This was probably one of the worst manicures I've had. First, it took a really really long time to remove the existing gel I had. The process seemed inefficient as I've never had it take that long. Then, the technician cut into my nail bed and insisted on continuing even though it was starting to bleed and I told her I was in pain. And to top it off, really bad paint job. It was messy and uneven in so many places. I honestly should've done without the color and done it myself. Oddly, the pedicure was really good and soothing. That tacks on one more star. I'm bummed to have had this experience because they seem like really nice people, but customer service needs improvement. read more

The guy owner did my pedicure. The water was so scolding hot I couldn't put my feet in. Opted for the $55 pedicure. It was a lot of lotions but nothing so extraordinary that it was worth the extra money. The towels they wrap around the legs was so hot that it left burn marks on the top of my leg. The pedicure itself was fine. But I'll stick to Sassy on Huffman. read more

I get my nails done here regularly and love this family business. The owners genuinely care for you, remember you and ask about your family. I had a deep splinter one time and Momma removed it and bandaged me up. Best afternoon spent here is with a Firewalker Pedicure and Ice Dancer manicure. Highly recommend. read more

They used a good brand for the scrub and lotions. Clean polishes! I really liked the pedi I got so I'll be going back for their silk nails! I read the reviews so I was skeptical but we had a good experience. Tools were all sanitary and organized. Good music and environment. Good prices for the location theyer at. My moms pedi was so cute and shaped very well. I recommend them 10/10! The tools and supplies they used were manicure professional and used all the product in the disposal packets instead of potentially saving for the next client like most spas do. read more

This is the second time in my "long" life I have had a pedicure. So I am not a good judge on a comparative basis. At the urging of my wife I agreed to go only if our 17 year old grandson would accompany us. He readily agreed, as a veteran of the pedicure experience, and we trouped into the establishment at about 4:00 on Wednesday. Without appointments the three of us were seated immediately in the very comfortable chairs and the process started. The staff(owners I believe) is very friendly , the surroundings extremely comfortable and the overall experience was amazing. Our grandson has had pedicures with his mother at other establishments and he said this is better than any where else he has been. That is endorsement enough for me. I am a fan just based on my own experience and intend to frequent them on a monthly basis. Thank you for a relaxing and refreshing experience. read more

Jolie deserves less than a star in my opinion. The lady that did my pedi scrubbed my heel aggressively even after I said 'ouch' continuously. Trimmed my toe nails too short and cut the sides which made me experience the burn from all the chemical she used. It's been a week and my heel has not healed from the abrasive scrubbing she did. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got a pedi for my birthday and the lady dug into my nail saying I had an ingrown nail, I didn't. So I am still missing a good chunk of my nail and it hurt SO BADLY!!!! When I left, my feet were drenched in lotion and it felt like I was walking on a sheet of ice because it was so slippery. My polish chipped off within the week. Definitely 100% not recommended this place!!! read more

Terrible experience. My mom and I went in for pedicures. We both had different people working on is, and we both had terrible results. My nails were cut completely crooked, and one toe was cut so short it became ingrown and I am now dealing with an infection. He scrubbed my foot down to the bone practically and gave almost no massage. Said nothing to me the entire time. For my mother, her pedicurist began to rip out what she assumed was an ingrown and told my mom it wouldn't hurt anymore, but it was never hurting in the first place. She never had an ingrown, and the lady didn't even ask if my mother was okay with her digging into her toe nail with those tools. Very rough, careless and a miserable experience. There are many other salons, go to them. read more

I came in the other day to pamper the tootsies and decided to try this place out. I didn't have a relaxing or good experience, so I won't be back. I was harassed every 5 seconds to hurry up and pick out my color. The footbath was filled with tepid water and the lady reluctantly filled it to lukewarm temperature when I asked for warmer water, but then proceeded to rinse my legs with lava out of revenge. The massage was performed with very little lotion so that the latex gloves pulled on my skin. The pedicure itself was sloppy and the toenail cut uneven, and I didn't feel like speaking up because of how crappy of a treatment I got from dragon lady. I won't return. There was a nice nail lady next to dragon lady who seemed like a good technician, but there are many other joints where it isn't the luck on the draw on who will give you decent service on pampering day. read more

Beware of Gift Certificates from this place. I received one from my DIL for Christmas. I left the state for a few months, and was unable to use it right away. When I got back I realized the certificate expired after 6 months and was unable to use it. I called the spa and the women said "it's written in black and white and that is the way they do it". I have researched it, and it is not even legal to have expiration dates on full price gift certificates. BEWARE! read more

If you want to go to an overpriced salon with low quality nail polish, come here!! $85 for a regular pedi and a sloppy shellac french tip AND I have lint heated on my nails- the brush she was using was old and ragged. Whenever my best friend and I plan pedicure dates, she typically wants to go to Jolie Nail Spa because she has always been satisfied with their work. Both times I've been there, I left feeling a little less than in love with their place. My first pedicure was just a standard paint job, that I probably could have done myself. The second pedicure was very very short. I thought maybe my day was just running on fast forward until my best friend looked at me and said, "well that was short". Against my best judgement, I went back to this salon twice because friends love it there. However, each time I went I always left with shredded and cut cuticles either on my toes or fingers. Each time the technician cut too close and drew blood. Manis and pedis aren't supposed to hurt! Never going back there. read more

I went on referrels for an acrylic fill. They had no color/glitter options, the woman did not understand what I was asking for and continued to argue with me. I assume it was the owner who asked me what I wanted and explained it to her but this still did not make a difference in what the technician was doing. I left bleeding, and sore, my nails looked terrible because she did not file pre-existing lifting from the surface and put new product ontop of it. The end product showed ridges, air bubbles, uneven surfaces, and crooked tops. I will never go back here and i will never referr them to anyone. read more

I wanted a shelac polish change and when the tech put the polish on my nails it wouldn't stick, I think it was the product she put on my nails before the polish, however she said it must be bad polish, pick out another color. I was already disappointed how she filed my nails, they were uneven, it was sloppy. I decided just to use regular nail polish and get out of there. After I left and took a good look at my nails, my fault for not checking them out better before I left but I thought, how can you get a bad nail polish job from a nail professional? Well, you can, and I did. Looked like an 8 yr old did them. I called and said I would like them repolished because my nails were a mess. I went back and another lady repolished them. She acted like there wasn't anything wrong. The polish was uneven at the cuticle and was not smooth. I showed her the the horrible file job and she proceeded to file them and made a different mess. They were all uneven, some were rounded and some not. The polish was barely better than the first time however not obviously as messy unless you just looked at my nails. Two days later I went to another salon and got what had always been a simple polish change and it looked professional, like it should. I didn't know anyone could stay in business putting out such unprofessional work. And, I'm glad I didn't pay the shelac price for that mess. I will not be going back and wouldn't have the second time but I paid to have my nails polished and wanted it done correctly...never happened read more
