He has a team/ crew that are on call around the clock and have come back several times to try to find the grids for my windows, which were so old that they were not even made any more. This required looking at floorplans and his team was very diligent and patient. He knew that I was rushing to get the job done in time for my birthday . I was advised they would not do quote without me being there as I originally requested. The day before the appt, they called to confirm, I drove 3 hrs to make sure I was there. Well 10 minutes before they were do to arrived I received a call that they were cancelling the appt because they didn't have someone to do the quote. I found it hard to believe they didn't know this sooner or before the appt was confirmed. Very unprofessional! I
