I wanted to treat my mom to a mani/pedi and honestly, we probably won't ever go back here. There should be a "Beware of Dog" sign. We were greeted by a barking golden retriever at the door. They stared at us for a bit and suddenly I felt like I wasn't supposed to be there. It took them a minute to gather their unruly pet and finally ask us what we wanted. I asked for two gel manis and pedis. As the pedicurist walked me over to the massage chair, the dog was literally sniffing my butt while they asked me if I was sure about a gel pedicure 3 times. They stated that gel is more expensive as if I couldn't see the price list...I told them I was sure and that I can pay the $84. Anyway, the mani/pedi itself was pretty mediocre. They were petting and consoling the dog (!!!) mid service. Sometimes not washing their hands after. I asked for square toe and it ended up having rounded edges. My manicure is bumpy. I paid, tipped and told myself to never cheat on my OG pedicure girl ever again. The only positives were that it's local, the service was quick and the foot massage was good. read more

Terrible service, staff was very rude. I scheduled uv gel set after filing my nails they told me they don't do UV gel nails anymore and was very rude about it. It's listed on their service menu in their salon. If you don't offer the service, you should not have it listed in the store. Also didn't seem sanitary, the woman doing my nails had a rash on her hand and was rubbing the brush on my hands then on her hand over the rash. Didn't seem clean. I went to Natural Nail & Spa because it was close to where I was having lunch with my family. The facility was fine -not fancy, a little run down, but reasonably clean, My family's experience was ok - they got regular manicures and pedicures. There was nothing special about their work, but nothing wrong with it either. Most of the staff was very nice and I liked the way they helped my mother in and out of the pedicure chair - that was very considerate. I got a nice pedicure from one person, but a really poor manicure from another person (likely the manager). I had SNS powder removed and reapplied. The woman who did my nails was multitasking and doing other people's nails at the same time and not really paying attention to what she was doing with any of us. They ran out of the color I picked, and the manicure was just sloppy. Some nails were glossier than others, the cuticles were left jagged, and the shaping was inconsistent. This was not cheap either ($79 for a regular pedicure and regular powder gel manicure) and they would only accept cash or Venmo/Zelle. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place. read more

Just had the best manicure by Ivy! She is so sweet and accommodating; always asks if everything is okay during the manicure rather than just rushing along. No discomfort during the process unlike my past experience at other salons. Ivy's skill and attention to detail is the best I've ever seen. I came here last minute on a Friday night, yet she still took her time and didn't rush the job like others may have done. The manicure ended up being flawless thanks to Ivy's amazing work! There also was a great massage following the completion of my nails which was a nice touch. Tip your nail technicians well when they're as customer service oriented as Ivy! Came here for a mani-pedi. I got the package that included a ten minute foot massage and ten minute neck and shoulders. The prices for the salon are pretty comparable to others in the area. However, the massage was worth every penny. A lot of times you get these half assed massages, but the gentleman that I had was amazing!! The mani-pedi is pretty standard. They use good products. I like that they cover the pedicure beds with plastic for each pedicure. This way you know you're getting a fresh foot bath and don't have to worry about other places that merely rinse the tubs when they're done. read more

Ryan was really attentive and took his time but the full set of acrylic was mediocre, I could tell from the beginning that he didn't look very experienced with acrylic sets, I had to tell him to file and make the nails even and to file down my nails because they were so thick. Allen did an amazing job filling my nails. I had gel nails from Annie's which came out terrible. It was over 3 weeks since my last fill, so they were in really bad shape. Went here for a refresher to my UV Gel nails and the boy that did it had no idea what he was doing. The gel was too thick and looked fake rather than natural. Furthermore, my thumb nail came off in two days and when I went back to get it fixed he had an attitude. I will never go here again. read more

I get my nails done every month and was excited to come here with my friend for the first time. I got dip with extensions and it came out very thick and curvy. The extensions were also different lengths. I asked through the process to have them fixed so they'd be smooth and the shape I wanted but they still ended up very uneven. Not sure what non-dip manicures are like, but my and my friend's were overpriced for the quality and the dip was not built onto the nail properly. The whole process took 2 hrs read more

Suki was so accommodating. I called her in a panic on a Friday night, I had my nails done the day before by someone else, and they were already chipping and peeling. I needed a manicure before starting work for the weekend. She took me in with 30 minutes till close. She took her time, was gentle and informative, and gave an amazing manicure.
