She didn't get her service STARTED until almost 4pm. I felt bad for her because she kept mentioning that she had family arriving at her house at 5pm. I understand that things happen and appointments run late, but that was too much. I would have walked out. They're a small shop, and I would use them again, but I would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment and arriving early, if possible.

My boyfriend and I loved the family-owned feel of the place. Rita's husband was working the front desk as locals wandered in to congratulate Rita on her new place. Rita personally gave me a terrific therapeutic massage, complete with warm towels and hot stones. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. It was also more affordable than any other massages in town. I think we paid $60 for 50 min. It was the perfect way to spend an hour in Berkeley Springs.

The first thing I noticed was the VERY strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. I don't remember what this place used to be before it was a nail salon, but the stale smoke smell didn't leave during the remodel. After my appointment I got home and had to change my clothes because they smelled like stale smoke. I was happy with the service provided but I probably won't go back because of the smell. If they're ever able to figure out how to fix that, I would consider going back because I was happy with the service.
