When she sat down, she had gloves on from her previous client (which was a pedicure) and started touching and filing down my nails! Within 10 minutes my nails were on, but most of my nails are crooked or barely hanging on. As soon as I thought it couldn't get worse she started painting my nails and doing French tips! When I sat down for my appointment, he told me again that next time I should come an hour early to choose my color. I sat through my manicure feeling embarrassed, and the tech doing my nails seemed visibly uncomfortable after I was scolded in front of everyone. The manicure itself wasn't up to the usual standard, and one nail had already broken by the next day, and I ended up with a nail color I don't like. I understand salons can get busy, but a quiet, polite heads-up would have gone a lot further than being called out by name in front of other customers.
