My nails are bomb every time Tiff does my nails. She's always open minded to the designs I want. And Bi does the best pedicures ever!!! Bi's done my nails a few times too!!! They always ask if I need something to drink and if it's slow they'll ask if I want to watch something on tv. No the prices aren't posted but I'm sure if asked, they would post them. In an effort to bond with my co-workers, one booked appointments for us at this location. We didn't wait long and were seated in the pedicure chairs shortly after arriving. I do wish they had a better selection of regular nail polish. I found a gel color for my nails and asked for the same color for my toes. After hearing my coworker on my left cry out in pain from the dude cutting her toe and deliberately poking and prodding it, I became uneasy. Then it was my turn when she cut my big toe nail in a crescent and didn't polish the whole surface of the nail and I can see remnants of the previous color. They do wrap your nails if you are getting a gel manicure to allow the polish to come off easier. The technician I had didn't want to or was unable to hold light conversation. I'd say something to break the ice and she'd huff and file my nails aggressively in an undesirable square shape when I had asked for squared oval. Again, nail polish not applied to all the areas of the nail, lopsided filing and when done, I placed my hand near my toes to see how it looked and it was two different colors. Not one to show out in front of coworkers, I quietly spoke to the manager and expressed my unhappiness. She explained that although the nail polishes had the same corresponding makers and number; sometimes there is a mismatch. She offered to apply a coat of the regular polish on top of my gel polish to get it to match but it didn't seem logical to me, I was tired of being there and I'd be holding two other people up. I usually have a good experience here. The nail tech for these is the gentleman in the third row beside Hannah. I have a damaged nail on the other hand so I didn't post that hand. He was very gentle with me. He tried to remove the painful one but recommended me soak the nail in warm salt water. It feels much better now. This cost me $35. I asked for a set similar to Pinterest post. I was pleased with what he did as I love simple styles that can be worn in a professional setting. While they are not requiring people to wash their hands any longer they did provide hand sanitizer at front of the store. They have abundant color selection. The shop was neat and clean. I came closer to closing and I watched them clean again. The staff is nice. I usually go to Linda or Helen. This man was a good substitute. I do have long nails for reference the first time I went for a nail repair they only charge me like $13 to fix my nail and it was really long I visited this location yesterday, 25 March 2024 to get one nail repaired. This lady charged me $40 I didn't have diamonds or anything spectacular on my nail. I asked her for the breakdown of why it was so much and she refused to give it to me. Dip should last MINIMUM 3-4 weeks, and this is after 14 days. The right thumb chipped after 4 DAYS, the right index finger the day after. Now 2 weeks later, both thumbs and index fingers are chipped. I asked him he said it was $65 the lady is stealing money and coming up with her own prices and it's not the first time I have seen Sherry do this! Im only leaving two stars because the woman who did my nails was decent, she didn't speak to me much, however she did a good job. I will NOT be coming back to this place again. My sister and I decided to come here because they had reasonable pricing. But when we showed up, we told the woman what we were going to get: a gel full set and a gel manicure. The receptionist woman with black hair and glasses was extremely rude. We were a little confused with what was gel vs. what was regular polish on the walls when looking for our colors. Another woman pointed to the wall by the front desk so we were redirected there to find our colors. I told my sister that the polishes were hard to see and kind of unaccessible... This is when the receptionist lady spoke up and said WITH AN ATTITUDE "Sweetie, the regular polishes are over there", and I in return said "I was looking for the gel polishes, the woman pointed for us to come over here", and then she replied with "You BRING the regular polish to me and THEN i will give you the gel polish version" and I was just very rubbed wrong with her tone and almost embarrassed... So while waiting for service, the receptionist lady was working with another male coworker sorting through polishes, she was almost yelling at him with demands. If you hate your job just say so!! The whole situation almost made me leave, she was extremely rude and spoke to my sister and I like we were dumb or something and also like she was better than us. This is the worst nail salon I have even been to in my life. I felt like I was in a horror film. I went to get a fill in and color change I just was so disappointed. When I first walked in the person that was supposed to be doing my nails was gossiping with the other people employees talking about their personal life. It took her about 10 or 15 minutes to even acknowledge me and ask me what I came in for. The station was was not clean at all it was super cluttered there was food and drinks around the station. She did not even put down a fresh towel. She was kinda rude too. It took her about 25 minutes to get the paint off I'm not sure why. I've never had someone take more than 5 minutes removing paint. The "nail tech" then takes one of my hands and wraps all my fingers in cotton balls soaked with acetone. Without even asking me first...it was very uncomfortable. While she's letting my fingers soak in acetone she gets up is on her phone for about another 15 or 20 minutes. At this point I just want to Leave but the color was already off my nails so I just asked her for a color change instead of a fill in. But she's sooo busy on her phone that she's not really listening to me. All the while I'm still trying to pick out a color....the color selection sucked. so I finally pick a color...then she starts doing a fill in. I stop her at the second nail to tell her AGAIN that I just want a color change. She's like "oh you should have told me that"....like really girl? So then she kinda has an attitude and takes away all the color options including the one I just picked out because "fill color options and color change options are different" never heard anything like that in my life but okay so I pick out a new color and she's like oh well it's going to be $35 no instead of $20...because I picked a polish that changes colors...there was no indicator to tell me that it was a color changing polish. So I then have to pick another color. So finally she starts painting. Worst paint job ever. It was so lumpy so uneven almost looked like a child did it. I don't play about my nails and I asked her to repaint a few of them and she had a whole attitude about it. I kept pointing out to her what was wrong and she kept telling me she didn't see what I was taking about. It was super frustrating. She was terrible at shaping nails which was the main reason I just wanted a color change and not a fill in. This place is sad if you care about what your nails look like don't come here. I give this two stars Bc my daughter and I both went to get lashes done and my daughters came out good . She had hers done by a woman named Helen that was professional . She was fast and courteous. My experience on the other hand was literally a complete mess. I had a different lady. She was nice but her hand was very unsteady and she got glue all over my eyes, on the outside and inside. It was burning and kept trying to dry to glue my eyes shut and it was poking a part of the inside of my eye. My daughters lady tried her best to fix it . She tried to remove the glue and had to pluck the eye lash out of my eye to keep it from poking me further. My lashes are choppy looking. If u do decide to go still , request Helen. I wanted them short enough so I can type. Also found some were a little crooked. Didn't trip, nothing/no one is perfect. Still are presentable. I get my nails done to help my nails grow underneath anyway. She was very nice. While I don't like talking while getting my nails done (I like to focus on what they're doing), I noticed a lot of women actually come here for a little conversation while being pampered. So I thought I'd loosen up. We talked and laughed a little. That would actually bring me back to this establishment (EXCELLENT SERVICE). Also got a pedicure by a different woman who was older.
