I buy whole roasted organic chickens frequently. One time the chicken was undercooked. I didn't bring the chicken back, I brought the receipt and they refunded the entire chicken. Staff are efficient, friendly and very helpful. Also they have lovely clothes there which never thought of buying. Many are made from organic cotton. Watch for sales because they are great value. Somehow the checkout person rung one of my items twice creating a $10.00 over charge. That would not have happened if they had self checkout. I grew up in a family where I was the third generation retailer. I know incompetence when I see it. The convenience and new atmosphere of this store is an illusion.
