drivers side door that was replaced, by Royal Coach, having had an accident. Since the vehicle returned, the drivers side door was sticking on a strong intermittent schedule, to get in and out, one had to pull the latch sometimes and bang the door with the left shoulder. My sister had contacted Royal Coach, in a years time who refused to service it, as my Aunt and Sister did not realize fast enough it was due to the installation of the door, as it did NOT do it constantly(It was on an intermittent frequency schedule) and they were females. Sometimes the passenger, had to go outside and open the door from the outside latch, for the driver. Time had passed and Royal Coach refused to repair the door, and State Farm, the insurance carrier, told me that on paper, Royal Coach had listings of the parts required and it looked to them as it was done right. Both State Farm, on York Road in Elmhurst, and also Royal Coach refused to do anything further. My Aunt, and Sister were indigent, and didn't have the money to have the door fixed, and my sister knew a person who's brother was a Master Mechanic, who offered to look at the door for her in his free time. He had looked at the door, and found the bushing had snapped, and it explained why the door was hanging a half of inch or such. Due to the wrong instillation, to start, it later caused the door to stick, bushing break and then the door hinge had ovaled out, the metal, that the bushing fit into. The door started hanging. My sister made it seem, as she was a women, Royal Coach would not listen to her, and kept causing an avoidance to repair. Having a drivers door that was hanging and leaking, she took the offer up from the other master mechanic to hang the door. The master mechanic, had not been able to use the right bushing, as the original hole that should had been a circle was ovaling out, and he had to improvise with other bushings. The right procedure at this point, was to remove the door and hang the hinges, top and bottom on the door again, where they would have to have the welds broken loose, and new hinges welded on. Royal Coach, knew the process of replacing that door, and refused to take responsibility for the doors replacement. They avoided my sister, and Aunt, who were indigent for over a year, and then later, when my sister and aunt had leaking water they let someone else, do it for free in the spare time. Once the other master mechanic, looked at it(Independent) in his spare time, he had knew the extent of the damage was expensive and tried to do what he could, to rig the door, and it was still having problems. The door, even though the accident was in like 2005, the door was rigged and then is having problems still to 2015, with 180,000 miles on the vehicle. Worse then having that done, was when I took the vehicle back myself, as a male, and presented the issue later to state farm, I was told they were not going to do anything. A mechanic from "Royal Coach" had lied to me, and said that every month, they get a Jimmy in there to have the door hung. The vehicle is a four door, and every other door works right, and is either stock, or was replaced, before the drivers side door was done by Royal Coach, and had problems chronically. My name Neal to Nazareth, and Emanuel to Elmhurst are reversed as he was my relation in my past lifetime. My Sister had been using my Aunts vehicle and had a drivers side door impact, and was found not guilty in the event. The vehicle was taken to Royal Coach, and the door was repaired, and STICKING, on an intermittent frequency schedule after the door was first serviced. Royal Coach, when giving a vehicle back, had drove the car forward, and then sometimes the drivers door may be opened, and the driver gets in and the drivers door is closed. On my Aunts vehicle, I noticed the door was sticking, and sometimes I had to pull the door latch, and hit the door with my shoulder to get out, or roll down the window and get out by pulling the drivers external door latch. Time had passed, and my sister had called Royal Coach, on regards of my aunts vehicle, for her, and Royal Coach, REFUSED to repair the door, within a period of time. My Aunt, and Sister, were indigent, and kept using the door, on a frequent schedule, and using alternative ways to get in and out. Sometimes if a passanger was in the vehicle, the person could leave the driver out. Over time, the door became worse and worse, and then was hanging, over a half of inch, and later, when it was raining, it would leak in. My sister, had told me, that they would not listen to her at Royal Coach, and having been indigent, had knew someone who's brother was a Master Mechanic at a professional dealership. (Larry Roesh GMC). He volunteered on his off time, to take a look at the door for her, and had found the door bushing had snapped, and the door hinge, as Royal Coach was refusing to repair it, and the door was being used had ovaled out. The stock round bushing, was no longer able to be used any longer, he had to improvise in his off time, using another larger bushing. The door, per procedure was going to need to be removed, and the hinges attached to the vehicle, removed and a new hinge replaced. My Aunt, nor Sister, who were indigent could afford that, and I brought the door back, (Royal Coach, when I called as a male, later had me bring the vehicle up there in person), yet it was now over a year, and then also, it had went passed their year warranty, as my sister and aunt were given an avoidance response. The state Farm Insurance person, had met me up there, and said that as he seen on paper, that all the parts needed were used, and GM parts and such. The problem I found, was in the door alignment, and then it lead to the door sticking, and then later the bushing breaking, furthered then by the door hanging, damaging the rubber casing around the door, for weather proofing, and then it caused mass other problems, such as the hinge ovaling out. Since then, Royal Coach had refused, even me, to repair the door. My sister made it sound, as they kept avoiding her, causing female like discrimination. The owner of the vehicle was over fifty, and she was a female also who had called, regarding my aunt, who was sick with cancer and dying. The issue with Royal Coach was not resolved. State farm refused to do anything further, as it was fine on paper when it was done and over a year, and Royal Coach refused to do anything, as another mechanic, had looked at the door, AFTER ROYAL COACH had avoided my sister, and refused to look at it further. read more

I had one last shot to pass the emissions test or my vehicle would be locked out, thus I could not renew my van's license plates.
