I've been going to this place for a long time. I love their good deals on everything. It's worth it when you find items in the clearance section. They got restrooms here too. I've bought chocolates, cookies, loose leaf teas, chips, dairy products and more.

Fave grocery store, it's therapeutic for me to come here. Great choices and knowledgeable staff. Sooo good

It is good to have a food store where the goods sold were produced with earth-friendliness and sustainability in mind. The refrigerated section takes up one wall of the store, the frozen foods section takes up another wall. There are aisles for packaged, canned, and bottled groceries, beauty and cosmetic products, vitamins and supplements, and gift items. They also have a reverse osmosis water filling station and they sell PBA-free water jugs as well. There is a fresh produce section and my only grouse here is that the selections for this section are a tad limited. Prices are generally just a bit higher than in most food store chains but that is to be expected for an establishment that puts emphasis on natural and organic products, and these prices are quite good considering the quality of what they sell.

WAY overpriced. Produce is quadruple the price of sprouts. They have nice products but you can find them cheaper elsewhere.

We will start there but my experience with everything except the cashier she was kind doing her job. Employees following me and then staring at me is a no. I am not a thief I have been working since I was 16 years old. So the fluffy presuming Latino security guard when I get to the line he scoots over and is staring at me. Ok maybe I'm confused but it's a hard stair and I turn to look up and the white male employee is standing to the rear of where I'm standing and also both are staring. I said you all have the right one. Too the cashier I state, when you are done ringing the groceries call your manager. I said I work for a 100 plus year old company, I have a job. The 1st employee watcher showed up in the back and was down from me. With a scanner and then came and stood to the side of me. I said I'm sorry do you need to scan here, he said no. I'm like ok and he pauses. He then says are you finding what you need. I'm like I'm good, thank you. That would not of been concern until employee number 2 I'm over near jams looking for mint jelly doing lamb chops (reason for the stop). While looking through all the jelly employee # 2 walks up facing little down from me staring at the area just down from where I was picked up nothing I'm thinking weird. The register experience solidified what I presumed was going on. These folks profiled me. At the register Mr fluffy security guard staring at me like mean and then scoots closer to the register I roll my eyes at him to then go to put more of my groceries on the belt to catch employee # 3 starring and positioned as if they have me blocked like I'm a thief. At this point I'm mad because the whole thing spoke to being profiled. Ma'am after you get me rung up and bagged get your manager my complaint isn't on you. I likely make more than your store manager in my mind I'm thinking and you got the right one today. I speak to manager Ron or Rod. I tell him what I experienced and I do not appreciate being profiled. Unless you see me or anyone doing anything this is uncalled for. I'm 58 year old senior with a disability. I'm not able to run, barely walking therefore what am I taking from your flipping store. I've been working since I was 16 years old. I'm not rich but pay my way in life. This is the closes sprouts to me. But I am struggling as to whether go to the 19th Ave location when needed after this experience. This was a bad experience overall. We have enough of this foolishness going on in this world for anybody to experience this madness. My cousin is retired attorney and I worked part time in my youth in retail for old borders books and music (which I did for fun as I worked in the stock brokerage industry during that time) there is a protocol to handling theft. It must be witnessed or you can open the business up to possible lawsuit.

This was my first visit to Whole Foods, and I have to say, I was impressed!…read more The first thing that caught my attention was just how many food options they had throughout the store. There were multiple food bars, including a salad bar and a hot bar. They even had what looked like a charcuterie bar! There were samples out throughout the store too, which I thoroughly enjoyed because who doesn't love free food? They had such a huge variety of options, including gluten-free and dairy-free products, and I could have easily spent hours just walking around and looking at everything. There was so much to see and so many different foods and products that I hadn't seen before. Unfortunately, we were there with a friend who was very familiar with the store and was looking for one particular item in a specific aisle, so we had to move through the store pretty quickly. I definitely didn't get the chance to explore nearly as much as I would have liked. Another convenient feature is that you can make Amazon returns there. I thought that was super helpful, especially since it's free and you can take care of it while you're already grocery shopping. They also accept Apple Pay, which is always a bonus for me. At checkout, you can either use the self-checkout lanes or go through a regular lane where someone can help you. But honestly, what really won me over? They had chocolate croissants! Overall, I really enjoyed my first Whole Foods experience. I wish I had more time to wander around and explore everything because there was so much I wanted to look at. Between the variety of food, samples, convenient Amazon returns, easy checkout options, and chocolate croissants, I definitely understand why people love shopping here. I'll definitely be back when I have more time to actually explore!

**July 2026: Saturday Morning**…read more My friend and I were visiting Phoenix and were so excited to check out Uptown Farmers Market! This farmers market is located at a large church and after seeing the variety of vendors it definitely was such a fun way to start the weekend. We arrived around 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning and had no trouble finding parking, which was a great start. I loved the variety of products featured here! There were everything from groceries and fresh bread to eggs, jams, pickled foods, soaps, and more. I'd guess there were maybe 100-150 vendors total, with most of them set up outside. There was also a section inside the church with a few vendors selling ice cream, produce, and other perishables, and that area was air conditioned, which was very welcome since it was around 110 degrees outside. They also had restrooms available, which was convenient. I believe vendor hours are from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., but because of the summer heat, my friend and I only stayed from about 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. Overall, I loved the variety of Arizona-based products and services and thought it was a really enjoyable market to visit.
