I have never had my nails (fingers or toes) wrapped with acetone soaked cotton, wrapped in aluminum foil to remove the gel. I did not receive the services I had requested, and the employee who did my pedicure said she had only two tools. My toenails were not cut, and overall the service received was sub par and not worth my time (we drove an hour one way) or the money paid. Again, the technician was extremely professional and kind. When I first found this business, I was very happy. My nails looked great, I went twice. By the…read morethird time I went, I had to ask to come back again to have them fixed. I don't have a lot of time off, or a lot of wiggle room with my schedule, so coming in twice in one week was a huge inconvenience for me. They also made it very clear that it was an inconvenience for them. Regardless, I asked for pink and white, and they were terribly sloppy. They fixed them free of charge, and that was great. I went in tonight, and the same person that I always end up talking to let me know that they close at 6 o'clock on Saturday. (That's a lie. Online it says seven.) I also know it's seven, because there was one time I called and let them know that I was going to get there around 6:30 and I was very sorry because they close at 7. They were unhappy, which I get, but at least I gave them notice. They provide a service, I needed the service, and we met in the middle. Lying straight to my face was something I can't look past. Another thing I didn't appreciate- the prices changing each visit. (I get the same thing every time.) I won't be back!

where do I begin!? my birthday spa day experience was everything that I could've hoped for. 5 years…read morecoming. 5 hours of service. 55th Birthday loading. my universe aligned for this very moment. started with a massage by Dain. those arm and leg pulls were everything! I have a neck sensitivity and he had me so relaxed that I didn't flinch once! he even massaged my ears! that was a pleasant surprise. I would've expected that during the facial, if at all. massage was followed by a facial by Markiah. she throughly cleansed my face and offered some products to use for my skin type. then she massaged, moisturized, and gave my hands a heat treatment. that was yet another unexpected surprise. after each service i was greeted with some water by my attendants waiting outside the rooms. everything was so clean and organized. Ciara had set aside an hour for me to enjoy lunch. I requested sushi (my favorite). it was ordered and delivered to the spa. Ciara set me up comfortably in the serenity room. I enjoyed my meal in a peaceful environment while reading and reflecting. after lunch I had a manicure and pedicure by Nila. she song happy birthday to me in Phillipino and gave me her Nutty Buddy ice cream cone to enjoy during my pedicure. it was a very nostalgic moment for me. growing up in the 70s, eating one of my memorable childhood treats. the salt scrub, paraffin wax, and hot towels added to the experience. the restrooms were clean. the locker room was very inviting. offering showers, toiletries, robes, and slides/shoes. like real shoes! lol. I didn't explore the whole facility but saw various products display areas. I mostly floated from room to room. lol. and at the end of my services. (I could've hung out til closing. they have blankets and pillows on the couches in the serenity room.) Ciara gave me a gift bag (I can't wait to open it). it made me realize the importance of taking the time for self care and I plan to make a spa visit part of a monthly ritual. the facility is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and inviting. if I was to have one "con" it would be the inner rooms decor. its basically bed or chair and service supplies. some plants, stones, or something of that nature would've definitely added to the inviting environment. but thats something very slight as 99% of the times your eyes are closed!!! lol. The atmosphere is top notch, they're VERY cleanly, and extremely detailed consultation. I've had Brylee a couple of times and she is such a sweetheart and very accommodating. The first time I saw her we had great conversation and laughs and the second time I went I felt bad because I was so quiet but it was because the day before I had a terrible day and once she ​got to shampooing my hair it was so relaxing that the d​ay before melted away in the sink for me.‍ I ​was able to just relax and disassociate a little without ANY pressure of conversation, she seems to understand that some people are talkative and some are not, s​o I love the duality. I will absolutely book with her again. I usually go 8 weeks but I'm already excited to book with her again.

I have short hair and I wanted long extensions to do a half and half updo. She color matched my extensions exactly to my hair color and did exactly what I wanted her to do with my hair and it turned out absolutely beautiful! She also did my new mother-in-law's hair and my matron of honor's hair and they looked absolutely gorgeous also.
