This time I was extremely disappointed in the service. I went with my friend, the man who gave her a pedicure understood English, we both wanted the basic pedicure without gel polish. The lady I got ( I think she's the owner) never asked me what I wanted but I told her I DID NOT want gel polish. Halfway through the pedicure I realize she's doing way more to my feet than my friend. I told the lady I just wanted the basic pedicure No gel polish. In the end she still puts gel polish on my toes & charges me 25 extra. The entire time she was being really rough on my feet and one of my toes started bleeding. She completely ignored me. I paid $65 dollars for this pedicure, super unhappy. I know she understood that I wanted the basic pedicure with no polish. Then I left the tip part blank because I was frustrated but didn't want to make a scene. She pointed to it and asked me to tip her. So fine I tipped her $7. I will not be coming back here again. I didn't want to spend $73 on a pedicure that made me uncomfortable and bleed.

I did show up without an appointment at 3:45 PM, and they asked me to come back at five, and I agreed. I showed the young lady the picture that I wanted, and she didn't have a problem with it. She said it was fine. We started at five. She did not finish my nails till almost 8:15 PM. I also asked for a pedicure, and that wasn't started till a little after seven because the young lady doing my nails was taking more time than she thought it would take, I guess, to complete them. Everyone was obviously in a rush to leave the store and they went back-and-forth about who was gonna finish my pedicure, so once the gentleman came and put the acrylic on my toes and then another lady came to paint them and didn't give me a massage, didn't do my callus, didn't do anything, just painted my toes. She did not do a second coat. She just put clear on and put me under the light, and so part of my issue is that one, my entire toe is not even covered with the toenail or the acrylic that I paid for, so you can see in the picture. It's not even covering my entire toe. My nails, the gems on my nails started coming off because the young lady did not even put a topcoat on, and at this point it was already after 8 o'clock, so the gems have just been snagging and getting catching on to everything and popping off. Picture below, you can also see where on Monday night my nails were lifting. I don't work in any kind of strenuous job. I am an office administrator. I sit at a desk and type all day, so I'm barely having anything done around my nails where they're being aggressively forced to make my nails pop off. I did call Monday after my appointment was on Saturday night and I was told by the receptionist that she would pass my message along to the manager and the manager would reach out to me, today is Wednesday and no one has reached out to me about correcting anything regarding my toes or my nails. I did spend $220 and left a $40 tip.

I have never waiting over 5 minutes to get it to their place if they have availability - but they always let you know if there's some sort of wait. The awesome lady of the house is always busting it, and multi taking answering the phones and setting appointments while she does manicures. She's the bomb DOT com! The technicians are always super nice! I've only gotten pedicures here so I don't quite know how their mani techs are - but watching hem serve other patrons while I get my toes done - the patrons always seem to leave happy - 11/10 would recommend!

My sister gave me a groupon for the Shellac polish manicure for my birthday, and I went there this…read moremorning, hoping to treat myself. The place is clean and nice. The husband, must be Tam, was the one who did my nails. At first, he was very nice and friendly and easy to talk to. But then, two women came in for mani-pedis and he started to rush my manicure (so he could start theirs). He stopped talking and didn't really pay much attention to my cuticles. I had to ask him to push them back, and then he didn't cut the excess, which I had to do myself when I got home. Now it looks like I already have a week of growth because he didn't paint my nails where the cuticles were (obviously, he couldn't, but he could have if he'd taken care of the cuticles properly). The polish itself is well done, no bubbles or lint. Although, there was some left on my skin that he didn't wipe off. The ladies who came in seemed like regulars, and I can understand wanting to take care of people who come in regularly. But it doesn't seem very smart to do it at the expense of other customers, even if they are using a groupon and the owner isn't getting paid much. I might have come back if he'd done a better job and if I felt like a valued customer. FYI, I didn't know what Shellac was at first, so I looked it up. Apparently, to remove it, you have to go back to the salon and they're supposed to use wraps to soak the polish off. Some salons just use cotton balls and foil. This salon uses cotton balls and foil (they were removing the other ladies' Shellac polish as I left).
