This was my first time going to get a pedicure done here. I liked my pedicure, it felt good getting massaged with hot stones and it looked nice. However they didn't do 2 layers of sparkles so there's some gaps on my toes without them. And the lady never asked me how I wanted my toe nails cut so they had sharp corners. My biggest complaint is that my feet were peeling bad just 3 days after my pedicure. Normally my feet go 2-3 weeks without peeling after a pedicure. It was silent in the salon, no music, or tv playing. Not really my vibe. And their credit card machine was not working. So I had to pull out cash instead of getting miles. 5/10 experience. read more

I was able to make a reservation very easily, the place is very clean and nice. Staff was very nice as well. This is my 3rd time getting a gel pedicure here in Anchorage and I have gone to a different salon each time to try and find the right one. Unfortunately, my nail tech did not do and substantial cuticle clean up or real deep clean of my nails, or my callous. I ended up scrubbing my own callous with a proper filer in my tub to make up for it. But you can see it's only been 4 days and my toes don't exactly look fresh with that buildup of cuticles, dead skin and I guess extra top coat lacquer that wasn't cleaned off. I only get my toes done every two or three months (my nails grow very slowly) but looks like I'll need to fix these before vacation next month...and that's not cheap! It was $75 for the signature pedicure, which is standard pricing, but no cuticle or callous care, and the hot stone "massage" was her rubbing the stones on my leg with no massaging happening at all. Emerging from a long, cold winter in Anchorage, we were thrilled to make a few visits for manis and pedis to sharpen the claws. They're super friendly when I call to make appointments, and I've yet to find a midday weekday that I can't snag a mani or pedi. They need to refund her! It should have cost $35 total for a full set of acrylics...this is not long! This was my first pedi after COVID, so any place would have been wonderful. My usuals were booked out. This pedi (I chose the Natural), was the best I've had in Anchorage! Attention to detail was incredible and my feet are as soft as a new born. I've usually had problems with over-zealous callous removal (I go bare foot a lot), but this was perfect. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I've been to this nail salon a couple times and they were nice at first but then I notice they began charging extras without letting customers know. So I asked the owners about it and that's when they showed their true colors! Plainly the owners are rude and they charge customers extra without telling them. Make sure you ask for the price before you get your nails done or anything done. They charged me extra without telling me until after I got my nails done when they messed my nails up. They did offer to correct it and told me to come back the next day. You could hear the male owner yelling in the background, he was clearly upset. I came back the next day and when I came back, as I walked in the door the male Owner asked me why I didn't show up sooner. Unbeknownst to him, I spoke with his wife earlier who told me it was fine as I was running a bit late. When I mentioned to the male owner that he was rude he began yelling and said never to come back to the nail salon. SO I TOLD HIM I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY BUSINESS OR ESTABLISHMENT THAT HAS RUDE OWNERS AND MISTREATS PEOPLE! PERIOD! read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. The staff is friendly but the skill set is non existent. I usually never leave reviews but how I upset I was after leaving this place granted a review. I am from out of town and needed to get my nails done for my elopement. Incredibly important to have nice nails considering the occasion. I was recommend several other places which were booked and only came here because it was the only spot they had openings. I got a dip nail manicure thats the worst job I've ever seen! The color was fine but the nail shape was a whole different story. Every single nail had a different shape which was closer to blob than round. I wish I would've taken pictures of this disaster but I was so upset I had to get a nail file and fix it myself. I would've honestly paid someone else to remove them if it wasn't because I was only in Anchorage for one day and this was the only place with availability. Absolutely horrible experience, worst.... This place is great. Not very big so it is usually pretty quiet. The staff are friendly and the service is fast. I only do pedicures and they have a range of services that are well priced. My friend and I brought our six-year-old daughters in right before Christmas for a special playdate. They had a wonderful time and all four of us had really great service and sparkly toes. read more

The lady that did my nails was SO SWEET, and she took her time! Made me feel so at home and the store was very clean and definitely did protections for help preventing the spread of covid-19. I don't lift heavy things at work or do anything extra and within 4 days 3 of my nails HAD SNAPPED IN HALF. The product they use isn't very good and is cheap, and the nails were very uneven in length and clumpy, but the lady did her best maybe she didn't apply enough idk. But I Won't go back due to my nails snapping so quickly and me not having that problem but they have amazing customer service! read more

This is my nail spa of choice. The environment is nice and most importantly the service is amazing. Other nail spas I have been to have been average or bad, but Natural Nails has been exceptional for me. I treat my girlfriend here all the time for a nice pedicure. They also recognize us when we come in and greet us by name. The owners are nice people and run a good business from what I see. I would suggest them anytime.
