Caused bleeding due to picking at cuticles roughly At end of appointment older male came in with severe severe toe fungus and they sat him down and began working in spa chair. The nail technician put way to much polish on my nails causing them to form a thick layer similar to an acrylic nail. I am beyond aggravated and have now flushed $30 down the drain. Horrible products they use and even worse customer service. First time here, I just moved from CT. Within two days my nails were discolored and one split in the middle. Usually when a split happens, it hurts. The products they use are so cheap that I didn't even feel it when it did happen. When I went to the owner and showed him my nails he said "if you don't like our products you can go somewhere else." Trust me that's all I needed to hear to never come back. I've never ever experienced such low quality nails or customer service in my life! I've had my nails done since I was 15 years old a.k.a. 10 years.... I've had my nails done everywhere. I've been in this salon many times over the years and never had any real complaints. You kind of get what you pay for and the place is in Walmart, so you kind of have to expect a less than luxury spa experience. Recently in an effort to boost "self-care", I started going in about once a month for a gel manicure. Mind you, were talking $20 plus tip, so it's not like I'm expecting the moon here..just a better job than I can do at home. Today marks the end of my trying to get a manicure here after 3 consecutive bad manicures. Today's visit was the pits. Got there early, walked right in with no waiting. Picked my polish and sat down. My nail tech, after basic pleasantries proceeded to leave me sitting there to go attend to something out in the store area several times without telling me where or why she was leaving. Texted, took multiple phone calls and left my hands baking under the UV light several times while she was doing other things...way longer than was necessary..I pulled them out myself. And for the 3rd visit in a row, they didn't have the color that I chose. She was distracted to the point that I have two different top coats..one with rainbow sparkles, one without. Left hand is shiny with top coat and sparkles..left hand dull with what looks like dust specks..it's obvious. Having already been there an hour and having had my fill of being ignored, I chose to pay and get out of there..she took my card, ran it and without a word if thanks or goodbye, turned around and walked off. Granted..it was only a $20 mani.. but that's my money and my time for myself and I got about as much care and attention as a houseplant, not to mention screwed up nails. So if it's paying a little more somewhere else, fine by me. Maybe I'll finally get what I want. read more

Brought my sister in to get her nails done for her birthday. She got plain acrylics and I got shellac French tips. Mine was hurried and finished within 15 minutes. He didn't even attend to my cuticles, ask me how I wanted my nails shaped, or even lotion my hands. It was just a rushed job because they were starting to get busy. My sisters nails looked good but her cuticles were bleeding and she said her nail artist was rude and pushy. Overall a poor experience in the care and treatment we received. Terrible customer service. Told him it was my first time getting my nails done professionally, yet he treated me like I was stupid for not knowing where things were. He made me bleed multiple times, and he had a cut on his thumb without a bandage over it, and did my acrylics where it looos like they already need a fill. Also gave me such a long speech on how I shouldn't get the shape I want because the shape of my nail bed, but I didn't care and wanted coffin, he didn't taper it a lot like I asked for and made them shorter than what I wanted, gave me a pink to white fade when I wanted nude/tan, and a silver glitter when I wanted gold. Would give it zero stars if I could read more

First and last time there.. Had my nails done. Very simple fill and gel polish.. It was very rushed and had 3 broken nails within 2 weeks.. They must use substandard product because in over 10 years of having my nails done, this has never been a problem for me. Never again. read more

I went here for a fill. The last place did a horrible job and they commented on how I really should remove them and start over because they were lifting up and I could get a fungus because of moisture. I said please do what you think is best. Right away I was like this is fantastic! People who know what they are doing! Well.....he was having too much fun with the nail buffer thing and I thought my fingers were just tender from the removal. After a day or so I thought maybe it was my cuticles they hurt SO bad. 3 weeks later I can see that he buffed right through my nail on two nails!!! The pain moves up as the nail grows and when I put a little pressure on it I can see the nail completely separates! I'm scared to take them off, like it will rip my nail off. I don't want to get them filled because I'm scared of infection not to mention the pain, my nail is not growing back together on its own I'm stuck with over grown nails and a pinky and a thumb that still hurts quite a bit. read more

Came here today for the first time to get a pedicure. This salon is in Walmart and looks pretty dingy. My tech did an OK job on my pedicure but the horrible customer service I witnessed all around me was disgusting. I had a guy at first but when one of their regulars came in, he got up to do her fill. I watched as they berated a pregnant women for not understanding pink and white was more expensive then told her to go somewhere else. A young girl walked up and asked for a fill. One of the women turned around and said something in her language and then told the girl "no one wants to do your nails." They constantly talked to each other in their language to the point my tech has scrubbed the same spot for about 5 minutes looking the other way to talk to someone. Absolutely horrible display. I've tried this nail salon a few times...trying to give them the "benefit of the doubt", but I'm looking for a new place!? The salon is dirty...nail dust covers the stations, the front desk is cluttered with junk and they don't have you wash your hands at any point!? The customer service lacks personality. The nail techs act like they don't care if you come back or not!? I don't believe I've ever seen any of them smile or seem like they're happy to see you!? I've experienced customers leaving unhappy with their service TWICE!! And the nail techs had the nerve to blame the customers for their dissatisfaction!? What happened to "the customer comes first"!? The quality of the work is not consistent...uneven shaped nails, thick layers of acrylic...I have to refile my nails when I get home to shape them the way I prefer them. I don't dare complain!?
