When I sat down for my appointment, he told me again that next time I should come an hour early to choose my color. I sat through my manicure feeling embarrassed, and the tech doing my nails seemed visibly uncomfortable after I was scolded in front of everyone. The manicure itself wasn't up to the usual standard, and one nail had already broken by the next day, and I ended up with a nail color I don't like. I understand salons can get busy, but a quiet, polite heads-up would have gone a lot further than being called out by name in front of other customers. It left me feeling embarrassed and unlikely to return.

I did not receive the services I had requested, and the employee who did my pedicure said she had only two tools. My toenails were not cut, and overall the service received was sub par and not worth my time (we drove an hour one way) or the money paid. Again, the technician was extremely professional and kind.
