I have been coming to the ageless center for 5 years now, and have experienced current ownership as well as another past ownership.. and with that can say, ageless center is the best it's ever been with the most recent ownership change and new staff, with the exception of the wonderful patient coordinator, mark. He has always been the patience coordinator, and he's a pleasure, very efficient with his time, and has a crazy good Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment. Brittany is the absolute BEST injector. I get all my Botox and facial filler needs done by her, and when I tell you she is exceedingly better than any injector Inhabe ever been paired with, I couldn't stress it more. She makes the entire process from start to finish feel like a cinch.. and essentially painless, which says a lot coming from me because I do not have a high pain threshold. She is extremely skilled at paying attention to detail and fine tuning her work to the best of her ability, so each patient/client walks out with more confidence and satisfaction in their appearance. OMG I am so upset. I had Belotero filler done recently under my eyes. This is my second time. The first time with Dr. Solomon in 2018 was fabulous and I was really pleased with the results. He took his time not to overdo it and the results lasted 3 years. Dr. Solomon has since retired and this time I wasn't pleased at all. In 3 weeks my eye bags came out horrible with an indention line which is pronounced. Now I have to research for someone to fix this. I need help & any advice. I'm absolutely upset!!! read more

When I called to request they fix it, they were nice enough, but only did two injections, one under each eyebrow. Eyelids are still sagging beyond my eyelashes. I look derpy. Prices are reasonable, but that's likely because Dr. Solomon is a retired podiatrist (foot doctor). He is friendly enough although the same cannot be said for his female receptionist (Olonna, I think). She's rude to customers as I experienced over the phone when trying to make an appointment. Once I arrived I overheard her berating a staff member. Awful and unprofessional on both accounts! Don't bother trying to share your concerns with Dr. Solomon. The woman is his wife and he is not open to the feedback. While I can appreciate his loyalty to family, a bit of objectivity might be better for their business. Read others' reviews and you'll quickly see the woman is habitually rude and customers, like me, find it to be a turn off. In hindsight, I found one other piece of my experience concerning. The syringes were already filled and laying on a table when I walked into the patient room. Other facilities I've visited for Botox and fillers have taken GREAT care to open products and prepare everything in front of you, asking you to verify labels and expiration dates. This helps you know exactly what is going into your body, which is reassuring. The Ageless Center did NOT do this, which is a little worrisome. I wish I had verified the contents of the syringes. Because there are no shortage of Med spas in Atlanta, I'll go elsewhere for cosmetic services next time...even if it costs more. Customer service matters and The Ageless Center is definitely lacking. Plus, I think I'd feel more comfortable and confident with a dermatologist/dentist/plastic surgeon (someone who solely focuses on facial matters) treating my face. read more

Went for my first visit. I will say my phone experience confirming was concerning as the interaction with the lady who called me was harsh and a bit confusing, but my friend goes here so I trusted her judgement in saying the doctor is good. So I go and the place is nothing special, which is fine, staff was friendly enough, and I was seen immediately for my appt. The doctor was very nice gave me warnings for Botox and caveats and asked questions about what I want and don't etc. was comprehensive in pre consult. He recommended an amount less than I'd gotten at my old spot last summer so that was exciting and I went ahead Witt it. This was a week ago. My Botox seems to have taken well and I'm happy with the results and with just over half the units the last place needed. Presuming it lasts like my last one my review here is good and I recommend it. If something changes I'll update here. But go check it out. read more

I had two syringes of filler around my mouth ($$$$) and I cannot remember the assistants name who did the procedure. All was good until a month later and the filler moved upward toward my nose. I went in to have it fixed and was met with an argument and lots of excuses. I just wanted it fixed or a credit. Not happening. Awful experience. My friend and I will never go back. The PA (NOT the MD) gave us injections that were incredibly painful and my friend has had a black eye for over a month as a result. I had a painful knot on my forehead for nearly two weeks afterward. Despite the painful procedure, my results are unsatisfactory as well. None of this is normal! To make matters worse, when I submitted negative feedback, the office manager was pretty indifferent about it, mainly saying that PA is very popular with patients. I don't believe for one minute that we're the first to have a bad experience with this PA. I do not recommend going to this place when there are so many other clinics to choose from who won't inflict pain and leave you with unsatisfactory results. read more

Think I just got Unlucky here. Used to get great service from a girl who was maybe Persian with long dark hair. Don't know her name or if she is still there. The place is nice and clean. The prices are fair. Really liked Vanessa the injector but ended up with droopy skin and a much higher eyebrow in one eye and flat dropped inner eyebrows. Liked the shape much better before Botox. The droopy one is not good but it's temporary and should be gone in a couple months. Didn't go to fix it because know it will eventually go away. Might go again if knew who to ask for. read more

I have been getting Botox...well, longer than I would like to admit:) I have had it administered by Plastic Surgeons, PA's, Nurse Practitioners, Dermatologists, etc. I have very strong facial muscles, lots of expression so it's not always easy to get my Botox done right - either not enough or way too much. I will say that James did a fantastic job! He also took the time to listen to what I wanted the Botox to accomplish as well as my past experiences in order to make his decisions on how to treat me. He is one of the few that have been able to deliver such a great result not to mention the fabulous price! James was extremely professional, great bedside manner, thorough and very knowledgeable. I am there every time I'm in Atlanta for work to get my touch ups Love the staff, they are super sweet and always get me in in a timely manner. Went to the Ageless Center for the microdermabrasion treatment. Shortly after arrival, I was greeted by Grandma (receptionist). When she asked for my last name, she suggested I change my last name due to the difficulty it presented her in spelling. When I responded that this would be highly unlikely, she then suggested I simply "go get married then". Thank you Ageless Center and Grandma Sunshine. Your comments made my average experience turn into the "never again" category. There are times I felt the Dr. didn't listen to what I wanted, one time, in particular, that I remember and injected into the completely wrong area. I hadda go to another Dr. to get it dissolved bc after that, I didn't trust him with anything complicated. I'd still trust him to do botox, etc. but nothing that requires precise and specific attention to detail or what the customer wants. Also, his methods are outdated. Most Drs, when injecting a sensitive area, inject that area with a local anesthetic. He'll only numb you with that topical cream, which is useless because it only numbs the surface, not underneath, where your nerves are, so you can still very much feel the pain. read more

Ok let me start by saying I'm not from here .. I always get my facial treatment overseas,And it was really hard to find a Dr here that will understand what i want with paying attention to the ethnic differences in facial structure. Because each face/ethnicity is different Dr.solomon was extremely professional & friendly at the same time. He made everything feel like a sip of water. Explained everything to me and he took his time with me as a patient even though the clinic was full with patients and i was worried he might rush with the treatment and i end up getting a lump on my face for the next year, BUT NO !! He really listened to me talking for 15 minutes straight on what i exactly want !!! Lol which is really important because other Dr's will rush you due to the amount of appointments they have but Dr.salmon was super nice and i got exactly what i asked for & the prices here is the best i have ever seen in Atlanta for even better service. I was so badly burned and scared, the way she treated me, had me so upset I was in tears when I left. She had the nerve to make it an issue that I should pay for the treatment, to correct their mistake, then asked me to cover my wounds and not show the other doctor. Instead, I should have asked for a refund for the initial procedure that burned me! Infuriating. I was so dismayed and Dr Solomon always seems to be a kind, gentle man that I wanted him to be aware of what happened, so I called and asked to speak to him directly. During the conversation he said, "That procedure is not going to help anyway". What!?! The procedure you just performed (also IPL) isn't going to help AND, you tried to charge me? Isn't that nice. I wanted to try the lip injection and was referred to the ageless center. Two weeks ago, I called and scheduled to go in later that afternoon. Being the first time, I was pretty nervous. I arrived about 45 min early and was greeted at the front desk by a gentleman. I was asked to fill out a form which took a couple of minutes then had a seat in the waiting area. The office is clean, quiet and simply set up. After about half an hour I was directed into one of their rooms. Briefly met the doctor and he applied the numbing agent. Waited for at least a good half hour to 45min before he returned which was enough time to be completely numbed. He cracked occasional jokes and slight smiles which I found very comforting and made for a pleasant visit. I had originally opted for the Juviderm and asked for fuller but natural looking results. He suggested, in my case, the Restylane. Juviderm and Restylane cost the same. I had watched enough YouTube videos and was afraid this would hurt however it was quick, not painful at all and all went along just swimmingly! There was minimal swelling and bruising which was healed just after a few days, however I would assume each case differs. It has been 14 days since my visit and I just wanted to share that it took me a long time to choose a doctor and I am so happy I went with the ageless center. It was a great experience and the results are better than I had hoped for. Looking forward to my next visit :)))) read more

This review is based on my own personal experience of getting Botox for forehead wrinkles, Belotero for my dark circles, and Latisse. First let me start by saying that I used to go to some well known surgeons/dermatologist around Atlanta for these injections and received excellent service from all except 1 which I will not name. They have all done me justice in fighting signs of aging. The only reason I tried The Ageless Center is because of the fact that they have Saturday appointments and open availability which works better for my schedule. I do not mind spending money, especially when it comes to cosmetic procedures on my face. You get what you pay for right? Well, I paid about 30% less than what I would normally pay to have Belotero and Botox and the results were no different than going to an expensive surgeon. I was very nervous about going because the prices were so low, but as it turns out, it was the best decision I made. I can still make facial expressions and move my eyebrows, and no one can tell my dark circles are gone, they just think I look well rested. That is how its supposed to be! If you only need half a syringe he will not charge you for a full syringe, and his observations on how much filler you need are accurate. I ended up purchasing a 3oz bottle of Latisse too since I spent way less than I expected. The Latisse is definitely a steal here. The customer service was great as well. I will be coming back to this place every 6 to 9 months for refills. Fillers tend to last a long time on me. Based on the location (great parking, not a lot of traffic), hours of operation, prices, and my personal results, this really is "as good as it gets". read more

I was looking for a new place for Botox/Fillers and found this place via Yelp. I wasn't impressed at all, the number of good reviews is surprising. I had an appointment and was put in a room to wait, then told by the doctor some celebrity had walked in (like that was supposed to impress me) who they treated before me. He convinced me to get restylane instead of juvederm, and suggested a few places for Botox. I NEVER bruise. I came out of this place looking like someone beat the crap out of my face. The doctor was really heavy handed. My lip filler was chunky and poorly distributed. My Botox was done wrong and I had a droopy eyelid. Luckily the products lasted not much longer than the bruises. About a month for the Botox and 2 for the filler. The staff was amazingly nice, but the nurse was rude and the doctor spoke to me like I was inferior. Still looking for a good place to go, but this definitely isn't it IMO. read more

I have gone here for years, I liked Dr. Solomon very much but he is no longer at the clinic. The new owners are investors. The "injector" assigned to my appointment struggled to give me her credentials...when I pushed she took attitude with me. I felt uncomfortable so I left. The new director of the center called and apologized and was very nice and assured me her staff was indeed qualified, so I decided to go back. My apt was 10:00 this morning, after waiting 30 minutes and no one bothering to acknowledge they were running late I left again. I will not go back. It's really a shame this place doesnt have more yelp reviews, you can't beat their prices and quality of service, there were many clients here on my visits, especially for botox in the evenings. I actually visisted the Ageless Center several times around 2003, but I'll get to why I'm just now writing this review later... The office is in a great part of the city and just off I-85, really easy to find. It's no fuss but at the same time doesn't lose any cleanliness, class or professionalism. I was seen and treated by the doctor himself for photofacials. He mentioned that they would be on CNN later as one of the first clinics to start using IPL photofacials in the country. Aside from this, the staff is very knowledgable and unpretentious. Initially I was told I'd need about 5 treatments, spaced out about every 3-4 weeks to correct brown spots, broken capiliaries around my nose, and large pores on my cheeks, followed up by a maintenance treatment every 6 to 12 months depending on how much sun exposure I had and how often I used SPF's. Since I only travelled to Atlanta every few months it ended up I only had three treatments over about a 6 month time frame, BUT it worked so well I didn't feel the need to return for the remaining two treatments! Each treatment was $195, yep $585 for a total of 3 treatments to get my skin back to looking younger, fresher and calmed. So, it's 7 years later and I'm just now feeling the need for a maintenance treatment. Which is what got me writing this review. I live in Austin and am shocked to know the same photafacials are costing about $350-450 EACH. No way, right??? Then I start thinking back to the good ol days, and how awesome the Ageless Center is.... I give them a call and it's still only $195 for a photofacial! Gotta love it! read more

I made an appointment which was easy enough- however when I got there I was very turned off because it smelled like an ashtray- I was gagging- however I started filling out paperwork someone came out of a treatment room to pay for their services- my mouth fell open when I saw this woman's forehead- it looked as if she had 10 pronounced horns! I was told that it was normal and everyone looked like that after their treatment- ummmm no! I've had Botox and fillers and never looked like that!
